It turned out there were three birds nests, and both living and dead birds, in the dryer vent. Travis (the owner) and Simon (he serviced my cleaning) had to come back a second time with a two story ladder to reach where the vent opens outside my house. They put in a great deal of extra time, with Simon going in my attic, and Travis driving to the hardware store to get silicone to put around a "cage" covering where the vent is open on the side of my house. I tried to give Travis money, knowing this job was taking so much extra time, and he absolutely refused to accept it. I highly recommend them and very much appreciate them going to such extremes to complete this job!!!

Excellent...would recommend! I purchased the air duct cleaning promotion and scheduled my appointment via their website as instructed. Had to reschedule but was not a problem. Simon was very courteous about keeping me informed of his schedule and arrived exactly when he said he would and well within the agreed upon window. He spent several hours on site, was VERY thorough, and answered all my questions. I did purchase the upsell to have the system sanitized. I felt, and still feel, even with the benefit of hindsight, that it was worth it. Great service, excellent value (competitor quotes were 50% more).

The work was performed satisfactorily. Our ducts had quite a build up of dust and lint accumulation over the years and construction projects. The cleaning was thorough.

Perfect! Evidently the person that lived there before smoked and the tech took extra time to make sure all of the "gunk" from that was throughly cleaned and removed.

The technician called ahead to warn me that he was running a bit late.He cleaned and sanitized my duct work and even carried my large cat upstairs for me. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. Afterwards, he showed me the filth pulled out of the system. But be aware, this job is very, very noisy. I should have worn earplugs and stashed the cat at a neighbor's house for the duration.

Cleand heating and air ducts. the was service was couteus and professional at his job. I would reccomend then to any who needs their services.

Simon called ahead with arrival time and when he arrived, went immediately to work. He didn't take any break and worked hard for the entire time. Although not scheduled, there were 4 exhaust fan and hoses needing cleaning which he accomplished for what seemed a reasonable extra charge. Excellent experience.

It turned out already but they had an issue with communication between Angie's List and their own end. But overall it was fine. He was pretty fast, just doing his work, he was friendly. It was a good experience. It took about an hour to complete the work. I wouldn't have done it without the deal from Angie's List.

Simon did a great job cleaning our heater vents. He was polite, professional and diligent about his work.

It worked out fine. I paid additional because it was more square footage, I didn't realize that. The deal was for $179 and I paid about $250. The guy was good, he knew what he was doing, he was clean and he cleaned up. And he was thorough. The price was fair, that's why I did it, it looked good. I had another quote that was much more. I've nothing to compare it with, I've never had it done before. It seemed like he did well. He showed me the evidence and he cleaned up afterwards. They got right back to me, set up an appointment and showed up on time. The guy was good.

Purchased a "deal" for air duct cleaning, crew showed up on time and when they said they would. They did exactly what they said they would do for the purchase price, I could've done without the upsell pitch and mold scare they tried pitching.

I was very pleased with the quality of work. They were extremely thorough, cleaning every floor register and return register in our home. One young man did all the work and he worked for 3 hours straight. When he was finished he showed me the collection of dust, drywall dust and dog hair that he recovered from our ducts! He did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and not tracking in dirt or snow. I had purchased a "deal" from Angie's list and the price was very reasonable!

Simon was the technician that came to our house. He was on time and began to work immediately. My wife and I were very pleased with Simon's work and we rate him outstanding. I would definitely recommend Midwest Air Solutions to our family and friends.

They were fantastic. We had some difficulty because they had a job to do and it was bigger than what they thought. They had to come and do the following week but they did a fantastic job. They did an excellent job. They were courteous and kind. They did a great job. Price was okay. Quality was an A+. They were very responsive.

Cleaned the ductwork and furnace thoroughly.

The company rescheduled the service multiple times. They are not available on Saturday. After the 3rd rescheduling the service rep arrived but couldn't complete the service because he said there were repairs to be done.

I was put out that the add did not advise of the mileage charge. I would only hire at the advertised price.
