Mac's Septic Service

Within a couple of hours of making the call they were out and had the tank pumped. Very cordial to deal with over the phone. Just gave directions to the house, they did their job with no issues. Stellar job.

Called on Monday and arranged appointment for Wednesday AM. Called to let us know they were on their way. Arrived promptly and happily discussed the workings of septic systems as they dug up the lid and pumped out the tank.

I called Mac's after seeing good reviews on Angie's list. They came out within the time period specified and pumped 1000 gallons from my tank (which is about a 1200-1500 gallon tank). The tank was not full, he said, and so he could not see charging me extra to pump the full tank. The technician said that everything looked good and based on my household, suggested I have the tank pumped about every 5 years. I dont know if the price was good or not because I did not get estimates from other service providers. I also dont know if the quality was good because I was not having any issues. Based on the professionalism and courtesy of the technician and the fact that he did not charge me to do work he did not think I needed, I would use Mac's Septic again.

We had used them before, so we contacted them for work again. They responded within an hour. They do quick, efficient work.

Called in the morning and they were here by 2:00 pm. I think their pricing is fair....there are a couple of others on Angies List with good ratings and their price looks a little lower but Mac's has always been able to come the same day which is nice.

Called Macs for a routine cleaning of the septic system. I requested, but did not expect, same day service. They were able to schedule my service within several hours!! The two servicemen were professional and friendly. They also offered some friendly advice on house plumbing. This is the second time we've used Macs and I highly recommend them!

They came out quickly and gave me a lower price than what others did quote me. When they arrived and inspected the tank visually, they said it did not need cleaned but I went ahead and told them to do it anyway. I appreciated their honesty and they did a good job. They did clean up well too.

They were here on time, worked in the rain and were very professional and courteous. We had actually canceled our first appointment and thought our problem had taken care of itself. Next day we knew it really needed some attention. After our call back to them they came the same time they were previously scheduled, during a very busy time for them, due to all the rain in area. I would not hesitate to recommend Mac's Septic to others.

Had a backed up septic and called Mac's as I've used them in the past and had a good experience with their service. They walked me through what to check and what to do to spare an emergency house call. It worked and they came the next morning to pump the septic. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.

I used them because they were local and they had good ratings and reviews. They got the job done, they did it quickly, and they were courteous. It didn’t take them long and they did a good job. It was nice that they were on time and they got started right away. I didn’t compare their price with anyone but it was less than I was expecting.

We called two other companies first,but they were unresponsive. MAC's came out within an hour and quickly identified and cured the problem. They offered good advice on the care of the septic system and did not try to sell unneeded services. I would definitely use them again.

Because of needing a big truck to haul the gravel involved we needed to use my neighbors drive. He went over and explained it all to her and then left extra gravel in her drive to cover tire tracks. He was profesional and timely and we felt the price was good.

They are very good and very responsive. They really worked hard to get it in at the last minute before the weather got too bad to do the work. They did it in a very short amount of time. They were cheaper than other estimates. They didn't try to oversell me like some of the other companies.

I received very responsive, prompt and courteous service. I had the day off to have some other repairs done and decided to see if I could have the septic tank drained as I was overdue to have that done. I called around 11:00 a.m. and asked if it were possible to have the work done today. Vicki said yes, and the driver would call about 25 minutes before arrival, which he did. He was pleasant, polite and professional. He told me at the start the tank was probably smaller than 1,000 gallons and he would know when it finished draining. The house was built in 1931 so it turned out that the tank was only about 200 gallons, so he gave me a discount from the regular rate charged to drain larger tanks. He confirmed that the system appeared to be working well, draining into the finger system as it should, which I was pleased to hear. I appreciated the fact that someone could come out the same day I called (within an hour and a half of my call) and had reasonable rates.

We had Mac's pump our septic tank. They were priced fairly and didn't charge to dig dirt from top of tank to locate access point. They were flexible with scheduling, great with communication, showed up on time, and were in and out quickly. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Sorry for not submitting a report sooner -- forgot about it until just now, but wanted to let people know we were very satisfied!

They called right away and came out the next week. The price seemed reasonable. Their professionalism and quality of work seemed good and they cleaned up.

Their service cost me $200. The guy is always polite and courteous. He comes out on time, as promised. His truck smells, but it is okay. His price is fair. His quality of work is fantastic. We will use him in the future.

They came out promptly. The worker was very professional. He dug down to the tank access, pumped the tank, and replaced the dirt neatly. There wasn't any damage to my yard. I'm very satisfied and I will call them with all of my septic needs.
