Superb experience. Our old furnace was failing. Parts were going out. They had just done service work on the broken parts on our old furnace but that still did not fix the problem. Since more work and cost was needed, we decided to replace the whole thing. They credited back most of the repair cost we had just paid them for the old furnace against the cost of the new one. They were there to install the new one the next morning. They were in and out in about 3.5 hours. In less than a month, the new unit was not heating correctly. They had someone out right away who quickly fixed the problem (loose hose) and did not attempt to charge us for the service call.

I liked their service and the whole purchasing experience was great! I was very pleased. The price was competitive and I have recommended them.

They are thorough, on time. I've used them several times.

They did a great job. It was a very professional job. We plan to hire them again in the future.

The problem is that it is an old model (19 yrs) and of a type that is now out of favor--precisely because the model was known for being loud and vibrating a lot. The service person provided abundant and useful information and showed helped me figure out a great solution to an air filter problem.

Very happy with job. I had called them to come out and clean and service my gas furnace which hadn't been cleaned in several years. They quoted me a price ($89) over the phone and that was what it cost. No added costs or hidden "extras". I didn't get the tech's name but he was on time and very personable. Will definitely have them come out again.

The day after we closed on our house, we discovered that someone had stolen all of the aluminum and copper from our A/C unit. We got a few quotes, and liked Love best. He sold us a Rheem unit, with an unbeatable warranty. With the warranty figured in, it was definitely the best deal for the cost of all the estimates we received. They installed the new unit quickly and with no problems. All in all, a great company to work with!

Very, very good. Company representative when who answered the phone was very nice. The company showed up on time. The gentleman who came was very nice and did exactly what he stated. Price wasn't super cheap, but it was reasonable and I can live with it because it looks like the work was done properly. We live in Irvington and like to support East Side businesses when we can, so I'm glad they came through for us.

They are very responsive. We needed a new furnace during the winter, and they were quick to respond. They told me about a rebate that was available, but I was not eligible for and they gave me a rebate which they did not have to do.

I've used Love a couple times for my HVAC needs. They've always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only complaint is that the price seems to be a little on the high side. For this project the service representative explained to me that the blower motor was a little smaller (1/2 HP) and a little more rare than a typical motor (3/4 HP). Because of this the motor costs a little more. His initial guess of the cost after first looking at the unit was around $200. After he did the install (and the explanation) it jumped to $450 because of the motor size. Add on the diagnostics fee and the total cost comes out to $539. They do good work but I doubt that's on the low end of the price scale. I might try out another place next time.

They did what they said they were going to do, they cleaned up, and they provided the service. They did remove the old furnace. They were thorough in their explanation of the new furnace and thermostat.

They arrived on time. After I showed them the old system, they assessed what they needed to do and began working. They replaced the tubing and upgraded the electrical connections. After installing the AC, they made sure all areas were sealed appropriately. They tested the new system thoroughly. All areas were left clean an neat.

Mike arrived as scheduled and did a professional job. He was clean and courteous. He had the part needed to do the work and had the job done in 30 minutes or less.

We decided to heat and cool our 3 car garage and hired Love to do the job. We were initially concerned about the concept of a furnace in the attic, but they thoroughly explained the safety features and we ended up feeling very good about the plan. The only little glitch was that they ended up not being able to start when they originally planned to, but they kept in touch and kept us up to date. The 2-man installation team was here about 3 days and they did a great job. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves each day and I felt very comfortable leaving them with access to my home even when I was gone.

I have a contract with them to come out twice a year once to clean the air conditioning and once to clean the furnace. They are wonderful. I once had a problem with the furnace in the middle of the night and they were here the next morning at 8:00 am to fix the problem.

Overall, Love Heating & Air was great.

Heater wasn't kicking on. Called company, came out that same afternoon at the time the had estimated. Check the furnace, checked the thermostat. Determined the thermostat was working replaced it with a Honeywell programmable thermostat provided by Citizen's Gas. No cost for thermostat, just the service call. Very polite and efficient.

Brad came within a day of my calling to get an estimate on a new a/c unit. He went above and beyond, calling the furnace company to get additional information on our furnance unit in order to correctly size the new A/C unit. Very professional, prompt, and clear. We went with another company because of price in the end, but were very impressed with Love.

The technician arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and we were very pleased with the service we received.

Technician was thorough in tracing the problem. One heater stage was always on.

I have used them for at least 10 year. It was awesome. Mike, told me about a digital thermostat that I qualified for. He installed that and explained it. When he checked the furnace, he showed me exactly what to do if I have a problem. He checked the filters and changed the furnace filter. There has been a problem trying to get the bottom part of the furnace back on. He work and works until he changed the screw since they were not big enough. He could have not been nicer. He was professional. He put footies on his shoes to not track dirt in. It is very thoughtful.

They were great. They came to do a repair and we talked about the options that I had. They were very professional. I was happy with their work.

Fantastic! Responsive, professional, our home heats and cools wonderfully. We are very pleased and highly recommend them. We have them under service contract to inspect and clean the Heating and AC regularly.

We were very satisfied with the sales and installation service and the equipment has performed well in the 3 months since it's installation. We were given choices of different manufacturers' equipment and differences were explained. Love's representative, Brad Hayes, told us about utility incentives (a $100 rebate and lower electricity usage rate) in addition to expected energy savings. Installers were pleasant and neat and minimally disruptive to home activities. Old equipment was removed fully, piping openings to the outside were filled to prevent mice from entering the crawl space, and there was no damage in the area surrounding the work. The installers encountered an unexpected problem that prevented having the furnace fully operational overnight on the first day of installation, but undertook temporary measures to provide heat temporarily. We have had several mail and phone contacts to follow up on our work.
