worked pretty quick on it and it turned out okay.. Overall they did a great job. The only thing that bothered me was the selection on the payment. When we had a problem, they came to check for it and I'm pretty pleased with their service.

We purchased over $30,000.00 of new custom Kraftmaid Kitchen Cabinets and the paint finish has been horrible. Kraftmaid sent a painter to paint the cabinets and all of those are scratching. We purchased the kitchen on 3/31/2018 and 9 months later we are still not finished and the cabinets are horrible, scratching, has saw dust imbedded in the door fronts that was sent from the factory, some edges don't have paint at all. I have attached a few of the photos to share.

They don't communicate well with their contractors.

The cost depends on the carpet you pick so the installation was free. They did a great job. I think the pricing was pretty competitive. Their responsiveness was good. I think they were pretty good meaning I got what I was looking for.

They did a good job. They were on time, professional and they were very good about answering questions and keeping me informed. They came out to check it once it was finished and also completed the job on time. I would recommend them to others.

It went horribly. After two attempts to reschedule installation, we ultimately cancelled our order. The funny thing about it all was that after the order was cancelled, two days later their installers called to schedule. Incredible.

Excellent. Lowe's made it a quick smooth process. Contractor they hired to install roof did a great job.

Lowes hired Merrifield builders for installation. 2 Mexican men did the work but barely spoke English. For some reason it took 2 days with nice weather. There were screws & pieces of gutter everywhere-including my driveway. Leaf cleaning in Nov, I noticed the guards weren't installed the same-some inset some level with roof. The Lowes Sales Rep John, didn't return my calls but instead, sent me an email saying to wait for a call from the installers. A couple of days later the original installers came back. I had to climb the ladder & point to the problems they were pretending they didn't see. I called John again to ask for some help on knowing which installation was right (inset/level) still no answer or call back. After standing outside in the rain with them & checking their work this was finally finished in about an hour. I have had many estimates from John & he's always been responsive until this problem came up. I used the middle man Lowes so I wouldn't have to deal with flirty contractors or have to double check their work. As a single woman, you get taken advantage of. I will never choose another company that I can't communicate with-responsiveness or English.

.The Lowe's part went very well on picking out what we wanted and getting reasonable prices. The contractor tried to correct a plumbing problem without success which required a call to an outside plumber after the walls were back up. The plumber would have been needed in any case, but better testing by the contractor could have avoided the delay in finishing the project.

It took them about a month for the cabinets to come in. We weren't ready for them to install the cabinets when they came in, but when we were ready, they sent a good installer. Overall they did an excellent job.

Perfectly. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The new storm door works and looks great.

They were great. They were timely. They came when they said they were going to come. I've used them for several things in several different places that I've lived and I have always been satisfied with their service. The technicians are good and quick and they bring what they need. They clean up after themselves. They do what they said they were going to do.

Everything was excellent and I didn’t have any problems with them.

This was supposed to be a 1 day installation, that turned into 2 weeks of trouble. 2 men showed up around the time they were supposed to be here, and started installing the first door. I could tell that they were having trouble because the old door is a very odd size. After they finished the first door, they came in and told me that they were starting to feel some rain drops and would not be able to start on the second door, and would have to reschedule. I agreed, but after they left, I went outside and found that there was not a cloud in the sky, and no rain whatsoever. I felt like they just did not feel like completing the job because the first door was such a pain. They called and rescheduled for the other door, and told me that they would be here between 2 and 4 pm. I gave them my husbands contact info, letting them know to call him when they were on the way because he was taking a half day from work and would be home around 1. No one called or ever showed up. We tried calling them all day, but the voicemail box was full. It was not until the next day that we were able to reach them. They stated that they had come at 12:45 that day. No note was left or call received. We scheduled a third appointment, and finally got the second door installed. When all was said and done, it looked very nice and the quality of the doors was great. Lowes did end up refunding us half of the installation fee because of all the trouble, which was very nice. Overall, Lowes was very helpful, but the company that installs for them was not very professional.

The price was good. The quality of the fence was good. The work took about 2 days to complete.

I never heard from them, and when I called they sent someone out to do the measurement. When he quoted a price, I felt it was much to expensive for the job and refused to have him do it. I later paid another gentleman who had done work for me previously to go pick the carpeting up and install it, which he did. I was very pleased with the work, but as I looked more closely at the carpet it wasn't really the color that I had ordered. I went ahead and kept it. But even though the carpet is supposed to be used indoor or outdoor it stains easily . I had it cleaned and in a short while it looked dirty again When I purchased the carpeting, I was told that was appropriate for use in a kitchen area.

The water heater installation went alright. They said that there was a pipe that had a little bit of a leak so they had to replace it in order to install the water heater. It was about a 2-inch pipe and it ended up costing me $85 for them to fix that piece. They installed the water heater and it works great. The service was alright but prior to that, I have ordered a washer and dryer from them and it was a special order item, and that took 6 weeks for the special order item to come in. They never called me for the delivery. They scheduled their own date, and then showed up at my house when I wasn't at home and they called me and they were upset that I wasn't there. We had to reschedule that a week later so they delivered the washer and dryer a week later. It was supposed to come with install which they have missed and the people that have dropped it off weren't able to install my dryer for me since it was gas so I had to wait for another week for the gas dryer to get installed. The products didn't work which wasn't necessarily their fault, but then I had to wait again for the special order dryer to come in and then they did the same thing again without scheduling a date with me. They scheduled one and assumed I would be home. A week later I was at work and I got another phone call saying that they are here to pick up my dryer and they were wondering why I'm not there and holding them up. It was a big mess. I did end up getting what I needed. I got my washer and dryer and got everything hooked up, but it was just kind of a circus event. Their price is not bad, however with some experiences where I ordered other things from them that every time I do it, it just seems that they are a little disorganized, and it doesn't always seem like their associates know what they are talking about when they are recommending things to you. I am going to use them again for small things, not for anything big.

I like their service so far. The installers had been very, very good so I like them. I used to do a ton of business with Lowe's and they are always willing to go an extra mile, such as when they delivered an appliance that had a ding in it the guy pointed it out, so that was nice. I am comfortable dealing with them. I prefer Lowe's over the other hardware stores. They never messed me up. The one in Castleton was as helpful. They are really topnotch.

He gave me every single isle that every item would be in. Which I appreciated immensely. It helped me find everything very easily. The customer service was excellent.

They're very reliable. They're good at having things in stock. It's close to us and they have everything we need. The staff is good and they are very eager to help you.

Puchased a Big Deal gift card. Purchased a few items at Items. Got it in a timely manner. Would purchase card again in the future.

They had installed it fast and the service is good so that was a plus in their part. The dishwasher seems to run, it's in a solid state and I have to figure out a whole bunch of red buttons but these things happen. The staff is amazing. They sent out one person to install the dishwasher but he did a good job. The reason that I bought the dishwasher is because of the top consumer reports thing and I'm still adjusting to the operated consumer report of the product. The problem with the dishwasher is just to figure out how to operate the new dishwasher and what's the difference from my old dishwasher. When you give them the money, they said thank you and give you the full product, that's pretty impressive.

Lowes was wonderful and the guy who installed this was extra good, quick, professional efficient and nice, he was just perfect. He carried the old dishwasher washer out as to not mess up my oriental rugs.
