They do high quality work and pay close attention to detail.

Dan came out when he said he would to give me an estimate. Then came back out on the day he said he would to remove the concrete. He did not damage my driveway nor mess up the lawn even though the block of concrete was much larger than I anticipated. Dan was very prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use him again nor to recommend him to others.

It was excellent working with them. It was better than I had thought it was going to be. He showed me real installation samples at his office, which was helpful in making a choice.

All work completed in short time and work was very good at completion. Provided an "A" report to Angie's List with excellent rating. The problem now is that the concrete has broken and settled and large cracks have developed. Dan Mattingly will not return my phone calls. After talking to him this past July, he indicated that he would take a look and let me know how they would plan to fix the broken concrete. I have left messages several times over the past two months on his answering set and he does not return my calls. I am very disappointed with his response.

We would definitely call this company again. We received a prompt return phone call. They were very polite, professional, apologized when he realized he did not service my area and was even willing to give me the name of another company that could possible help us out. Great customer service.

It is beautiful and could not have been any better. I was amazed at what they could do. They did a wonderful job. They even called back, to see how my son who lives with me liked it.

They were outstanding. The owner Dan is very good and trustworthy. I wold recommend him to others for his quality of work and the integrity he has.

They worked around weather conditions and needs of occupants for access to house. They kept the area tidy with a minimum of dirt/mud. The finished product was attractive and exceeded expectations. The personnel and owner were exceptionally gracious with respect to customer relations.

They did not return my call, and in a couple days, I called them back. They told me that they were too busy to take on my job.

I called and left a message and he never called back.

Called several times to arrange and appointment for an estimate. Call was finally returned after about 2 weeks. Estimate was higher than anticipated.

Very prompt. Floor and driveway appear very well done. However, appeared to be footprints and other markings in sealant. Mattingly did come back and redo the sealant but it still is uneven.

Overall very good, and very pleasant they were very courteous and very good to work with. They went above and beyond what was expected.

He called me back and said he would come out for the estimate but he never showed or called.

Dan Mattingly is friendly and extremely great to work with. His crew prepared the drive area without any damage to flower beds and adjacent sod areas. Dan's brother is involved as a foreman of the pouring crew and is very detailed oriented. Dan called twice after the work was completed to check on customer satisfaction and to ask about drainage after a rain storm. I would highly recommend Mattingly Concrete to anyone considering new or replacement concrete work.

Dan was extremely responsive to my call for an estimate and the work was done the same day the estimate was accepted. When I got home, the work was done and the debris cleared away. Dan made this portion of our project so easy!

Dan Mattingly called me back within an hour of leaving my message. He does not do resurfacing, but he gave me a contact who might be able to do the work for me.

Dan and his crew were prompt and courteous. He made sure the work was done right and that we were satisfied. For the work they did the price was very competitive. I plan on having them do more work in the future on our driveway.

THE COLOR SELECTION OF THE EXPOSED AGGREGATE WAS PERFECT AND THE WALK LOOKS GREAT EXCEPT THE CONTRACTOR POURED THE WALK IN STRAIGHT SEGMENTS RATHER THAN THE CURVE THAT WAS PART OF THE DESIGN. UPON REALIZING THE ERROR, THE CONTRACTOR WAS APOLOGETIC AND OFFERED TO COMPENSATE US FINANCIALLY RATHER THAN REPOUR THE WALK.

I EXPECTED BETTER OF THIS COMPANY. A FRIEND HAD RECOMMENDED THEM AFTER THEY REPLACED CONCRETE STEPS AT HER HOME.
