The cleaning went very well. The technician was very professional and thorough. I would definitely hire this company again for air duct cleaning/furnace work. In addition, as some other reviewers may have already mentioned, the company/technician did not try to upsell me on any work.

Fantastic! Simon was prompt and gave me a call when he was on his way. He had great communication and explained all he was going to do. The job was done efficiently and my house/floors were just as clean when he left, as he arrived. Our ducts are WAY better and I appreciated his attention to detail. Lousy. It didn't work. We set a follow up appointment, the owner did not show up nor called. I called him back several times but he did not return any of my phone calls.

Midwest Air Solutions came out and did an excellent job of cleaning out our HVAC and dryer vents. We knew the vents needed cleaned, but did not realize the extent of how badly they needed cleaned - that is until Midwest Air Solutions came out and cleaned everything up. The air return vents - despite being cleaned monthly - have stayed clean since the cleaning, and more importantly the actual vents are showing no signs of dirt flowing through and making everything in the house dirty. I would highly recommend using them and plan to use them again in the future as the need arises.

Excellent, Simon was on time. The office communicated promptly and was very professional. Simon worked very hard to make sure the ducts were cleaned, he even got rid of some flooring that had fallen into the ducts from the old floors when they were replaced. This company is a real gem! They were affordable and did what they said they were going to do. You cannot go wrong picking them. I am only one of many who say the same thing about them. Thank you so much Midwest!

The technician said he was sick and asked to reschedule on the day of the appointment. I agreed. On the rescheduled day he had another excuse. Very disappointed that they weren’t able to have someone else come the first day or the rescheduled day. Wow!

Very professional operator who worked diligently and was very thorough., He cleaned the systems attached to two furnaces + the clothes dryer vent. The job took about 6 hours of work

Simon was great to work with. I have a new home that had drywall dust caked in the air duct lines. Simon was on time and very thorough with cleaning all 17 vents and the connecting duct lines. He explained things as he progressed, and he answered all questions that I had. He cleaned the floors after he was finished to make sure no dust was left behind. He was wonderful to work with and will definitely hire him again.

The representative came out. He was very polite. He thoroughly explained what would be done. He made sure to clean up after he was done. He also showed me before and after pictures so I knew the work was completed properly.

Ductwork, furnace, HEPA filter system, all cleaned in a timely, efficient manner. House less dusty and smells better and HVAC system works more efficiently. Our original quoted price seemed reasonable for services, but the add-ons ($200+) seemed a bit steep by comparison. That being said, we are pleased with the end result.

Very well! He completed the job within about 2 hours, was very thorough and knew what he was doing. I had just bought the house and wasn’t sure how long it had been since cleaned (if ever?) so he took his time to do it right. He was very professional! I also had him treat for a little mildew around some of the vents.

The technician was very thorough and took time to explain what he was going to do, and after completing, let me know what he found. He also cleaned the dryer vent as part of the package. Our house was more than 3000 sq ft so we had been told there would be an additional $50 over the package price at the time the service was scheduled. When the tech looked at the furnace he was surprised the had had not cleaned it and there was lots of drywall dust left from construction. He was able to clean it but at an additional charge. I will ask had to clean the furnace in the future.

When we engaged Simon (I hope he doesn't mind me using his first name) and Midwest Air Solutions to clean our HVAC and dryer ducting, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. All we knew is that when we moved into our house two years ago we found it came with a terrible dust problem. When bright sunlight shown though the windows, dust particles could actually be seen floating around in the air. We saw a special offer made by Midwest on Angie's List, so we decided to give them a try. They certainly didn't disappoint. Not only did Simon do a thorough job of cleaning our ducts, but we were particularly impressed by his punctuality, his courteousness and the quality of service he provided. Dust problem eliminated. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need arises or recommend him to friends and acquaintances.

The experience was terrible. They rescheduled then, didn't show up. Then rescheduled again when we tried to work with them again. We're done with them. The initial phone conversation to agree on the service with owner Simon went OK. Scheduled the work to be done, and they called that day to reschedule. We agreed, and nobody showed up for that appointment and nobody made contact (they said nobody answered the cell phone... incorrect.) After a month or so I checked in with them to see if they still wanted to do the work. Scheduling was quick and easy, but on the day of service they again called to reschedule for 2 days out. The scheduler told me my wife had said she preferred the reschedule, but that's not true, Simon said he'd rather reschedule.

Very fast response time, extremely professional, best price out of any company I contacted, and did a wonderful job! I will hire them in the future, and recommend them to friends.

Scheduling and planning the service was very simple and smooth. However, I was planning to meet the technician at the house to let him in and he was more than an hour behind our plan. The service was completed satisfactorily within the day. Overall, I was pleased with the service received and the price. I would use Midwest Air again with the stress on timeliness for any appts.

There was some initial commuication problems but they resolved them quickly and even allowed me to use a special deal which had expired a few weeks ago because I had forgotten to use it. Their workman was efficient, friendly, polite and finished ahead of schedule.

That's my idea of poor serivce and a no-repeat service.

Simon came out and was awesome. He called when he was about 30 minutes out and was really professional. When he arrived we walked the house and he explained how the process worked. Everything went better then expected. When he completed, he let me know what the next steps were and how often I should maintain everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Being a first home owner sometimes everything can be a lot to learn! I would 100% recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks again!
