Our dryer wasn't doing a very good job of drying a load of clothes unless I ran them through two or three cycles. Midwest Air Solutions was having a special offer to clean dryer vents for $59 so I called them to see if that would help. Simon came out and cleaned the vent and now the dryer works much more efficiently. I knew the vent needed cleaning and that saved me the cost of calling a dryer repairman so I'm glad I called Midwest first. Simon was fast and efficient too.

It went Ok. They cleaned all of our air ducts. Then we made an additional purchase for dryer vent. Midwest Air Solutions did their job & they were very professional but I don't really feel this service is necessary. It still seems like we had a lot of dust after the fact. It's not anything they did I hope but the dust didn't quit. so I probably would not do this again. I had a friend that wanted to know where I received this service from and I did not tell them because I don't think this service is necessary as the dust did not go away. Again, we do not think it is anything this company did.

He came when he said he would and did the job as expected.

They went above and beyond to do a good job, we have a longer than usual dryer vent tube and they removed it to clean outside and then put back in place.

We had Simon perform the service. He did an excellent job and was punctual. Simon took the extra time to do the job right and find some issues with our current system. If the issues he found gone unchecked it would have cost us dearly later. I appreciate the thorough cleaning and advice given. I highly recommend this company.

Simon was the company representative that showed up to do the work and he did an excellent job. He was punctual, polite and professinal. He removed his shoes before walking on my carpeted areas (which I greatly appreciated considering the fact that I have white carpets) and was very attentive to my concerns. He had difficulty locating the output vent for our dryer (as it's located in a strange area) and was very diligent in evaluating the situation and coming up with a solution for how he can come back with the additional tools/help he needs to get it done right. I would definitely use this company again!

One person came and did the cleaning. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. He seems to be a very responsible person. He seems to clean all areas that were needed. Because I have never ever had any air duct cleaning experiences, it is difficult for me to evaluate the quality of his perform. This is also the reason that I may choose other company in the future and therefore, I will be able to know which company does a better job. In general, he seems to be a nice person and concentrated on doing the job. Again, I do not give him the best rating because it is difficult for me to rate the quality of his service (I do not have any experience on air duct cleaning).

I purchased the deal through Angie's List and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Midwest Air Solutions responded to set up an appointment, and how quickly I was able to schedule it. There were no surprises. The service provider was prompt, polite, personable and professional. He explained what he would be doing and how long to expect it to take. Everything went as he had predicted. He gave me a couple of progress reports along the way. He showed me a photo of what he had done. He was also very respectful of my home and belongings, and carefully cleaned up as necessary around the vents.

I was very pleased with this service. The provider responded immediately when I purchased the deal and came when I asked them to come. They were very punctual and friendly.

All duct work and dryer vent were cleaned and sanitized. The tech answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied.

Simon arrived on time, was very professional and set about getting everything hooked up. He advised us to clean the dryer vent once a year (for fire safety) and the ductwork again in 3-5 years. The only thing we did not discover until later was he did not hook a pipe back on the airconditioner unit which caused water to flow onto the floor the next time the unit was used, and we had to shut the unit down on Memorial Day. However, he and the company were very professional the next day, they sent Simon back and he easily fixed the problem. We were then satisfied! We would hire them again, as they were very nice about the problem, did great work otherwise!

Technician did a great job cleaning my air ducts and vents. He left the house very clean and was polite. My complaint is that I needed additional work done on my HVAC system and asked that someone call me regarding this job and no one ever did. Guess I'll go with someone else for the repair if they don't want my money.

They did a really good job. It was a reasonable price. The work was really good. I think they went over and above. The price was actually lower than we expected.

Scheduling was easy through website and follow-up email. Received a courtesy call from the technician to let me know he was about 30 mins out, during the window of time expected. Technician was polite and knowledgable. Whole process was complete in a couple of hours.

We were quite pleased with the service from this company. The technician did a very thorough job cleaning the ductwork on my 50 year old house. It had never been done before as far as I know. He also cleaned the dryer vent, the furnace area and cleaned out the filters. He was also very courteous and cleaned up after he was finished. I am really impressed with the company and would highly recommend them!

It went very well. The person who came to our house was very informative and had great time management skills I cannot remember the exact cost since we purchased it through a Big Deal promotion, but it was well worth the money.

I purchased their services through a Big Deal. I could not be present when they performed the actual service, but the feedback I got from my brother was all positive. I could tell that there was an improvement in the air quality.

Service man worked very hard and helped educate us. Several add on costs

The ductwork was cleaned, but the tech reported back that the blower was dirty and they didn't have time to clean it. However, the reason they didn't have time to clean it was that they showed up several hours late for the appt, and had another home to get to. Since all the air moves through the blower, it seems a bit absurd to leave that one part filthy and claim that the job is finished. They did offer to come back and clean it, but that would involve a separate and high cost for another service call.
