Seemed to do a good job. Inside work was clean. Did not remove outside dryer vent exhaust material from ground. Not sure if this is expected, but it was unsightly.

I questioned the Midwest Air Solutions sending just one technician to do the job of cleaning air ducts of a 5400+ sq. footage house. I am enclosing pictures that I have taken of the air ducts in our house. Initially, I have requested from the technician to take pictures of the air ducts before and after he completed the job. I have asked for those pictures from Midwest Air Solutions so that I am able to compare them with the pictures I have taken on 28 Sept 5 and 3 Oct 15 to verify whether the $449.00 I paid for the service is justified. And perhaps, not even the initial discounted of $299.00 that I purchased online.

Got a very fast response and was able to schedule quickly. Service technician was very friendly and explained everything very well, was very quick and cleaned up after he was finished.. Overall very impressed.

He was friendly and did a terrific job. I am very well pleased. I will tell you that for two hours your house smells like a dentist office but after that my nose immediately stopped running. I think the dust in the vents was making my allergies worse. Highly recommended.

Simon from Midwest Air called to arrange to come early (hooray!) He was professional but personable and got the job done in a couple of hours without leaving a mess. He was careful to ask about how our pets with the noise and to ask if they were allowed outside. Yes I would call Midwest Air Solutions again.

In my opinion the service agent was more interested in trying to sell add-ons/upgrades than in doing a professional service. I cannot say I won't use their services in the future, especially since I think the price for what we had done was appropriate, but I do not feel like I would seek them out on my own for service (in other words, if another coupon comes through next year, I might hire them again, but I certainly would not call them without a coupon.)

They were okay. It was a really young guy that came out and cleaned out my ducts. I don’t have any complaints. He didn’t explain to me a lot of what he was doing after he left. I thought that he hadn’t cleaned out. He wasn’t on the top of the thing. They were fine on price. The professionals usually explain to me what they are doing at the beginning and at the end, but he didn't.

Overall, good experience and guy was nice. The dryer vent was still clogged after the service which we called Midwest. They came out and fix the problem. I would recommend Midwest- fair price and overall good experience.

The young man truly did an excellent job! I was able to see and understand exactly the process. Before he cleaned the returns, he let me take before/after pictures. The quality of the air has dramatically improved. We don't have so much dust. The furnace does not have to work so hard. He was ontime. professional and worked fast. I am definitely going to call them back when it is ready to be cleaned again.

The experience was great. The gentleman who did the work was so kind and respectful. My mom had passed away a few months before and we had to move my dad to an assisted living facility. Things were kinda crazy and overwhelming at that time and his attitude made it less stressful. The only downside to this service is that the equipment they use is loud but I guess the upside is I was given the chance to finally go outside on the deck on a beautiful day and read a magazine! Win-win!

Simon did an outstanding job. The house is 150 years old and this is probably the first time the air ducts were cleaned so he had a big task ahead of him. He was very professional and arrived on time. I would definitely use Midwest Air Solutions in the future.

The service for the big deal from Midwest Air Solutions went well. I really have nothing to go against their service because I have never done that type of service before but I believe that they did a good job. They were on time.

It was okay. The technician had problems kicking the circuit breaker with his tools. This was my first time using them. It had been a long time since the ducts had been cleaned and that it would make the air quality better.

The interior vents seemed to be cleaned. The dryer vents were not cleaned to my satisfaction. At the time the service man said he would be able to come back with proper equipment to be able to reach the dryer vents safely. After he left, I had to call back for a return appointment at which time I was first informed there was a service charge for returning. The company did try to work with me in the sense that they would delay appointment until there was another service job in the area. In other words, when it was convenient for them to come back into the area, they would finish the job they should have done on the day. I did end up rescheduling the service but it reality the dryer vents were never cleaned. I ended up contacting another company that was able to clean the vents with absolutely no problem, no hesitation , and no fuss.
