We received email confirmation and Simon arrived on time, ready to work. He was polite, removed his shoes in the house & worked quickly. We were impressed with Simon's training & commitment to our cleaning needs.

The technician arrived on time, and was very courteous to the fact that I was working from home that day. I requested that he take pictures of the vents before and after, and he gladly agreed. The service turned out very well. They came in, and they missed 2 vents, but we called them back, and they returned to clean the two vents the next day, so they were very responsive.

Two technicians arrived on time and got right to work. I'm pretty sure the ducts had never been cleaned prior. They took before/after pictures and let me are the dirt in the machine before they left. It was a substantial job. They were here for over two hours ensuring the job was done correctly. There was no pressure to purchase additional services, however I asked them if they would clean out my dryer vent while they were here. They gave me a deal for that service. All in all, it was a great experience and I plan to have them back to clean my ducts next time.

Simon arrived at 2:30 PM and said it will take 2 to 3 hours to complete the work. He finished at 5PM. Simon was very professional and did an excellent job. This was our first experience for vent cleaning. It proved to be very beneficial by the amount of dirt and dust that was extracted from the ducts and from the dryer vent. Thanks for making us a believer!

Technician was prompt and professional and took the time to clean up completely when finished.

He was fast and did a good job. He even showed us the results of the duct cleaning. Scheduling was pretty convenient. There was one technician here doing the work and it took a couple hours to complete.

The purpose of this call was to clean out my dryer vent which was outside. I believe he did an effective job of cleaning the vent however there was a big mess afterward. As he was sucking the lint out of the vent he was letting it hit the ground outside. He had nothing to clean up with afterward. He borrowed an old pail of mine and he filled it and threw it away, but there was still an abundance of lint on the ground which he claimed would blow away. Unfortunately that day it rained before and after and some lint a month later is still there. I do not blame the young man that came out to clean the vent but rather his boss who apparently has not supervised him how to clean up afterward. Clean up is half the job. this is not a company I would ever recommend.

Pleasant, punctual, took the time to take me outside and showing me the problem and then educating me on the recommended frequency of cleaning the dryer vent. My dryer is back to working - it was great to spend just $59 when I was afraid I was going to need a new dryer!

Things were very organized, quick and efficient. Our home feels much cleaner and we are seeing much less dust. My only concern (and I am ignorant on this) was that they did not actually inform us that they would be drilling holes in our ventilation system and covering back up. I do not know if this is a standard practice with HVAC cleaning, but I would encourage you to ask for details if you have any concerns.

I bought this through Angie's list big deal. I requested to schedule an appointment on their web site, but got no response. I then called them at least twice, still no luck. Then one day, someone (I think his name was Simon) calls me and tells me that they were going to perform the service the very next day. I told them they never contacted me and I needed to reschedule. Simon was quite accommodating and from thereon things went fine. He showed up on the scheduled time and performed the service promptly. My only complaint is their lack of responsiveness.

The technician explained how he was going to access all of the ducts and returns. The process was very smooth, he showed me the final product-quite a lot of dust and grime were removed! I would totally recommend them to friends!
