Description of Work: Installed windows and a door purchased from Lowes. Mark Merrifield Builders complied with what they were contracted to do initially, which was not my contention. As well Mark was compliant when it was necessary to return for corrective measures, which was resulting from the quality of the merchandise, not totally due to the installation My contention for service (product) is with Lowes and I will never buy a major product from them again!!!!

Description of Work: I shopped for the cheapest deal, and I found it. They were nice and made multiple trips to my home, but this was a 2-4 day project. Windows, siding..... Windows were poorly wrapped after even the second attempt. The price was great.

+ -1 moreIt was fine. They told me they were doing a lot of jobs and for me I just felt they were kind of rushed trying to go on to the next one. They came a couple of different. The main guy was good. I didn't work with them directly, Lowes worked with them directly.

+ 0 moreWe had 6 windows and a patio door installed by Mark Merrifield of Merrifield Buildersand Construction and his 5 associates. They spent 7 hours doing the installation. My wife and I are ecstatic about the teams' performance and the quality of the total product. Mark and his team were meticulous, considerate, and fun. Other adjectives I could add would be professional and highly experienced. As my wife and I were on location most of the time Mark and his team were working, we appreciated their humor and the banter among members of the team. The humor and banter did not adversely impact or distract the teams' performance and in fact was a testament to their level of expertise, familiarity and respect they had for each other.
Description of Work: Removed multiple layers of antiquated storm windows from 6 windows and installed double pane, insulated vinyl framed windows. Also, replaced old uninsulated patio door.
