It went fine. However, the technician did not clean out the dryer. I used a different provider the last time and they also cleaned the dryer lint.

For some reason, the young guy who did the cleaning went out to the furnace, said the vent could be cleaned for $60, then for some reason moved the motor on the furnace which caused two rattling noises in the furnace. He also bent one of the panels putting it back on wrong, so it had to be pounded out with a hammer. Then he managed to knock off some of the insulation from the gas line going into the furnace. Shortly afterwards, the furnace started making a horrible sound, so the furnace repairman who had recently serviced the furnace had to be called back out. He said that the motor position had been changed, which affects the belt tension. So he adjusted the motor back to where it was when he fixed it, so that it was quieter, but still a little noisy. An additional service call and charge that would not have been necessary if the duct cleaner had not "fooled around" with it for no apparent reason.

Terribly. They have never returned our phone calls so they have our $ and we have no service.

This was a fantastic experience. The MAS employee was on time, polite and very patient while I had other contractors finishing up. I had just done an extensive remodel with floor sanding and figured my vents were filthy. He was very thorough and spent 3 hours working. I wasn't sure where all my vents were, but he didn't mind. My house is so clean and fresh now with so little dust. I highly recommend them!

Excellent! We used this company in 2013 to clean the air duct and dryer vents and was very satisfied with the professionalism and price. We will use them again in a few years when the air ducts need to be cleaned again. Suggested that they need to be cleaned every 3-5 and dryer vents every 1-2 depending on use.

I can't really give them a rating as I did not get the service, and don't want to give them a bad rating because there really was not enough to rate, but have no choice but to select one, so gave them a middle of the road, a C. Mostly because they did not initiate the follow up nor seemed very concerned about trying to find another way to service us. I understand the situation, but I as the consumer wasted time and money. I Bought the $179 air duct cleaning from Angie's list promotion. Scheduled appointment, a young man (I was surprised there was only 1 person) showed up the second hour in their timeframe, came in, checked out the furnace which is in the basement, looked at the staircase they had to get down with their vacuum and said it was impossible to service us unless we removed the stairlift chair, which takes 18" of the staircase. Shared that the vacuum is very heavy and would take two ppl to lift to get down the stairs. He left saying the office would call me that afternoon. Never did, I called the office a three days later and they had no clue I was never serviced. They said they would not send two ppl to my home to do the cleaning as they would lose money on the job, fine, but is there an alternative option? How much would it cost me additionally to add a second person? Asked for refund, told I have to go back to Angies list for my refund, still waiting on refund. I know stairlifts are not in the average home, but would have been nice to know before paying and waiting around for an appointment.

The work performed was great. The technician was professional and did a very good job. However, the day they were scheduled to arrive, they did not show or call. After the allotted time period, I called the number given and on the website and was unable to get ahold of anyone. Finally I emailed someone and at that time they let me know that somehow my appointment had somehow disappeared from the schedule. An apology was given, via email, and the appointment was rescheduled. No other attempt to remedy the situation was made.

It was fantastic. The technician phoned ahead to let me know he was coming. He was prompt, courteous, and worked hard. I'm really pleased with how smooth everything went and how professional he was. Will absolutely call them again if I need anything for my furnace or AC.

Overall job went well, they left a little mess when they cleaned the dryer vent.

It took them about a month to get out here. It took a month for them to contact. We had to reach back out to them to schedule the appointment. They were very behind. Their service was an A but their timeliness and follow-up were not very good. They just needed to communicate when to schedule the stuff and reach out to us. We were waiting for thirty days and we were still trying to contact them directly before they called us back.

It went great! For the money, best deal in town.

The work was completed as described in the promotional. Additionally on the day of the service we decided to add the cleaning of the drywall dust from the basement area.

The technician performed a thorough cleaning of the entire duct system. The technician answered all my questions, explaining what would be done and how the machinery worked.

Was unable to perform services, but it was because of some soot in ducts that he was afraid would not all be removed and cause an issue when heat turned back on. Would have liked them cleaned, but appreciated his honesty and the fact that he would have rather not done it than potentially left the house worse off than before.

I was very impressed with Simon. Simon called me a day before my appointment to answer a couple questions I had, and then the day of the appt he called to say he would arrive in about 40 minutes. I was impressed with Simon's knowledge (he seemed to know what he was doing), his work ethic (I never saw him stop working), his thoroughness (he was very meticulous and detailed in the cleaning - he seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job) and his pleasant demeanor. I am very happy with our decision to have the service done, and would do so again definitely.

So glad I got it done. My house has less dust and there is less lint from my dryer.

Great, Set appointment on line, company confirms time and date and sent reminder a couple days before. Technician -Simon, called ahead, arrived on time. Very professional, clean young man. So nice to have a non- smoking service provider!!!! Cleaned and sanitized HVAC duct system in our home - recently did some remodeling so debris in registers and dust in cold air returns.

Once I purchased the Angie's Deal, scheduling the duct cleaning was a little sloppy. All communication was done over email and slower than I expected. It took a couple days before I heard anything, and by then my requested times were full. Arrival was scheduled for two weeks later between 9-11am. Simon called at 1020 to say he was 15 minutes away. He arrived at 1040 and got right to work. I was impressed with how quickly he got down to business. We counted all of the vents in the house so he could get an idea of the layout, and then he made two small requests of me: 1. Clear a path in the basement for his equipment and 2. make sure he could access all of the vents. I complied and he was already working. He noticed that one return was weak and figured it may not be connected any longer; he also thought this was not a reason for concern. He finished in about 3 hours, including the dryer vent, which was just what I had been told to expect. In his summary of the job, he was surprised at the amount of dust, carpet fibers, and screws in our ducts, but felt our system was in decent shape. He also said we didn't have any other reasons for concern, which was a bit surprising. I expected there to be an up sell at some point, but there never was so I liked that. A good experience overall, just would like quicker responses early on, but still an A job and I will call them again.

Communications done primarily on-line. Was extremely impressed by Simon who did the work. Showed that he knew what had to be done and worked rapidly to get it done. Very courteous. Worked for about 3 hours to clean ducts which included cutting a hole in ducts to insert equipment. Well prepared to cover the cover. Would definitely hire again.

Wonderful young man performed the work, took him about 4 hours. He was very courteous and did a great job.

Everthing was just fine. My only (small) complaint was that I had to pick up a lot of lint from the dryer vent on my deck and back yard.
