It went extraordinarily well. The technician's name is Simon - he was professional, pleasant, punctual, informative, and efficient. He went through the whole house and spent considerable time making sure he knew where the dryer was vented (in a condo that is sometimes difficult) before he started. He explained everything as he went, answered all my questions, and got the job done with very little disturbance to my routine. I would have him back in a heartbeat!

Process went very well and he even showed me what came out of my ducts,,,,gross!

They came to do the inspection before the service. They were unable to perform the service due to the presence of asbestos in our duct work. They were easy to work with and if we needed to, we would use them in the future.

Great Angie's List price. Midwest Air showed up on time and cleaned out the air ducts for first time since home was built (1994). Simon was the contractor and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped point out an issue on the drain to my furnace (clogged) and how to fix it. Also discovered one of my air ducts was not connect in the basement which could account for lack of cooling on top floor. Glad I had this done and thankful I used Midwest.

Everything went well from start to finish!

My schedule only allowed Saturdays. They had difficulty with that. The technician was over 2 hours late the first time (beyond scheduled window). They were very difficult rescheduling. They didn't brush out the air ducts as seen on TV by some of the major providers. I guess I got what I paid for. My home generates has a lot of dust.

The technician (Simon) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and we walked through the house to count all the vents and air returns. He told me how long it would take and then he worked. This young man did this all on his own. I was very impressed. He wasted no time and he completed everything on time. I am very happy with this service and the provider and Simon was really a very nice young man. Many thanks for a great provider.

Simon was very helpful, honest and professional. We were going to pay extra to have our dryer vent cleaned out as well but he said it wasn't necessary. I would definitely use them again

This was the first time cleaning of the vents and ducts in 20-years. The work went very well, smooth and without problems. Simon was fantastic. He was well organized and knowledgeable about the heating/AC system. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide additional information for future cleaning. The whole job must have taken about 2 hours. He worked quick but methodical and clean. We highly recommend the service. It has made a significant defferece in the quality of the air in our home. plan on having the service

The young man who came out was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. I was able to see the 20 years of dust that were in the vents (I just moved into this place), before and after he cleaned them. He also sprayed a sanitizer i the ductwork at the end. I will call them again. Bought a coupon price through Angie's list.

They did a great job. They sent 2-3 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 60-90 minutes. The workers were all nice, polite, and helpful.

The job went very well, especially considering that we had purchased the service as an Angie's List deal then discovered we had a problem with an unaccessible outside dryer vent that our technician, Simon, cheerfully handled. Our appointment was scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.. Simon arrived at 1:00 and went right to work on the vents, but by the time we found the outside dryer vent, located under our screened in porch that was so low to the ground no one could possibly crawl under to reach it, it was going on 3. So Simon disconnected the vent tube from the dryer in the laundry room to remove as much lint as possible from that end. He then offered to go into the crawl space to disconnect the vent tube from the unaccessible outside vent to clean it from that end, but first he had one more job to finish for the day and he didn't want to be late, so he asked if he could come back. We did pay him before he left and wouldn't have been surprised if we never saw him again, but at about 5:15 the phone rang and it was Simon calling to tell us he was on his way. He arrived at 5:30, and thank goodness he came back. It was pretty obvious that our dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in a very long time because Simon removed even more lint from that end. This dryer vent was clearly a fire waiting to happen and it's now on our very long and continually growing "to do" list to hire a handyman to re-route that vent before it needs to be cleaned again.

There were scheduling delays. In purchasing the deal their was a place to specify days/blocks of times which I did. Later I found this was something Angie's List did and in actuality did not have anything to do with getting on Midwest Air Solution schedule. I think this should be deleted in future big deals. Part of the delay had to do with my personal life circumstances and when I tried to follow up by clicking on the link to schedule in an email I got an error message. I was told by Midwest that they had a computer system updated which affected email correspondences for a short period of time which probably interfered in getting my scheduling done. I was ultimately able to get an answer on a phone and discussed my delays. I was told by that individual that he could put me on the schedule between 3-5p on 7/29. A technician did not come during that time . I called and left a message of the no show and promptly got a call from a technician that it was not on his schedule that day. I was more than exasperated at this time. About an hour later I got an apologetic call from the office manager who explained that the person who gave me the 7/29 service time slot was the company president and this information did not related into the master schedule. At that time the service was rescheduled for 3:30p on 7/31. As my review indicates, I was very pleased with all other areas and in reviewing their recent reviews on the list gave come to the conclusion that my experience was isolated. They are a small company and I think they were somewhat overwhelmed by the huge response to this great deal. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

I contracted for a full house duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Can't confirm the air ducts are clean since I can't see them but will trust they did their job. They did forget to clean the dryer vent, but came back out the next day when I discovered it was forgotten. Very punctual, polite and clean. Thank you

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The price wasn't anything that I didn't expect. They did a good job and came when they were supposed to come.

Company was very responsive to emails, scheduling, phone calls. The technician, Simon, was very professional, clean, and informative. He took his shoes off whenever in my home which I appreciate since new flooring was just installed. Simon answered all questions, was informative of the process, thorough, and was very friendly to my children and dogs. The process didn't take as long as I would have expected which I can also appreciate. Almost immediately after cleaning/sanitizing was done, I could smell the difference in my home. The air quality feels lighter, more breathable, and the sanitizing solution did not smell awful. He also explained the sanitizing solution was safe around my children and dogs. His manners were impeccable. I will definitely be hiring again for future duct cleaning/sanitizing and plan to inquire w company about their renovation services based on Simon's professionalism and pricing etc.

Service could not be performed.

We made an appointment for between 3-5 on Monday, July 7th. Simon, the technician, called at 3:45 to let us know that he was on his way and should be there by 4 PM. Promptly at 4, Simon arrived, introduced himself and did a walk through to determine the vent locations. Over the next two hours, he completely cleaned all vents, air returns and the dryer vent. He explained what he was going to do in advance and was very careful in the cleaning process to make sure that he did not leave dust or dirt in the house. We were completely satisfied with this Angie's List promotion that allowed us to get unlimited vents cleaned for $299 versus the normal rate of $600. We would highly recommend Midwest Air Solutions to anyone needed to get their vents cleaned. Thanks, Simon!

I ordered the deal and then decided not to have the service. Midwest Air was excellent to deal with prior to this and I'd consider them in the future.

Company did a good job contacting me via e-mail. Job had to be postponed due to technician falling ill, but was quickly rescheduled for following week. Technician arrived on time and was a very polite, personable young man - he even removed his shoes each time before entering my home, which was much appreciated! I will use this company again for future cleanings.
