That air duct cleaning turned out very good. One technician came out. He did a good job and provided the service at a good pace. He also explained anything that we asked him too.

We were satisfied with it. They weren’t late. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. They have missed one or two vents.

Bought the Big Deal for vent cleaning. Everything about our service was really terrific. They promptly replied to get us scheduled and Nikki responded quickly by email to my questions. Day of service, Simon called in advance of his arrival and treated our home like it was his own (he even took his shoes off EVERY time he came in from the outside, which was a bunch). He wasted no time and did an awesome job in about 2 hours. We are first time home owners and had lots of questions. Simon took the time to answer all of them thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with the company overall and Simon in particular for a job well done!

The service professional went over the job details and price. I added cleaning the furnace coils and dryer vent. He did a good and thorough job and explained the process and results to me. I am very satisfied and glad that my ducts are clean.

It was okay. There was nothing additional but I don't think it was worth $299. Based on what the amount worked at. They've done everything they were supposed to do since I never done it before, it's not what I will pay next time. I will probably not use them again.

I signed up with the deal through Angie's List. Our appointment was dependent on the weather because the heat would be shut off. They called each time and were very easy to work with in rescheduling. Simon did a great job when he was here.

They had a special deal. They young man who came was professional, and he gave me some advice about changing my filters and some different things. The young man seemed very competent. I would not dissuade anyone from using them.

That went well. I would use them again.

The guy first came out and didn't have the equipment with him. We had to reschedule. I had to schedule because they needed to do the cleaning. Then we had the cleaning crew come in behind them. He didn't have his equipment so he had to come back after the house was clean, and I did not like that. When they blowout the duct work and dust gets everywhere. There was foot traffic. then we turned it back on and all of the dust blew out. That duct work cleaning service needs to have the exhaust trap that catches the lint and stuff to catch the excess. He didn't put down drop clothes to keep all of that stuff off. Nobody wants all of that lint and dust on their furniture and bed. I feel like they need to brush up on their duct work.

They came out about 2 weeks later. They were punctual, neat, and professional. I have no complaints.

We weren't terribly pleased. Somehow when they were cleaning all the vents instead of removing the vent covers they just jabbed their equipment and bent the vent covers so we have several vent covers that have the openings kind of bent on them. We wont use them again just because of how they left the vent covers.

It went very well. Simon did the work. a very nnice young man. I do have a problem and i just have not called on it...when i use the dryer, it sounds like paper flying around inside. it's been almost two months, but i will call and see what theny said.

They did a tremendous job. They were on time, courteous, and got the job done very well. I'd use them again! Thanks, guys!

I purchased the Big Deal on Angie's List to get my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned out. Simon was my technician and he did a great job from start to finish. I especially appreciated the courtesy call before he arrived. The whole process took around 2.5 hours. Considering our house is less than 3 years old, the returns were very dirty. I was amazed the debris that came out of the ductwork. It's been a week and I can definitely tell a difference that the cleaning has made. I would recommend doing business with this company.

I contacted Travis about using my coupon after I had my floors redone. He was very nice and helpful but said he was not able to honor the coupon for $299.99 because my house was too big. The square footage was much larger than he could do for $299.99. He offered me 899.99 (I think) to do the house but I did not want to incur the extra 600.00 bill. Please refund. Thank you. Please note that I put 9/15/14 but the service was not performed , I just spoke with him a couple of times, around that date.

It turned out good. They came out 3 or 4 days. I paid extra 200$. There was nothing special but it was good deal. The service was nice and there was no problem.

Great. I had to reschedule several times and there was no problem with that. Once I could meet a date, the technician called ahead of arrival, was prompt and worked nonstop for about 3 hours. He was professional and kept me apprised of what he was going and where he would be so that I could keep my dog from the noise. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again.
