Eric (who has done excellent work for us in the past) dug nearly 2 feet down into gravel and soil around the tubes and discovered some tiny tree roots growing into the foundation around the tubes. He cut back tree roots, removed the sealer around the tubes, and thoroughly applied new sealer. It was a tough, dirty, hot job, and he was cheerful through the entire process.

I had a York air conditioner installed by Love Heating and Air in Aug of 2010. Every single summer I have had to have service done to the unit. I have under warranty had the inside coil replaced, the outside condenser replaced, and have paid every single year from 2011 to have the coolant charged. On the phone with them most recently I was told that York's are known for their leaks. I am now questioning if I was sold a junk product so that they could charge me service fees every year. Of course the service technician could not answer my question about if this was going to keep happening.

It was good. They came out the same day. Reasonable and easy to get a hold of.

Called to have someone come out to take a look at my leaking furnace. Gave name and address and was asked how long I lived at the residence...which is almost 6 years. Was put on hold then told they are not accepting new customers. This company is 1 mile from my residence. Seems odd and sucks.

The technician from Love Heating found that the inducer motor was damaged due to a bad secondary heat exchanger on our 14-year-old furnace. Replacement of the furnace was recommended, and that was done the following day. The technician who found the problem (Richie) and the technicians who installed the new furnace (Matt and Justin) were all pleasant, courteous professionals who worked diligently and explained procedures thoroughly. We have been customers of Love Heating for many, many years and are happy to recommend this company.

Came home on Tuesday night with furnace not providing heat. Outside temp. was +8 degrees. Called Love and a technician arrived at 8:45pm. Diagnosed a bad gas valve. Gave me the choice of replacing the expensive valve or the 17 year old furnace. I decided on the furnace. Jon Love contacted me the next day with a quote. They applied the cost of the service call to the price of the furnace. Friday morning (-8 degrees) Mick and Franco arrived and had the new furnace installed in 2 hours. Friendly, professional, punctual, despite the frigid conditions.

Brad said that he assigned the two best installers, Clint and Scott, and they got the job done efficiently and much quicker than expected. The original job was estimated to be a full day plus perhaps several hours more on the next day. Clint and Scott got it all done the first day and were very thorough in their work. Brad actually stopped by several times to check on the work, and I was very impressed by that. One of the items I purchased was a GPS air filter to help clean smoke fumes from my air space coming in from another condo beneath me. I have found that the air filter doesn't work as well at this as I had needed and wanted, but I still believe that it is helping to some degree with this, just not as thoroughly as needed. This is a testament to the amount of toxic fumes that navigate between floors where I live. I also needed an air filter that would remove mold spores and believe that the GPS will handle that fine. The A/C system purchased was 1.5 ton, 13 SEER American Standard (who manufactured the previous Trane system that lasted 22 yrs) with American Standard air handler and GPS air cleaner.

I have a contract with them for two visits a year.

They sent a young technician over (Eric) that was mad and itching all over. He performed some works and ended up wet. I asked him repeatedly where the water came from. He would just sit around and not to the jobs or tasks. When I had another representative informed me of the problem, it was the coils and he Eric should have recognized that. The coils were bent backwards. This technician should have known. That caused the water to leak under my floor and back up thru the house to the yard. It was a mess. Their advertisements say if there are any problems to call and ask for the owner, well there is no owner. As a result I had to replace my entire kitchen floor. They made fun of me and would scream at me when I called in. I turned them into the attorney general's office. And they refused to mediate.

I called LOVE because the owner (who is my client--I am a property manager) and Shannon handled the problem. Turns out, the technician on call at 7:00 pm was a gentleman named JOHN, who is very smart. He walked the tenant through the problem, and saved us a service call. The "problem" was that the fan was set to ON, so it was blowing hot and cold air as the furnace kicked on and off. John instructed the tenant to set the fan to AUTO and they tested it by running up the temp to 75 in order to turn it on and then backing it back down to room temperature, which was 70. The tests worked. MANY thanks to Shannon and John for taking the time to solve this after hours. Extra thanks to John for "fixing" the problem and saving us a service call. When in doubt about your heating and air conditioning, call LOVE first. They are efficient and conscientious. MANY MANY thanks for being so diligent.

This was our third time using Brad Hayes at LOVE HVAC and as usual he didn't disappoint. Having used them below, we invited Brad to check out our new "old" home with the home inspector. His inspection played a key role in negotiating the price of the home. We trusted LOVE to provide a recommendation this time around and we basically rubber stamped it and implemented it after closing. This included disconnecting, abandoning and later tearing down a chimney that was leaking dangerous flue gases into the home, using new PVC flue out the side of the home for high efficiency appliances and using top-rated systems to conserve natural resources. I would not hesitate to use Brad again. The crew was from the neighborhood and did good work. They were friendly and answered all of our questions an addressed any concerns that came up. We love having LOVE in the neighborhood and look forward to using them again.

They come twice a year to clean. They charge one time and it covers two times. They have good quality. The workers were friendly.
