The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to do a complete check of the unit and came back on another visit to replace a fan that was making noise and needed to be replaced.

Rob was excellent. Crew arrived on time, efficiently removed old unit and installed new boiler. Boiler worked well. Rob decided to correct problem in initial plumbing and came back on weekend to check that it was working well.

Very nice young technician, Josh, performed a routine inspection of my furnace. Upon removing the front panel to begin his work, he immediately noticed a part that had been recalled and informed me that he would order the part to replace at a later date-no cost on my part. I feel he did a thorough job; he answered all questions I asked; was polite and courteous.

They did a great job. I thought they were very prompt, and they called me back right away. Everything went well.

Some services on Angie's List are noted as emergency services -- which I've found is not always accurate. But Craig from Love Heating and Cooling was for certain. When Central Indiana Cooling and Heating failed to return phone calls as promised very late on March 19 after my furnace failed (they supposedly repaired it a month earlier on Feb. 18), I called Love. Craig called me right back, understood I had cold little kids in the house, and we all needed heat. He came right out. He also found the root cause of my February problem (which Central had failed to address), and fixed it. That was worth every penny of the emergency service call and repair! Thank you, Love! You exemplified outstanding service.

Love Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. came out the first day and said that we needed a very expensive repair, and I agree to it. The guy who actually came out to make that repair said we didn't need it repaired. He tuned it up and had it last a little longer, to reach the Spring, because we were planning to get a new one in the Spring. The second guy, Josh, was great. I did not like the first guy. Josh was very honest and fair and saved us money. My rating grades are averages of what the two of them were, together: A's for Josh, F's for the first guy.

Today, he inspected and checked the furnace and found nothing wrong. He checked a sensor; the igniter; opened, inspected, and closed the gas valve plug; and the combustion blower; everything is in working order, so no further work was needed. This was an inspection/tune up call. This was not a repair call. This was part of the pre-paid package.

Love was responsive and professional. They came on time and performed the service as advertised. They kept us informed throughout the process. The work done was good quality. The price was a bit high, but there were no hassles.

It was a big deal purchase. They were prompt, professional and they came out and did what they had to. They charged me more because it did not include the air-conditioner.

I contacted them late on the evening of 1/23/14 as my furnace was coming on but not heating the house, and it was sounding different than usual. Believe the outside temps were heading to negative numbers. I wasn't able to have them come out that night due to funds availability, but the man I spoke to said he would let dispatch know to contact me the next morning. Dispatch called me at 7:30am on 1/24/14 and I was able to have someone at my house by 8am. I was very surprised needless to say. Seems the problem was a clogged intake pipe which most likely was caused by snow, ice, small critter, who knows inside the pipe between the outside opening and the furnace. When Mark removed the panels on the furnace to do a diagnostic, the furnace kicked in right away. Decided to have the intake pipe disconnected from the furnace and to let the furnace draw air directly from my basement (non-living space). When I woke up the morning of the 24th, the temp in the house was 48 degrees!!! By the time I thawed out some and headed into work the temp was 67 degrees. I rated the price as Good, as I don't know what others would have charged me, although, it was less than what I thought I would shell out. I was very surprised by their quick response in getting back to me and out to the house that I didn't call another company. I will definately refer my friends to them.

It was a great experience, thanks to them my heat bill has been lowered.

Love Heating and Cooling is simply the best HVAC company in Indy. I needed a new furnace and AC this summer to replace the original 12-year-old units. After being impressed with their service on a tuneup visit this spring, I called them for an estimate to replace the system. Brad Hayes spent almost two hours with me, answering all my questions, taking measurements for a heat load analysis, and poking around the house offering suggestions on what would improve our comfort. I did get a second quote from another company; Love's estimate of $8000 beat the other company by almost $2000 for an equivalent spec system, and the rep from the other company was not even in the house for an hour. The installation crew was professional and punctual, and they got the job done on time. We were so much more comfortable this summer. Brad's suggestion to add another vent run in our kitchen was a good one - what was once a room that was cold in the winter and hot in the summer is now much more comfortable! They visited today for a check of the furnace and to re-wire the humidifier so that it only operated when the gas burners are on; I like to run the blower continuously and the humidifier was previously wired to run with the blower. So it would run water continuously, which was a waste and not really effective at humidifying the air. Clint performed the service and ended up not charging me for the visit. The furnace, still being so new, didn't really need to be cleaned - he just tweaked a couple settings. He re-wired the humidifier at no charge, saying he thought that's how it should have been originally wired anyway. With Love HVAC, you will be treated fairly and with respect and professionalism. They are hands-down the best HVAC company I have ever worked with.

Matt arrived on time and did a great job. My humidifier was not working and he repaired the connection that was causing the malfunction as well as replacing the humidifier screen. I'd definitely hire them again.

They did a great job. James came out and checked out my furnace and he answered some of my questions. I thought they were honest/truthful answers. This was the first time that I have used them. He didn’t try to up sell me on a lot of stuff either. One technician, James, was the one who came out to do the work. He was a very knowledgeable young man. I he was on time, in fact, I think he was early! He also spent about a good 45-50 minutes making sure that he was doing an intense inspection of the furnace. He checked out some things and even found out some things that the last company had missed. A piece of the furnace fell off and he was able to assemble it back and now furnace motor sounds better than it did before. I WILL use them again in the future.
