They are topnotch in doing this job. They are thorough, they are competent, they are professional, and the pricing is good. They just really are a first-rate outfit.

I could not say I was completely happy with them because back when we bought our system we kept asking them what the efficiency was of the new system we were buying. They completely just did not give us the information we needed so I was not happy with the way they handled that. They kept saying they did not know what it is. That wasn't very professional. They know what the efficiencies are of all of them. I stopped having service with them three or four years ago. The unit has worked great, but there were some issues after they installed it that they didn't do very well. I don't like two hour windows; I think it is a complete cop out that you can't show up at someone's house for two hours. I have learned to refuse service from people if they are going to give me that kind of window where I have to wait around for two hours for them to get there. That is just unacceptable.

Purchased a replacement water heater from Lowe's with installation. The installer (Love's) said the water heater couldn't be installed with a 90 degree vent, and estimated the cost of installing a vertical vent. Water heater was returned to Lowe's with no charge from Love's or Lowe's.

I am a property manager, and the owner's contractor of choice is Love Heating. They sent Rick Tucker out to service, meter, lubricate and clean the furnace of a home I manage. Mr. Tucker arrived promptly and did a good job compared to other companies I use. It takes 30-40 minutes to thoroughly clean a furnace and test it. I have worked with some contractors on Angie's List that are only at the home 10 minutes or so, and do not vacuum out the inside of the furnace. Four words to remember: Ask for Rick Tucker. I was very pleased and most of the companies I use charge the same amount (about $160 for a "service plan" that includes both the heating system and cooling system.)

Went well. Didn't use the opportunity to try and get me buy additional services. Very professional. Highly recommend.

It was less than average. What was disturbing was he told us we had mold in our air conditioner, and then we had another person come out who ended up fixing the thermostat and we didn't have any mold. They were trying to sell us some stuff and I didn't care for that. I think their price was relatively like anybody else but they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. He couldn't install the thermostat that we had available so we had to buy another one. We ended up getting it fixed and quite honestly, I'm not sure if they put the first one in or the second one, but the next guy was able to put it together.

In the end we decided to use a company down here in Greenwood to install new AC/furnace, because of location, timing, and the fact that we really wanted Trane units.

I was able to schedule the installation for a time that was convenient for me. They arrived right on time. The were no problems with the installation. They cleaned up everything after they finished.

My house was 58 degrees and something was wrong with the furnace. Contacted Love at 2p on a weekday, but the earliest they could get someone out was 11a the next day. That would have been too long so I went with another company. I have had a service contract with Love for 15 years but this instance disappointed me.

I bought a big deal for this service. My air conditioning service has been working great since they came out to do the service. I had no problems with them and they did a great job. I will be using them again this year.

They got the job done, but it cost more than what I originally thought.

They are always very good. They are very reliable. They also installed my furnace 3 years ago.

I believe it was fine. My Husband primarily worked with them. They gave us a great deal.

It was a little shaky at first. They never called me after I purchased the deal. I submitted some potential dates that worked for my schedule when I bought the deal and they just came on one of those dates. I came home and found that they had been here. It all worked out in the end after the service manager called me back though. He helped to get a new service date and they came out a week later, which was earlier than I was able to schedule otherwise. Everything else was great from that point on. They are supposed to come back out in the spring, so I will be interested to see how that service goes.

I initially contacted this provider to fix the furnace blower from running constantly. Two days after the service call the furnace stopped producing heat. There was previously no problem with the heat, just the blower. We called and they had someone out the same day and fixed the heat and did not charge for the service.

It was just fine. The guy came out to do their stuff to make sure it was good and to make you know it was looking good even though it's a very old system.

The technician found a problem with the motor and informed me that the motor would likely go out soon. He did some research on a possible warranty and found that I had coverage( I was not the original owner of the furnace) The warranty company would replace the motor only when it went out. I did not have it replaced at that time.

Basic - bought a big deal and they came and did what was asked. I received a report, was not home when the service was performed.

Provider did the $49 tune up and during service the furnace kept kicking off. The technician couldn't figure out reason and made a guess. Afterwards, they quoted for repairs. Not feeling confident, I scheduled a second company out that diagnosed issue and replaced part. Must have just caught a tired tech as it was a late appointment.

It went okay. They sent one tech who was at the home for about an hour.

The service went well. The technician was pleasant. It did take a while to get an appointment, and I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come. They came out, looked at the furnace, and they said everything was working fine. The worst part was the wait for them, and the best part was the technician was pleasant, he came right in, explained things to me, got the tune up done, and was finished. I called them again to come back, and they scheduled an appointment, but they never came back out. The furnace started acting well, and I didn't have to worry about it any more. They gave me an appointment of between noon and 5:30, and then they came at 5:20, so it was a very large window to sit and wait.

Lost our heat in the afternoon of New Years day. Called Love on Fri. morning . They were out before noon and found the problem. Heat exchanger had holes in it. They quoted me a price for a new furnace, which I accepted. They arrived about 8:30 Sat. morning to install the furnace and did a great job. All of the employees from the office to the techs were great. Tracey,Bruce,Tim, and Corey are to be commended for the job they did.

The gentleman was prompt and checked out our furnace. Everything was in order except we needed a new filter. I appreciated that he also showed me how to turn on the humidifier that's connected to the furnace. The only issue I had, was that he smelled like cigarette smoke. :(
