Very professional and well done

Simon came out and was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and answered my questions. He checked the blower fan and found it was also dirty from the home remodeling we had going on, so I added cleaning the blower fan and a sanitizing fogging spray to the original scope of work. Very happy with the work performed and the cost - will use them again.

It was wonderful. He was very efficient and even checked my furnace. I was very pleased as he exceeded my expectations.

I bought a buy it now from this provider. I loved that it was easy to just click a button and then schedule them to come out. I had a little problem with the deal but Angie's List fixed it fast and was a pleasure to deal with. They young man they sent out to clean my vents was very pleasant and profession. We bought the coupon on Angies List the middle of February, but due to family sickness and the weather being too cold, work was not performed until the middle of March. The technician was quite knowledgeable and did a good job. My husband asked him to add on cleaning the dryer vent and requested a discount. The tech said he could do it but there would be no discount. This cost us $85 extra. I was satisfied with the work, but I cannot climb into the vents to look. The tech did state that he didn't think the ducts had ever been cleaned before, that they were quite dirty. He was here about 5 hours.

Simon, the technician, called ahead and came on time. He is a great worker who knows what he is going. He first cleaned out the dryer vent then the ducts. In addition he added a sanitizing solution to the ducts. I was impressed with his systematic way of working. He was here two hours. I'd highly recommend Midwest Air Solutions. Great job.

Excellent service and very conscientious

He arrived on time, and after a quick walk-through to locate all of the ducts he got to work. It took a few hours, but he did a very thorough job. Once he was finished he showed me everything collected, which was a pretty significant amount of dust and construction materials (we had just moved into this 15 year old house and apparently the ducts had never been cleaned). In walking around afterwards, I only found a very minimal amount of dust near any of the events, which was far better than other companies I used at my old house. I highly recommend using them.

The technician arrived, introduced himself, told me what he was going to do and how long he thought it may take, and then he got started. All went well. We were very happy with the whole job.

I like how honest this company was when they came to my home. They informed me that they did not have the correct equipment for the work and instead of doing poor work they recommended another company for the job.

Our home was built in 1958. This might be the second time the ductwork was cleaned. Simon was very thorough, friendly and professional. He extracted LOTS of dust from our home. It seemed like he had up to date equipment and he took his time doing our job. The house just seems so much cleaner. We would definitely have this company help us in the future.

It was good. The quality of everything was fine. I believe the only issue I've had is my contractor found holes when they blew out the vents and the holes were covered with tape and not with rubber inserts.

It went very well. They were top notch. I have nothing but good things to say about them in the service they provide. They were very professional and prompt. They were thorough both on the service provided by the actual technician at the home as well as course lines with the office have setting it up and coordinating it.

It was fine. They showed up when the said they would. They did a good job. They were all around professional. I was pleased with the work and it was done in a timely manner and there weren't any additional hidden fee. I think cost was a little high. In comparison I have seen a lot better deals for 49, 59 and $79 range were it will clean out the vents in your home including the dryer vent so I think at $179 that was high. I can tell you I would not pay that again. Responsiveness was fine. There wasn't any problem. They were very responsive in communicating. They were punctual. They were professional, cordial and friendly people.

Very professional company. We bought the $199 package from Angies list and had to pay $130 more bc of the square footage on our home. Was totally fair considering what was done. I know the job was done right.
