Thomas was an excellent sales representative and showed us all different models available which was a wide variety. He assisted with obtaining the measurements, color, and placement in the bathroom. He did not rush us in our decision to select the item we wanted. He was very detail oriented, patient, and explained everything to us. He provided us with the date of delivery and the approximate time of delivery. I give him credit for a job well done.

It went well. Ashley was very helpful designing our cabinets and explaining available features and brands. She created 3D plans formour review. The installer, Pete Davies, was awesome. If you buy cabinets from Lowes, ask for Pete to install them because he is a skilled perfectionist. The only hiccup, and it could have been a major problem, was the delivery from the warehouse. Lowes has a third-par delivery company bring the cabinets to the job site. There was a miscommunication about when they were coming and we were at work when they arrived. The delivery company left $7,000 worth of cabinets on our front porch and one huge box in our front yard! They were asking for them to be stolen or ruined by rain. Luckily we had another contractor who was able to bring the cabinets inside for us. Overall, we were satisfied and don't know why you'd need to go with a fancy, more expensive Cabinet Shop.

Lowe's has very competitive prices and the employees at the N. Rural store are always helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Although there was some confusion during delivery( most of that was my fault) they worked hard to make everything right. I would DEFINITELY use them again and this is in fact the second time I have gone to this store in the last year to buy appliances for investment properties.

I paid extra for measure and install service, I think about $115. I ordered Levolor cellular shades for 18 windows/doors in custom color. Some shades are light filtering, some are room darkening. All shades are cordless, which is extra. Many shades are top down/bottom up, which is also extra. Salesperson Andrea was fabulous. She told me I would love these window treatments, and I do. But I still do not like how much they cost. Supposedly they were "on sale" for 20% off. And then I got six months-same as cash free financing with a new Lowe's credit card account. The credit provider for Lowe's is GE, which I DO NOT like. The price for the window treatments was still very expensive, despite all the "discounts." Supposedly the shades are energy efficient. They do block the drafts well in the winter.

Most of the staff are nice but I have found some of the employees that check you out don't greet your nor say thanks, or have a good day. The employees that are assigned to specific departments on the floor are very helpful and friendly.

I went there because they had the price and model I wanted. They were very excellent, installation, and delivery was excellent.

We use them for do-it-yourself stuff and small things. Sometimes, it's hard to find things, but for the most part, they are good to work with. They can be hard to get to.

I like them. They have a good collection and their prices are reasonable particularly on appliances. If you buy something that you don’t mind taking with you, they have it right there which is hard to do with other hardware stores. They usually bring it from the warehouse and it is hard to take them with you.

The paint was very good and I will use them again in the future.

We picked up the materials from Lowes and had it ready for their contractors per Lowes' policy. They promptly kept the appointment date, and there were 4 to 5 installers on the job. I initially thought that might be too many, but it worked out well because a couple of then were cutting pieces outside while the others were installing the flooring inside. The job was completed much more quickly than I though it would take. I was pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. We even returned some of the material which was not used.

Did phenomenal a job! They were on time and it was put in as they said it would be, they were very professional and cost was excellent!

They delivered it and did a good job. The salesman was great.

The only thing I didn’t like about them was the people sent to do the work did not speak English which made it difficult. Other than that, they did a gorgeous job and everything looks great. We had hardwood floors put in that also look really good.

I have always bought from Lowe’s. We have always been pleased with Lowe’s. When they came in for the delivery, they were on time. I use Lowe’s because of good value. I bought a couple of appliance there and I know one of the men working in the appliances section, I feel he is knowledgeable. I would use their services again in the future.

It went well. They were very helpful and the installation went smoothly.

We should have gone with somebody who knew more about older homes. It took them about a week to get it right - things did not fit as planned. The initial work happened right on time, but we had difficulty in getting them back to get the details finished up. The punctuality as far as getting here on time was fine, but the scheduling and the follow ups were problematic. We would not use them in the future for this kind of work.

The challenge was that this was an old house and it was a custom made door. The fringe around the door was not in the right shape, and he did an amazing job in getting that right. It looks beautiful. He was very thorough and professional. He did a beautiful job. I would rate them definitely an A overall.

They do not use their own personnel to install the work. I've always had good experiences with Lowe's but they hire sub-contractors to do the work and I wasn't as pleased as I should have been.

The purchase of the refrigerator was smooth. Delivery was on time. BUT, I had made sure that the delivery people would carry up my old second refrigerator from the basement and take it away. They said that the stairs were too narrow to do that, and refused. I thought that their objection was nonsense.

The delivery and installation were fine. They were timely, were here when they said they would and the guys good.

After trading faxes to sign a contract, they scheduled the installation within the same week. Two installers came on time and installed the shower door in about 2 1/2 hours. They were very thorough and professional.

The first dryer we received did not work so we called Lowe's and they didn't have any more of the one we bought in stock so gave us the floor model instead.

The work is not done, nor was I even contacted by the due date - I'm going back to Lowe's tomorrow to get my money back. The lowe's salesman was able to match a competitor's price - which saved me $10.

While most of the problems came from the installer (who was subcontracted out by Lowe's.) It was a difficult process. Was initially told the stairs could be carpeted and when the installers showed to do the work I was told something different. Installers did not speak much English so it was extremely difficult to communicate. We were eventually credited for services never performed, but that took numerous calls and multiple individuals to make it happen.
