I'm extremely pleased with Merrifield Exteriors. I purchased 14 windows from them, and from the initial sales consultation to installation and ongoing support, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. There was no high-pressure "buy now or lose money" tactic—just honest, helpful information. The installers were highly skilled, completing all the windows in just two days, and they left my home and yard clean and free of any debris. I was pleasantly surprised by their follow-up to ensure I was satisfied. Recently, I had an issue with one of the windows, and they were here to fix it within two days of my call. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

Update 8-3-2022 Even better! After we had such a wonderful experience with our door, we naturally looked to them with siding. Through a bad interaction with our insurance company we had Merrifield out and they were a breath of fresh air over insurance. As I said in my previous review, communication is where Merrifield excels. We had a small delay in some of the siding being delivered but Merrifield owned the hiccup and gave us the updates we were looking for. We had all the siding, soffits, gutters, and porch ceiling replaced. The only downside is we are out of things to upgrade on our house. We found these people through their Instagram ad. One of the good things about them is they were very responsive. The salesperson was very slow to explain everything to us and not rush us to the most expensive door. We went back and forth and he kept up every step of the way. Because we wanted a bigger door than the opening they had they were able to widen the opening. I watched as they installed a new header and were very good with clean up. The whole process took one day and there were no delays or missing parts. I will use them again for other projects we may need for sure.

How did it go? You can decide after you read my review. To judge quality , hold stylus on my pictures, the push view image. The roofers damaged, the window, repaired with rough board at the bottom of picture, left side of window, repaired with used smooth white board. Also, the window wasn't caulked or painted. The owner, acknowledged the used white board, and the rest of repair, and had no problem with the used process Owner said he'd paint the window, but hasn't yet. Window damage was April 5, 2018, as of May 19, 2018, window is not repaired correctly or painted. The roofers, hit my vinyl siding with shingles leaving black marks, and hit garage door that is scrapped with black marks. The owner, said he would paint, garage door. To date May 19, 2018, still not painted. When the window and garage door get painted, will not match the rest of my home; the age is different. I requested, the owner, inspect my roof since April 5, 2018. The shingle tips stand up, and more questionable workmanship. When the owner came to my home, he wouldn't inspect my roof, he said my roof was too steep. To date, May 19, 2018, he has not inspected my roof. On April 5, 2018, three roofers came to my home 1 hour and 1/2 early. They did not knock on my door to announce they were at my home. They entered, my hated, back yard, that read no trespsssing, and they seen me naked thru my patio door. All three roofers could not speak English. Around an hour later two supervisors dropped off the truck with trailer for removed shingles. I showed both the damaged. They said everything damaged would be fixed. I requested a supervisor be on the job the rest of the day, because the roofers cannot speak English. Both left the job in minutes. I was still trying to talk to them while driving off.

The installation went great. There were two workers and they seemed to know exactly what they were doing, having done window replacement many times before. The lead was willing to explain to me what he was doing so that I was comfortable with his knowledge and the work being done correctly. He also explained how to take care of the windows and how the screens and locks work. He made suggestions for proper use of the screens. We appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.

Good. They were responsive. They were slightly late due to another job, but were professional and their work was good.

The workers did excellent work and were professional and polite. They cleaned up the any mess they made and took away the old windows.

The crew showed up early for work. Did not make a mess of my yard and made sure that they did not leave any trash around. Roof looked better than it ever did. I am very satisfied with the job.

Your two employees arrived on time 10. 00, set up some stuff in the driveway to do some work on, put the new window in and left. It took about an hour and 20 mins and looks good.

Very well. Company was responsive through entire process. Had to reschedule due to weather but they kept in touch and responded to my calls. Workers were on time, did a great job, and cleaned everything up thoroughly.

The two installers were very conscientious, workers quietly & quickly. What I especially liked we that they talked to the guys that were working on my kitchen & installing dry wall on the inside to make sure it was what they needed to finish the framework on the inside.

Arrived on time, friendly, installed window and wraps perfectly. Cleaned up afterwards.
