From the detailed estimate to the project review through the excellent crews to finished product, I am more than pleased. Every step was explained in detail. I was amazed at how quickly they removed my old patio despite having to use wheelbarrows because of limited access. It was the same for the pouring when they used the same method to ferry concrete from my driveway to the patio site. The finished job is better than I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The photo is just a section of the wraparound patio.

From Start to finish these guys were pros. Competitive quote, very responsive and pleasant to work with. Courteous and patient with my questions. Flexible with scheduling, and started and finished the job exactly when they said they would. Best of all.... they did a great job. I had them tear out 5500 sq/ft of flooring in my warehouse, then pour a new floor. Great work. very happy. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish all contractors were that easy and reliable to work with. Now........If I could only talk them into doing drywall and painting I would be all set.

Mattingly Concrete was EXCELLENT to work with. They were reasonably priced, flexible, great to wok with and professional. They were able to get our job done quicker than we had expected expected. They showed up on time, cleaned everything up when they left each night (it was a multi-day job) and at project completion. Their work is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the new driveway and sidewalk. If I need concrete work done in the future, I will definitely use them.

The project manager working with us, Nate, took time to answer our questions and made sure we were kept in the loop, especially with any weather delays. We had our sidewalk and 3 stoops/porches redone and the work was efficient and well done. We would definitely recommend this company.

Mattingly Concrete came out and gave us an estimate. What they proposed was beyond what we imagined. They are very smart and knew what would look good. The price was very fair compared to their competitors. Although, we decided to invest the money into another project right now. I plan on calling Mattingly Concrete back when its time to pursue this project.

It went very well. Felt the quote was very fair for the work done; very professional, explained the process very well, followed through and ensured we were satisfied with the results.

I called for a quote, and emailed a sketch with all the dimensions with pictures. I never got a call or quote back, I had to call in 4 times and was told that someone would give me a call back with a quote or set up a time to come out to my house. I eventually went with another company that was responsive and gave me a quote.

Contract gave them the right to rip up their work without notice if they thought payment was late. Also, no guarantee on preserving landscaping that was worth more than the job. Decided to look elsewhere.
