Description of Work: Rather than going thru all the crap that your questionaire involves, we'll say that a) we have used Manufacturer's Service for 20-30 years, always found the service quick & accurate & inexpensive, the owner friendly & knowledge-able & the kind of local business that deserves a lot of patronage. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Description of Work: The gentleman at the shop sharpened my kitchen knives, while I waited. He did a fabulous job and only charged $2.00 each. I can't believe I waited so long to get this done. Who knew it only cost $2.00 per knife!

 + -1 moreI THINK HE WAS EXCELLENT. THESE KNIVES ARE MADE FROM GERBER STEEL WHICH IS PROBABLY THE HARDEST STEEL TO SHARPEN. HE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME DOING THE WORK. I HAVE USED THE KNIVES SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHARPENED AND THEY CUT GREAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR SHARPENING ANY KNIVES.
