The work was fine. The person who helped us at Lowe's did all the work, they found the door for us. I would give Lowe's an A. The door looks nice. This is the second time we've gone with them and we will use them in the future.

Tim was able to work with the drawing we provided him and created our dream kitchen. He helped us with every phase except the structural and tearout which we had a contractor take care of. We purchased the cabinets, appliances, ceramic, granite and plantation shutter's through Lowe's all with Tim's help. He is very good at what he does and was able to assist us with every phase of the remodel. We researched everything beforehand and when we did the comparison's we kept going right back to Tim. It was a pleasure to work with the Lowe's team and they continue to be very helpful.

I had a great experience at this Lowe's, it is the only store I would go to too purchase my appliances. The salesman, Jason, was very helpful and knowledgeable and really just made things happen.

I purchased a large capacity washer and dryer from Lowe's on Sunday, 8/31/2008. The transaction went smoothly and I arranged delivery for Wednesday, the 3rd of September. On Wednesday, I made a phone call to Lowe's to confirm delivery of the washer and dryer because my significant other was going to be at the location waiting on them for most of the day. I spoke with the delivery supervisor and he said that they had the delivery scheduled for Tuesday the 2nd of September. I informed him that that information was wrong and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. I also informed him that neither one of us had received a telephone call from the delivery people saying that they were at the apartment and no one was there. He said they should have tried to call, but obviously they didn't. If they would have called, we could have met them there immediately to accept delivery. However, the supervisor informed me he could have it delivered the same day (Wednesday) because of the trouble. I was surprised at that, so I told him that would be fine. The delivery workers came with the washer and dryer and installed it while my significant other was there. Everything seemed to go smoothly. However, I stopped by the new apartment today (Thursday) to see the new washer and dryer (we have not moved in yet, so no-one is at the property). I discovered that the basement where the washer and dryer is had a steady stream of water flowing to the drain in the middle of the floor. I shut off the water and discovered that there was no gasket inside of the hose that was attached to the washing machine, thus, making the spicket leak where they attached the hose to the washer. I wasn't upset about this, because gaskets are inexpensive and it was an honest mistake and may not have been leaking at the time they installed it. I also noticed that they had used the used dryer vent piping that was left by the previous tenants and it had been literally duct-taped to the hole in the window where the exhaust heat is vented. This is totally unacceptable and should have been installed professionally. I spoke with someone at Lowe's and he assured me that it would not have been installed that way, however, I was standing there looking at the duct tape and the water in my basement. I do not want them to come out and fix it and I explained that to them. I will fix it myself and save myself the grief of having them come back out.

We always go to Lowe's instead of there competitors. There prices are better and there is always someone there to help answer all our questions and explain everything to us. The service men were great. they were all very professional.

I thought it was so nice of her to go out of her way to help me locate the mirror. She helped me put it in my cart, and the mirror looks great now.

Nobody offered to help me, I got it all myself. They had fair prices.

Totally painless installation. The installers did a very professional job taking out the old windows and were especially good at installing the window and the wood trim on the inside and sealing the aluminum on the outside. One minor issue required re-installing some wood trim and they were very prompt. They cleaned up everything after installation and took the old windows away. The last set of windows installed this summer were sent from the factory with one screen with mis-matched locks. This required contacting Pella's service provider to arrange for the repair. They seem to resent the fact that they have to service Pella factory mistakes when someone buys Pella windows from another vendor (e.g. Lowe's) instead of them!

The sink looks great now. The guy did the job well, quickly, and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and professional. We would have no qualms in using them again. However, he was 30 minutes late for the, appointment without providing any notice.

Lowe's is fantastic. The installation on the bay window was unsatisfactory but they guarantee their installation and have had people out to resolve the issue. I would grade the quality as an A, except the install of the bay window did knock them down a bit.

They have a great selection and a wide variety to chose from. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out what I need.

Mark Carroll (Lowe's Millwork Department) provided many estimates for different window configurations (requested by me) for a 75" x 59" opening in an effort to help me find the perfect balance between architectural interest/curb appeal and affordability. The final configuration included 4 smaller fixed windows and a very large casement window. The time from placing the order to having all of the desired pieces at Lowe's and ready for the contractor was longer than expected, but Mark did a reasonably good job of keeping me posted. Initially, the installation team appeared to have done an excellent job (very neat after they left). Closer inspection later that day revealed several very small gaps in the caulking (and less even/neat job than this picky person likes). Extremely satisfied with the prompt return and remedy that Myron offered- in addition to ensuring complete seal, he even scraped off the first caulk and re-applied VERY neatly. Quote for work by Unique was for $6000+.

