Gary and Tony arrived on schedule and cleaned up each evening before they left. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide instructions/explanations. They worked continuously and only took time off for lunch which they ate in their work van. The company representative Brad was very knowledgeable and included a few extra items in the bid. He also explained the different brands of furnaces, humidifiers, and media filters which they sold and what he felt was best for my house. When I decided at the last minute not to purchase a programmable thermostat, that was fine with him. He was willing to redo the financing paperwork to include the water heater and exclude the programmable thermostat. I very much appreciated their flexibility on this issue. Their price was competitive with the other companies and I felt the small additional tasks, which were included, were what sold me on having them install the furnace.

I recommend them. I've never thought about leaving them. They are at my home right now installing an electrofiltration system. My inside heating area is a very tight space, with barely an inch to spare. It's really tight, but they said they would work with the manufacturer to make sure it will fit. I would even give them an A in price.

THEY MAKE IT TO MY HOUSE VERY EASY. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS AWESOME. THEY BILL ME SO I DON'T HAVE TO BE HERE TO GIVE THEM A CHECK. I AM COMFORTABLE ENOUGH WITH THEM THAT THEY CAN ENTER MY HOUSE AND LEAVE BY THEMSELVES.

I dealt with Tom Welch. He responded promptly with a home visit and free estimate. We scheduled the work for a Monday and Tom met me at 7am to go over the work again, before they started. Scott and Justin did the job in two days. Very professional, prompt, friendly, no hassle, and they clean up after themselves. A+

They are very professional, on time and great to work with. Will continue to use them for my H/C needs.

Mike was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Customer service representative setting up the appointment was courteous and phoned to let me know when the repairman was enroute. I initially called LOVE because they were listed as a Trane dealer and the price for travel and diagnostic check seemed more reasonable than some companies I checked out on Angie s List. Also, they were able to give me an up-front price to replace the controller so there were no surprises after the work was done. I will use LOVE the next time I need HVAC work.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB MAINTAINING MY FURNACE.

JOB 1:THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP WHEN THEY LEFT. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. JOB 2:THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND COMPLETED THE WORK AS PROMISED. I HAVE USED LOVE H&AC FOR ALL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK FOR 30+ YEARS.

THEY WERE FINE, EXCEPT WE HAD PURCHASED NEWER MODELS WITH HIGH TECHNOLOGY AND THEY INSTALLED THESE INCORRECTLY AND IT TOOK THEM 2-3 TRIPS TO FIGURE IT OUT. FINALLY IT WAS RESOLVED.

WE BOUGHT OUR FURNACE FROM THEM SO I FIGURED THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB -- PRICE WAS WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE. THE SERVICE PERSON THAT THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE SINCE CALLED THEM AGAIN TO DO MY YEARLY MAINTENANCE CALL.

WE WERE VERY PLEASE WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH LOVE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETITIVE WITH PRICING. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT A WIRE FOR THE A/C UNIT WAS CONNECTED WRONG BY THE INSTALLER. A GUY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK THE WORK, BUT DIDN'T CATCH THE PROBLEM. WE HAD SOMEONE OUT LATER IN THE WEEK WHO FOUND THE PROBLEM AND CORRECTED IT.

A SERVICEMAN CAME TO THE HOUSE AND ASSESSED THE CONDITION OF MY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT. HE SEEMED THOROUGH IN HIS INSPECTION. I SIGNED UP FOR THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND NEAT. ALSO CLEANED UP EXTENSIVELY AFTER THEY PERFORMED THE TEDIOUS AND EXTREMELY HOT WORK IN ATTIC.

WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. THEY CAME BACK ON A SUNDAY TO FIX A LEAK, AND CLEAN UP ANY WATER THAT WAS LEFT BEHIND.

THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED EARLY AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND THEY CAME TO FIX IT AT 7:00 AM THE NEXT DAY.

CHRIS LOVE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE.

LOVE WAS VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR INSTALLATION. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL A NEW DIGITAL THERMOSTAT IN A VERY TIGHT SPOT WHERE THE OLD THERMOSTAT WAS LOCATED. JEFF KNEW OF MY ALLERGY PROBLEMS AND EXPLAINED HOW THE ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER AND HUMIDIFIER WOULD HELP AND SAVE ME MONEY ON HAVING MY DUCTWORK CLEANED REGULARLY. JEFF ALSO CAME BY ONE EVENING TO GO OVER ALL THE NEW EQUIPMENT AND PROGRAMMED MY THERMOSTAT FOR ME. I'M VERY SATISFIED AND I THINK IT SAYS A LOT THAT THEIR COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SO MANY YEARS.

THE INITIAL PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHER QUOTES AND ENDED UP BEING QUITE A BIT LESS THAN EXPECTED. THE COMPANY ALSO LOANED US SEVERAL SMALL SPACE HEATERS TO USE UNTIL THE HEAT WAS RESTORED.

HE WAS VERY POLITE, PROVIDED QUOTES AS REQUESTED FOR A NEW FURNACE (WE DID NOT HAVE THE FURNACE REPLACED, THOUGH). THE COUPON PROVIDED IN ANGIE'S LIST WAS HONORED AND WE DID NOT PAY FOR SERVICE CALL AND I BELIEVED RECEIVED A DISCOUNT ON SERVICE. WE WERE PLEASED.

THE COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY HOME. I WILL REFER THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS THAT NEED WORK DONE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND THEY HAD EXCELLENT CLEAN UP
