Description of Work: The most recent service was replacement of a water heater. Within the past year, I have also purchased two gas furnaces and an air-conditioning unit from Love. Their pricing is quite competitive, albeit not the very lowest available. Their service, however, is outstanding: they are prompt, courteous, professional, capable, and efficient. They do an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and following up with the customer to make sure everything is absolutely right. They meticulously inspect their work (generally with a senior technician who DID NOT perform the initial service, and is therefore not predisposed to assume everything is okay) to ensure the customer receives everything as promised. The owner of the company makes himself available for customer input, and the firm is located where I can easily get in his face if there should be a problem. But my experience with Love has been so good that I can recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: Installed New Furnace & Air Conditioner. The original install went very well. The clean-up was excellent. You couldn't even tell anyone had been there and they removed both the old furnace & ac. I think my garage was actually cleaner after they left. | |We did have a few issues with the thermostat and the humidifier but |after a couple of service calls, which were scheduled immediately after I called, they had everything up and running with no further issues. | |Would definitely use again.
