Without a doubt, going with Love Heating and Cooling was a good choice. The quotation from Brad Hayes was timely and well done. I had several questions and concerns about how the system would be installed and he was both prompt and concise about how each question was answered. Scott, Don and Keith were extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire time they spend installing our system. They arrived promptly as promised, they were professional in putting down floor covering in their area of work, cleaned up their work materials when they went to lunch and we ended up with a very well done installation. Thank you Brad, Scott, Don and Keith for making this a pleasant experience.

When they came out to look at my furnace, he told me I should keep an eye on it as it was very old. I appreciated that he gave me that advise and didn't push a new furnace on me. They knew what they were going to do and did it. They were very eager to get it done and did a nice job cleaning up.

Jon Love save my HV/AC life in June 2011. After a horrible experience over 500 Race weekend with another company (I had them remove their equipment), Jon was responsive to my need and quickly made an appointment to propose a new system. Jon, the VP of Sale, the installers - were professional, long-time employees, always on time, cleaned up after, worked all day for two days to see that I had AC by the date promised. The price was reasonable, fair, and billed as agreed. (I do not state $ as everyone's requirements and equipment are different.) I did get four other quotes (from Angie's List companies) and for the system I needed, the experience and professional installation I was seeking - Love Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with this company and my new Trane HV/AC system.

Overall the services preformed by Love were done in a timely manner by an experienced technician. He was on time for both visits and also very professional. He was very helpful in explaining the problems and what options were available for the repair. I would recommend Love in the future.

I called Love Heating & Air Conditioning at 8AM the morning following our home A/C unit had stopped. Their rep was courteous, knowledgeable and confirmed a technician would be scheduled for a visit between noon-5pm the same day, and would contact me after noon to confirm a more precise arrival time. This is exactly what happened. I received a call around 1:30 stating the technician was about 30 minutes away. When he arrived, he inspected the entire system and had diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes. He left to get a replacement part, returned and completed the call within a total of about 90 minutes. His problem report was thorough, correct and neatly done. He was punctual, respectful and provided good communication and overall customer service. In summary, it was great service to repair our air conditioner during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I would use this company again and recommend it as well.

Going on summer #2 without a working AC. When the forecast said 90, I called Love and asked if they could come out "tomorrow." They scheduled for the next day between noon-5pm. He called about 10 minutes out to let me know he was on his way, arrived around 3. One of the relays was stuck and therefore not making contact which he figured out in 5-10 minutes. Using his handy screwdriver, he knocked it and it came unstuck. Once he saw it was then cooling, he was thorough and checked the outside AC unit. He explained where to "hit" on the furnace should it happen again and even volunteered to show us. He quoted a replacement piece in case his solution was temporary. Two weeks later, we are sitting cool as cucumbers and haven't had to pull out our screwdriver. I think it took him longer to write the quote and the receipt than to correct the problem. He was here for 45 minutes max, and $95 seemed steep for that, although I've been thinking what a fool I was for not doing this mere $95-repair last summer.

Our A/C stopped working. So, we needed either costly repair (although home warranty would have covered most) or new A/C unit. Since our A/C was old, we decided to get some estimates. Based on the reviews here, we called Love Heating and Air Conditioning. John came out the same day I called and gave me estimates on three different units. He was very professional and knowledgable. Since his estimates were higher than others, we didn't use their service this time. But we will definitely call them again when we need some services in the future.

The project went very well. It was run by Scott Brooks who is first class. He's experienced, skilled, and detail oriented. Rick, Scott, and everyone I met at Love during the project was responsive and great during the project, and they continue to be the same when I call with questions now that the project is complete. I highly recommend them.

The gentleman who came out to do the planning had a lot of experience. He had actually been out when our neighborhood was being built so he really knew what he was doing, where the pipes were etc. It was really nice having someone out who had so much experience. They gave us good advice. We have been warm all winter!

They have been very good for me. I have signed a contract for the year and its $150 for spring and fall together. They were here for fall cleaning. I contract them to do it twice a year. They checked and everything seemed to be fine. They were friendly, they were on time and they were reasonably priced. They provide the service that they say they would. I notice that my heating element is outside so they wiped their feet before they came in to check the registers, furnace taps and all that. They were very courteous.

Old furnace began fading out. Love was incredibly responsive, from coming to look at old furnace late one evening last week to installing a new furnace and humidifier earlier this week. Excellent customer service with everyone we worked with - from technician, to general manager to installers. Mark even called after installation to make sure everything went well and to our satisfaction. Can't recommend them more highly.

