Description of Work: When our old roof started loosing shingles and getting worn out, we decided to go with metal. Pretty much the only thing we knew about metal roofing was that it lasts a long time, and we both really wanted this to be the last roof we'd ever buy. I was doing some research on Angie's List and came across Metal Solutions, and Michael Burdine. I'm so glad I did! | |Mr. Burdine came out to give us an estimate, arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions without any drama, and the price was good. Maybe not the least expensive, but we trusted his answers, and he demonstrated a real knowledge of his business. He really put us at ease. In fact, all of the guys from Metal Solutions were just great. They ended up starting the job a few days early (when does that happen?) and we had our roof on and finished ahead of schedule. The were very conscientious about our trees and yard, and they did a good job of cleaning up when they finished. They even put up with my busy body dog. The whole experience was great and Metal Solutions is a class act. | |Ultimately, the most important thing is that the roof works, and it does. The finished roof looks amazing and keeps the rain out. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Michael and company are wonderful to work with and we recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Every aspect of the engagement was extremely professional. The crew worked long hours and did and excellent job of cleaning up at the end of every day. The end result looks great.

Description of Work: They installed a new metal roof over an existing rubber surface. The area roofed was relatively flat and prone to leaks.

Description of Work: After getting estimates from two other companies to install a traditional standing seam steel roof on our house, it was an easy choice to contract with Metal Solutions, Inc. This company not only installs the metal roofing material, but they also fabricate the panels in their own shop, saving us time and money. The work performed included removing the existing shingles, replacing four feet of roof decking with plywood decking all around the house, covering the wood decking with an ice/rain barrier membrane material, and installing a standing seam metal roof.
