Josh arrived and spent 2 hours trying to determine why heating registers on the 2nd floor of our house were not warming up when the furnace ran. We have a boiler furnace with heated water registers and he worked diligently trying to determine why the registers were not warming properly. While Josh was able to get heat out of one heating register in an upstairs area, another bedroom heating register did not warm up. Josh was reluctant to give up the battle of the heating registers, but 2 hours was a long haul and we respected how hard he worked. We determined we might have to come up with another plan to unblock the hot water pipes, and will contact Josh for more information on that problem if the bedroom continues to stay cold. Josh is a Marine veteran (something we really value since we are a former military family, also). He was very polite, worked hard the entire time, and explained things well. Because of his work ethic and good manners, we will definitely use Love again, probably for a service contract for our heating and a/c.

The first thing Brad told me was that I didn't need to buy anything, and that he wanted to make sure no one took advantage of me. While I was dealing with another company who I was actually buying the unit from, I talked to Brad on the phone. I reported to Brad in order to get a better installation and know that what was being installed by this other company was correct. He gave me questions I should be asking, and I appreciated it more than anything. Without him I would not have had the best installation, even though I didn't use their company. I hope that Brad gets credit for this, because I was moved by his kindness and care for the consumer. He was so knowledgeable about the Carrier systems. They didn't charge me anything, and I'm grateful for Brad's advice.

I called Love Heating and Air on Monday morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day in the afternoon. I had a new high efficiency furnace installed two years ago and when I went to test it, the furnace wouldn't start. So I bought the deal, called to make an appointment and they had someone to the house within a couple of hours. Brandy, the scheduler said someone would call about 20 minutes before they arrived and they did call. Mark Elkins, who was friendly and very professional, was the technician who came to the house. He showed up on time, covered his shoes, did the tune-up turn, but it took him an extra half hour to figure out why the gas valve was not working, (it was stuck) and I was charged for the extra half hour. When he did figure out the problem he showed me what he did and explained how I could take care of this particular problem in the future. I really didn't mind too much paying the extra $67.00 if it helps me from incurring costs in the future. I would definitely call them again.

I had spent $500 with another vendor and the condo A/C was still not working properly. Love's tech charged it with Freon and now it is fine.

The service was great. He was here about an hour or a little less than an hour. He cleaned everything, and he was thorough. Everything was good. I just paid the $99 big deal

Our air conditioning went out on one of the hot days this month. We bought the Angie's list coupon for service and noted the air was out. They called the next morning and were able to get a man out early. He was very professional and provided very helpful information on the issues and maintenance needed on our unit.

Love's Heating Tech Josh cleaned Furnace & A/C Unit and performed a Safety Inspection. He was very informative in answering all of my questions, suggested a RedLink to be installed to replace my aged Hunter Thermostat. He suggested replacement of my furnace since it is going on 20yrs old. Josh also mentioned a maintenance plan that I could buy in advance- which would include cleaning of furnace & A/C unit 2x a year which would be ideal! Josh was very professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend Love's Heating to all my friends & family.

Scheduling options were fairly flexible. Service provider arrived pretty much on time and found problem with A/C, fixed it all in about 1 hour. Minimal cost for the repair. I was overall happy with the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did a good job. He was extremely patient. He spent a lot of time and did a very good job. He then spent a lot of time talking to the client to discuss how she could keep the house more regulated. My step-mother has used them in the past.

It has been working well ever since. Especially in the winter months, they really understand how important it is to get out immediately for furnace repairs. They have done a great job with that.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. They did a good job and we saved some money on them. I had scheduled them to come out and we told them we were Angie's List member and they said they have this deal going on so it was actually within 4-5 days when they came out. It was pretty quick. It ended up being the price of the Big Deal. There was something minor they found that was maybe an extra $10 but I kind of knew that that was an issue anyway. I definitely recommend them. I think we're going to go ahead and use them again. It was in the house that my mom was in and she was there by herself. They were very friendly and I was there part of the time and they seemed very professional and I think in fact they have some type of package where you pay and they come out each year to do a fall and spring check up with your air conditioning and furnace so I think we are going to go ahead and use them again this fall. Regarding their punctuality, I think they gave us a window and they were definitely there within that window.

The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. While they unfortunately found a crack in the heat exchanger of our furnace (unfortunate because it cost us money to replace it), they were able to clearly explain the issue to us and gave us alternatives on how to remedy the problem (repair or replace). The way they handled themselves through the inspection process gave me comfort that they were being honest and working in pour best interests and not just trying to sell me something I didn't need.

They did a very good job and went above and beyond to help me out even though I wasn’t going to pay them because it was under the warranty. They were able to come out the same day and were very helpful.

They're extremely good. We had a really extreme cold spell, and they put my furnace in two days. They even provided space heaters to keep my house warm. The technician was exceptional. The price was extremely reasonable. They came out almost immediately, but they had to come back again and fix something.

The service turned out all right, it wasn't anything spectacular. He came out and he checked both the units and they seemed OK. He was on time and clean and everything. All the services that were rendered were what they said they would render. The price was average.

We obtained four estimates before deciding to go with Love Heating and Cooling. John Love came out to give us the estimate. Their bid was $1000 lower than the closest competitor. We felt comfortable with the their work base on their Angie's List reviews and the fact that their company was listed as an installer for the type of system we needed. The installers did a great job removing the old system on an extremely hot day. They completed the install of the new system the next day. We are very happy with it so far.