They were very thorough. They called me several times to check and make sure I was pleased with the work. Very efficient. Good on clean up (which wasn't really much...).

I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S AGAIN. THE FREEZER HAD NO FREON, SO IT DIDN'T WORK WHEN WE GOT IT. THEY HAD TO SEND SOMEONE OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES TO ADD FREON AND THEN TO DO A REPAIR BECAUSE THERE WAS A LEAK. THE MICROWAVE HAD AN ELEMENT THAT KEPT BLOWING, IT TOOK THREE VISITS FROM A REPAIR PERSON TO GET IT WORKING AND I WASN'T REAL HAPPY WITH EITHER OF THE PEOPLE THEY SENT OUT FOR THE REPAIRS... I FELT THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLACED THE BRAND NEW UNITS INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING SOMEONE FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES AND REPAIRS.

EACH TIME WE GO WE COULD NEVER EVER GET ANYONE TO WAIT ON US!

THE EMPLOYEE WAS HELPFUL, KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, OFFERED SUGGESTIONS AND WORKED QUICKLY.

WE REMOVED THE EXISTING KITCHEN FLOOR FOR THEM. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS LAY THE NEW LINOLEUM. THEY DIDN'T REPLACE THE SIDE MOLDING (WE WANTED THE MOLDING AND LINOLEUM FLOORING IN ONE PRICE). THEY ENDED UP TELLING US THE MOLDING WOULD COST AN EXTRA $360 AT THE END OF THE JOB. THEY INSTALLED QUARTER-ROUND INSTEAD OF THE TWO INCH THAT WE HAD ASKED FOR. THEY DID NOT CREDIT US FOR THAT DOWNGRADE.

I'VE LOVED LOWES IN THE PAST. THIS TIME, THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DEPARTMENT TO HELP ME. AN EMPLOYEE PAGED FOR HELP. I WAITED 15 MINUTES & PICKED OUT A DRYER I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN, BUT NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. I BOUGHT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

WHEN I GOT THE DOORS THEY HAD BEEN OPENED AND PIECES WERE MISSING. THEY CHARGE $99 TO INSTALL THE DOOR. THE MAN WHO INSTALLED CHARGED $50/DOOR.

THIS WAS A WARRANTY REPAIR OF A 1 YEAR OLD CADET CUB WALK BEHIND PUSH MOWER. STILL HAS 1 YEAR ON WARRANTY. THE MOWER WOULD NOT START. I CALLED THEIR REPAIR HOTLINE AND WAS ASKED A BUNCH OF QUESTIONS THAT I HAD ALREADY TRIED FROM THE OWNER'S MANUAL. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT IF IT WAS SOMETHING I HAD DONE IT WOULD BE A MAXIMUM CHARGE OF $90. I TRANSPORTED THE MOWER IN AND DROPPED AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO FIND SOMEONE WHO KNEW HOW TO TAKE A RETURN FOR REPAIR. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 7-10 DAYS BEFORE I COULD EXPECT THE MOWER BACK. I ASKED THEM IF THEY OFFERED A LOANER TILL THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETE AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT DO THAT. WORK WAS COMPLETED AT THE END OF 10 DAYS.

OVERALL THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. SOMETIMES IT WAS DIFFICULT GETTING TO TALK TO THE JOB CO-ORDINATOR FROM LOWE'S AS THEY COME AND GO IN THE JOB, AND THEY SEEM TO BE SHORT HANDED ALL THE TIME. WHOLE PROCESS TOOK A LONGER TIME THAN WE WOULD HAVE LIKED, WORKING AROUND THEIR SCHEDULES, PARTICULARLY IN THE PLANNING STAGES. BUT IN THE END IT HAS TURNED OUT WELL. INSTALLERS WERE VERY NICE.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK 3 TIMES. WE HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 15 CALLS TO LOWE'S AND THE SUBCONTRACTORS. WHEN WE WOULD CALL THE SUBCONTRACTORS, CHILDREN WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE SOMETIMES AND SAY THAT THEIR MOM WAS AT THE BALL FIELD ALL DAY. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MESSAGES AND WE WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK.
