Description of Work: We got a bid for a new HVAC unit. The company was professional and the bid was solid. We ultimately went with another company, but it was not for lack of professionalism on the part of Love Heating and Cooling. They were very easy to work with.

Description of Work: Our introduction to Love Heating and A/C was via a $29.99 deal for an A/C check. After scheduling the appointment, the office manager called later that day to say that a technician had finished early and could he come yet that afternoon. How great was that?! The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. Although the news for the old system was not good, an estimate was provided during the visit, with professional advice to seek additional quotes before making a decision. After obtaining several quotes, it quickly became apparent that they were offering the best price for comparable equipment, so we hired Love's to replace the system. The installers were prompt, professional, and corrected some of the flaws left from the previous system. We could not be more pleased with the service provided.
