The estimate cost for the job was very reasonable for what was needed. The men arrived at a timely manner and finished the job that day. They were pleasant to work with and did a excellent job. Would definitely recommend them for future servicing of the septic system.

He said everything was fine. He spilled some stuff on the driveway, but he cleaned it up and apologized. He was very nice.

We have struggled for years with a failing system. Mac's Septic has always remained fair in both work done, estimates for work needed and most especially in the type of work needed, and not needed, to our system. Mac's has worked with us over the past 5 years, as our system has been failing with appropriate work always done in a very professional and timely matter. When it came time to replace the failing finger system, we spoke with 3 companies, 2 of which tried to sell us on ''extras'' that would take our job up thousands of dollars. Mac's however was very direct, very concise and very correct in the work that had to be done. They executed the work on time, their workers are highly professional and very helpful and they worked with us, so as to minimize the ''tear up'' of our landscaped back yard. Their work, their people and their commitment to customers is top notch. I would recommend them highly to anyone with septic issues.

Technician was courteous and provided expert advice on how to maintain septic system. We will definitely use them again the next time we need our septic tank cleaned. Highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice guys to work with. Explained the condition of our system (very good condition). Had not been pumped in at least 7 years and I was very pleased with their feedback and work. Will definitely call them when I need this service again!

They came out the same day I called and recommended the other work that needed to be done. Because they weren't sure if they were going to be able to get to work that week, and I wasn't sure if they could do the electrical work, I had someone else replace the septic pump.

I am very pleased with Mac's Septic Service. I called at 9am and they sent out a representative by 11am. On one of the hottest days of the season, the service was performed by a very polite and helpful service representative. The price was in line with other companies. $210/for the first 1000 gals. I needed a bit more pumped.

Will certainly use again. On time and professional. Got the job done quickly and correctly and were very helpful. Price was higher than originally quoted as we had an extra large tank (they pumped 1400). I highly recommend.

The best septic company we have worked with so far (This is the fourth septic company we have dealt with). Very knowledgeable, CLEAN and did not try to ''sell'' us on additional work.

They came out later that day and did not charge a fee. The representative was very nice. He did not think the standing water was septic related, so no work was done.

I have had MACs come and pump my septic tank the 6 out of 7 years I have lived here. I think they are terrific! However, this time they were swamped and couldn't meet my timeline, so the rep referred me to his relative at CNJ. They were nice but inexperienced. I won't ask MACs for a reference again, and I must admit I will rethink their services, but in the past they have been AWESOME. They are professional, thorough, and just plain terrific. My advice would be to make sure you have MACs do the work, and you won't be disappointed. Don't let anyone from there refer you to CNJ though.

They were on time, did a thorough job, and gave me an Angie's List discount when I had not expected one. I would use this company again.

I couldn't believe how punctual they were. They got there within an hour of my call. He came and checked everything out. I was really satisfied.

Could have come same day I called, if needed. Very professional, told me my system was working well. They had a long hose so they did not have to drive their truck in the yard. I would use them again

From setting up the appointment to showing up on time, Mac's Septic Service were great. I would recommend them to anyone.

After trying 2 other vendors Mac's said the could indeed pump the tank for me on Monday (same day). They called 30 minutes before arrival; arrived on time; the two men worked on the access to the septic tank and opened the top access. The tank was, indeed, flooded. They proceeded to pump the tank, and asked me if I wanted them to pump beyond the first agreed volume (1000 gallons) to allow more backlog from the fingers to be removed. They finished the pumping; had me flush toilets several times to confirm open flow into the tank. Then they replaced the sod and packed up their equipment and departed. I was very pleased with their promptness, cooperation, and character of workers.

Called ahead, showed up on time, located and dug up tank lid quickly, explained what he did, did not perform unnecessary work (system back-flooded due to recent rain, only pumped out necessary amount).

I called to make an appointment to have our septic tank cleaned and the gentleman was able to come about 1 hour later. Before he started to pump out the tank he discovered that our pump had stopped working. He explained that the plumbing had come apart and I needed to turn off the pump. I could not find the main switch to turn it off so he helped by standing outside while I switched off each breaker. I found it on the last one! He went ahead and pumped out the tank. When he had finished, he explained the problem and told me what needed to be done to fix it. I would definitely hire Mac's septic service again the response time was excellent and the gentleman who came was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The job was performed well, leaving no mess anywhere.

They were on time, explained the problems and possible solutions clearly, completed the job when they promised, and left the area neater than it was before they came. I was pleased with their work and the employees who did the job, and I would call them again.

Louie was very courteous and professional. The men who came out were prompt, courteous, and good workers. They cleaned up everything when they finished. Will use again.

They were very nice and timely. I'm not sure about the price because I never had this kind of work done before. They charged 175.00 to pump 1000 gals. The first time and 160.00 when they came out the second time. The new pump cost 495.00.

WORKED WITH ME ON TIME HE WOULD SHOW UP. DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