The story actually started THREE years ago. Our old furnace started making a noise and I called the company who had installed the equipment originally. They told me that the blower motor was going out and, since they weren't made anymore, we would have to replace the system, and he gave me a quote. I also decided to get quotes from three other companies, one of which was Love. I got 3 quotes of between 8000 and 11000 dollars from the original company and two others. The gentleman from Love had a look at the furnace and told me that the only thing wrong with the furnace was a bearing that was worn on the fan motor. He replaced it and I ended up spending about $100. At that time, I pretty much decided I would buy my next furnace from Love when the time came...fast forward to November of this year...we started hearing noises again and called Love. This time, in addition to the bearing, the faceplate on the heat exchanger was cracked. It really was time to replace the old furnace. Our sales engineer, Brad, ran a load evaluation on our home and gave us a quote on a new York system and told us some things to look for when comparing quotes also. (My husband wanted to do the prudent thing and get competitive quotes.) Brad never spoke ill of his competition, but said he would put his equipment and his company up against anybody. We did get 3 other quotes and each of them "badmouthed" the competition and equipment, and not one of them did a load evaluation - they went solely on the size of our current units and information we gave them regarding how many registers and intakes there are in the house. They made some notes on a pad and came up with a price at our kitchen table. Additionally, while all 3 other vendors claimed we would be eligible for the energy tax credit, we found that some of the equipment did not qualify at all. Love's was the only quote that was complete, detailed, and accurate from the beginning. The installers came out and did a great job. It took 2 days to remove the old furnace, get new custom ductwork fabricated for our new furnace and get it installed. The installers were professional and did a great job of putting tarps over any area they even walked through, and cleaning up when they finished. I cannot say enough great things about Love and their personnel. More importantly, I know that they are as good as their word. I have already recommended them to friends, and would recommend them to anyone with heating and/or cooling issues.

They've done good work in a timely fashion and have proven to be very trustworthy. Additionally they send out postcard reminders that when it's time to schedule the next maintenance appointment. I would recommend them to anyone needing a HVAC maintenance contract or HVAC work done in general.

Diagnosed problem with ptech unit found parts others couldn't find or said were not available. Everyone a dealt with form the phone to the service tech's were polite, knowledgeable and responsive.

They responded one day after it was determined that my EAC was not working properly and replaced the unit with a new one. They also installed a UV unit at my request.

Clint was nice and since I had issues with the door, I went with a one year maintenance contract with them. He called the company and got me a discount for this maintenance. They will come in May and September and will maintenance this furnace. It was a huge relief to have this company come out and be able to maintenance this twice a year.

I had the system changed to 2 units; one for my upstairs and one for my main level. I spent about $13,000. They gave me an estimate and explained everything before the work was done. They were very personable. When they left the upstairs unit did not work but we did not realize that until we went to bed that night. The temperature was 95 degrees. When I called them the next morning, they were very responsive and apologetic. They fixed it. I guess everybody is allowed one mistake. I will use this company again in the future and check that everything is working before they leave.

The system was installed into the house I now own, but was renting at this time last year. The guy who did the quote was part of the family ownership I believe and was very nice, professional, and efficient. The installers weren't quite as professional (as one would expect), but they were courteous and one of the two seemed to know what he was doing. The other appeared to be there as some kind of junior guy in training. I recall they showed up without me expecting them one morning.......there must have been a communication snafu somewhere between me, them, and the previous owner of the house. Fortunately, I was able to work from home that day. After that, everything went pretty smooth. The guys cleaned up and didn't leave a big mess. I felt some of the ductwork around the blower could have been a little neater, but it wasn't my house at the time so I didn't complain. The job took about a day and a half. Love was much cheaper than any other quote that was obtained, and given the experience, I would recommend and use them again.

It couldn't have been a better experience. The two gentlemen, Chad and Marcos, were superb. Both of them were efficient, prompt, and meticulous with regard to installation and cleanup. They also removed an old oil drum from my basement for a very reasonable price.

They charged a fair price and did a good job. They left me with a lot of information that I needed. They were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and did the work in a timely manner too! I would absolutely hire them again.

I have used Love Heating for many years, and hae been extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Last spring, they installed a new gas furnace for me and it is operating great. It has saved me almost 50% on my monthly gas bill

No one wants to have to spend the money to replace these items, but these folks made it as pleasant an experience as possible. I also use them for my semi-annual servicing, and always have good results.

They were very neat and prompt. They were also very polite. They did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. We were very pleased with their service.

But yesterday, after the (very young looking) service technician discovered that we do not use our humidifier and completed his work, he took the initiative to call the office to obtain a credit for us. We had prepaid the service contract. Initiative tells a lot about a person and I admonished myself for thinking that an older person might be more reliable.
