Technician showed up on time and neatly dressed. He was courteous and efficient. I had a misunderstanding about the price as I had given a wrong estimate of floor space in my initial query. The company immediately removed the extra charge when I informed them of the exact square footage of my house. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They came out and they were wonderful, but he was not able to do my service. I had an issue with my ducts and so he was willing to use the certificate at a relative's house instead. I thought they were very competent. I was very impressed with the guy that came. I was very impressed with the follow through and the calls. I thought they were tops, even though he was not able to do my work. And it wasn't his fault at all. He couldn't do it because I needed to go back to the company that I had used. He was very honest about it. He looked into my furnace and checked it out and was very thorough and very kind. He actually spent probably 45 minutes here trying to help me out. And they were very communicative. They communicated with me on the internet. He called before he came. I just was very impressed with their service. He didn't charge me a penny. He said he will use the certificate at my sister's house. He was very willing to give me suggestions and help. I would use them again, definitely. The Big Deal price was excellent. The guy's name was Simon. He was very professional.

The employee was prompt and professional. My only suggestion is that upon scheduling your appointment for the cleaning is that they give you a heads up about the amount of dust that will settle over 48 hours following the cleaning. I guess I should have assumed that I'd be dusting everything afterwards. I literally had done a complete dusting of the entire 4,000 square foot house and within 2 days it was worse than before I cleaned. It did however make me all that much happier that we had the cleaning done, all that stuff was in the duct work, plus the dust he sucked into the huge vacuum.

I was unable to have them do the work but will reschedule at a batter time.

I have an older home and it turns out that needs a specialist to come and clean the ducts.

Response to my Deal purchase was responded to next business day and an appointment time for the following week scheduled promptly. I was provided with a 2-hour arrival window and technician Simon called about 20 mins out (within the window). Simon was very friendly and professional. My air ducts had most likely never been cleaned in my 19 yr old house and i had a stale smell when the furnace ran. Simon was confident the cleaning & sanitation would make a big difference. The cleaning took about 2 hours with minimal disruption to my working from home or to my pets.

We were really happy with the quality of the service. The scheduling was easy, everyone we spoke with was professional and friendly. The technician was thorough. We did end up having to wait until the very end of the day for the service - though it was still within the time window they gave us, so we can't complain about that. We've checked the furnace filter a couple of times since the service. We had been replacing it once a month. I can tell a huge difference in the cleanliness of the filter - much, much less dirty after the service. I think we can likely go to replacing the filters every 3 months. $60 a year on filters versus $180 a year when we were replacing them every month. It makes it easy to see the value in getting our vents cleaned. And the dryer time has been cut down a lot. Towels used to take two cycles to dry. Now they are done before the first cycle ends. All in all, a really great experience. I love being able to purchase these services at a discount on the Angie's List web site, and have never been disappointed by the service given. Never less than full complete attention provided, never a bait and switch to get you to buy more services than you paid for. This alone makes the Angie's List membership cost pay for itself quickly.

The technician was unable to determine how to clean my dryer vent do to its location.

There was a small issue with communication, seemed to have lost an email. But they were very responsive to my follow-up email. On the day of the service I was contacted within the 2 hour window and when they were 15 minutes away. They were professional and did a good job. I was charged a $20 travel fee for being outside their area, which I didn't realize when I made the purchase, but I was told in an email the day before.

I purchased a deal for $59 to have my dryer vent cleaned out. I received an email shortly after purchasing this to schedule this service. I responded to the email and selected a date and time that I wanted to have this done. I received another email from Midwest Air confirming the date and time. In the email, it stated that because I was outside of their service area, (they're in Westfield and I'm in Fishers) I would need to pay an extra $20. I contacted the company because there was no place in the fine print stating that there might be an additional charge. I spoke with a gentleman at Midwest Air and told him that I had just purchased this deal and that I was surprised at there being an additional charge. He told me that they always put in writing this disclaimer about a possible extra charge for distance and explained why they charge an extra fee. I explained that it was not in writing for this deal. He said I could contact Angie's List and get a refund, but I told him I needed to have this service done and would not cancel. The technician that came today arrived promptly and worked efficiently and professionally. I paid him the extra $20 and showed him my coupon. I am happy with the service but not as happy with my deal.

I was not home, wife was. She was not impressed with the quality of work. Floor vents were still dirty, they were done way too quickly. The whole hope was to cut down on dust in the home, little to no change.

The technician was on time and very professional. He gave me a quote to do the whole house and asked if I wanted deodorizer used. He showed me in the basement what he would be doing. He was very efficient and quiet. He gave me a report at the end of what condition the ducts were in. The air in our house smelled much better and felt lighter when he was finished. Thank you! It was wonderful. The young man ( Simon) arrived on time and was very efficient. He was polite and well spoken and very careful about not damaging any walls etc. We had a problem getting the drier vent clean because he lacked a ladder tall enough to complete the job. This young man continued to be in contact with me about finishing the job and came two days later to finish when he was able to obtain a ladder that was tall enough to do the job. All companies should have a young man as diligent, well spoken, and efficient as Simon. I would highly recommend them.
