Came out to check the system at my request as system was not working appropriately. Because of the above problems they took care of the problems immediately. Given the time spent on the job, and the number of things fixed, I felt their pricing was very fair. I have used them in the past to pump the tank, and will continue to use them in the future.

Mac's was quick to schedule an appointment, was on time and completed the job exactly as promised.

The man who came out was very pleasant and courteous. He called before he came and he arrived well within the appointment window. It took him a while to find the opening to the tank because it was in an odd place, but he kept at it until he found it. The actual cleaning hardly took any time at all. This was a good experience. I would definitely hire them again.

It was discovered that we had a blockage and the tech said we may need to call in a plummer. But while he was pumping, he decided to try a few things -- snaking and such. After time, he found the solution with a hose and snake and popped the blockage free. He could have just stood around and waited until the pumping was complete. I obviously appreciated his trying!

Mac's completed the job with no mess or problems, cleaned up after, advised on condition of tank, and recommended time for future treatment.

Friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Provided us with some information we didn't know and reassured us that some things we'd been experiencing were normal. It also turned out our tank was smaller than we thought and we greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Will have them back again and highly recommend them. Have used other companies in the past but none measure up as well as Mac's. Great job!

It went great! The truck arrived on time and went straight to work. He was friendly, open to questions about septic systems. He typically recommends pumping the tank every 3 years. They used our hose to clean off the area. They even took the time to cut back the sod that had grown up around the tank access. I think the whole visit took 30 minutes.

We had a lot of rain that was no fault of Mac,s. Lou was responsive, professional and a good communicator. I had them do some minor work earlier and liked them very much. It was very nice. They were very efficient, they finished the job in one day and the work was done at a good price compared to their competitors.

We have an old tank that hadn't been pumped by the previous homeowners in quite some time. They pumped 1500 gallons and also dug for the lid. They explained that we had a "flooded tank", educated me on what that meant, and gave tips on preventing it in the future. I was pleased with the price and quality of the service. We will definitely use them again.

I think they did an excellent job. I got several estimates before going with Mac's. They weren't the cheapest, but they were by far the most responsive & communicative. They explained everything they were planning to do, and the estimate itself was by far the most detailed, down to the exact heavy-duty pipe that was going to be used. I went with them because of this, as well as their excellent - and well-deserved - reviews on this site. Work started later than anticipated because of the heavy rains we had last March/April. This wasn't a big deal to me though, especially since they communicated the delay well in advance and kept me up-to-speed about when they'd be able to get started. Once they did get started, it went quickly and they finished in a couple of days. The turned pipes in the crawlspace were done well, and I've had zero problems with everything over the past year.

We had used them once before. It was slightly an emergency, we called them over the weekend along with a few other providers and they were the first company who called who could come out. They said there is another little holding tank that we had never had pumped out which they recommended we did.

I called at around 11 and they were here by 12 even though my appointment was for the following day. The service was quick and beyond what I paid for. The issue I called for was fixed. Great Service !

Scheduled the service in advance and requested a specific timeslot for service. The truck was late so I called the office. The office forgot to tell the driver of the appointment time and put it in the regular schedule. They apologized and got the truck routed as soon as possible. Although they missed the original appointment, they did come as soon as possible to complete the work. The driver did a basic evaluation of the tank as he pumped (look for visible issues, flow back from field, etc.) They were careful to not to leave 'effluent' when taking apart hoses. I would hire them again.

Since ours was not an emergency situation, service was scheduled within 2 or 3 days of my initial call. Louis pulled his large truck into our drive so that the hose would reach around to the tank; no need to drive on the grass. Louis gave us some interesting background on our historic tank cover while removing the rusted bolt with some effort. We were pleased to hear that our system seemed to be working well. He was an extremely pleasant, personable, and efficient young man, and we will definitely use this company for any future needs.

Their price was extremely reasonable compared to other service providers. They were on time and they were extremely professional. They also gave me great tips afterwards about maintenance and care for septic tanks, my husband had just bought an older home and we were not familiar with it. They were all around really great.
