Great company to work with. My crew of Mike, Duwan, Cody, Patrick, Chris were great! Thanks for going the extra mile on an issue that was my fault. You were very professional and willing to accommodate the situation even though the fault was on my end.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Leaders. While they were responsive with getting a quote and calling the day before to provide the window of arrival on the actual day they NEVER showed up and NEVER called. The front office tried calling the managers on duty and could not get through. She provided me with their numbers and I called numerous time, left voicemails and texts and got NO response. In fact, they waited until Monday (2 days later) at noon to call me for the first time to see if I still needed their service. I had to be out of my house that day and was left with no other option than to get my own storage unit and move myself. This was the absolute worst moving experience I have ever had and will never recommend Leaders. "

Absolutely the worst movers ever. Didn't have enough employees on site and they left early the first day. One of their employees on site told me that they often schedule too many moves at same time and don't have employees to cover the moves. We fired them after the first day. Went with another mover who got it all done the 2nd day and did a great job. Never got a refund for pre-paid 2nd day from Leaders even though owner had promised an "adjustment."

Everything went great. The guys we had were very kind and respectful. We had several heavy pieces and they handled it all like champs. Would definitely use them again!

HORRIFYING! WORST MOVE EVER!!! We have been professionally packed and moved over 8 times cross country and locally. The move was estimated at 2 days, one day packing, the second day moving. Day 1: They sent 4 people but 2 left after approximately one hour. That left 2 people to pack a 2600 square foot home. They packed until 6 pm and didn't even have 1/2 the house packed. They packed in a hap-hazard manner. They would get bored in one room and head to the next to partially pack all over my home. They did NOT UNDERSTAND how to properly pack most items, dishes being the worst. You pack plates vertically ( I have watched professionals do this in all my moves) they laid plates horizontally on top of each other. They packed the boxes so heavy it is NOT POSSIBLE for me to move the boxes, even with a moving cart. THEY DID NOT LABEL THE BOXES FOR ANY CONTENT!!!! We have boxes labeled with arbitrary names: kitchen, 1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room, bathroom, basement, Santa room or no label at all. TAKE NOTE: we DO NOT have a basement (we lived in a one story home), we EMPTIED ALL THE BATHROOMS, so there was NOTHING in them to pack, no identification on which bedroom was which and the Santa room was one of the bedrooms! Luckily I had already packed the master bedroom. So we have numerous boxes marked kitchen, THAT ARE TOO HEAVY TO LIFT and I have absolutely NO IDEA what is in the box!! Day 2: They sent 4 people to finish the packing. I watched items packed in the strangest ways. They did not have special picture boxes (I have NEVER seen this in a professional move). He put pictures in a wardrobe box, not wrapping them individually but putting sheets of paper between them. They did not have mattress boxes (which I have also never seen), we had new mattresses that came with a guarantee but only if the mattresses were clean. I told them on the first day I wanted at least plastic covering, they ignored me and had to go back to the business to get the bags. The whole packing process was a nightmare as I watched my things being haphazardly put in boxes. I tried to explain to them ON THE FIRST DAY that this needed to be done in a timely manner. The home we were moving to was in the country and did not have outdoor lights! They ended up finishing packing about 5:30pm. My spouse and I loaded up our cars because as we searched the house we found many items they ignored (coffee maker on the counter in the kitchen being one!!!!). I watched them put items in the truck with NO PROTECTION! They carried furniture in with no blankets around them to protect them from scratching. At the end as they were tired of packing they just carried little items into the trucks without any wrapping. They got to our new home at approximately 7pm. It was beginning to get dark. As they unloaded they spend time trying to figure out how to get items in the house without doing anything else. Because of the lateness and impending dark and lack of identification on the boxes, we ended up with them putting most of our boxes in our garage. We ended the move with my car lights on for over 2 hours so they could see in the dark. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They finally left after 11pm with not all our furniture put together because we were just plain exhausted and wanted to get some rest after a stressful day. Day 3: We went to our home to clean, we ended up loading up our car with forgotten items in cabinets. WHAT A DISORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL MOVE THIS WAS! Weeks later: I have been slowly unpacking boxes. I have discovered lamp shades loose in a box with light bulbs (damaging my lamp shades), broken light bulbs in light fixtures because they didn't remove the light bulbs, boxes totally marked incorrectly, breakable items at the bottom of a heavy box unwrapped (and broken), badly scratched furniture (that was new to our last home with no marks on them), breakable items just laid in a box on top of each other with one or 2 pieces of paper flat between them. I have found collapsed boxes all over my garage, boxes marked "fragile" underneath 6 boxes of books, many unmarked boxes, rakes in a pathway with the tines upward so you would knock yourself if you stepped on them and just a jumble of a mess in my garage thanks to the hurried poorly organized move this company put us through. I changed my price rating to F after experiencing the move, they were competitive with other movers but experiencing their unprofessionalism they were WAY overpriced!!! Sorry, no pictures, my shock always left me speechless and I didn't think about pictures, I really wish I would have so I could show you the unprofessional work done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL MESS!!!!

We have moved from one side of the country to the other and this was the worst. Carelessly packed and mislabeled boxes. Hours of waiting around. Just a mess.

We used them since they provided the lowest estimate. We did not know how they would raise the costs once they had you in the moving process. They do not provide specific item inventory like others movers so they raise the number of "Boxes" as they load the trucks. They push their loaders where they are running with items getting broken. They do not voluntarily inform you when they break something. You have to catch them and send them photos after they leave. We just found an antique desk they had placed moving tape to hold a leg on the desk they had broken and never told us. We had not seen it until now since they placed it in a corner that was not easily seen. We requested they repair it and they denied it since we did not find it until now even though they should have disclosed it to us at the time of the move. They did not use moving pads to protect furniture. We found items in our original home they had broken and hid in a basement corner we had to call them on it. They blamed their staff instead of accepting accountability. Items were missing that we could not define since they did not inventory each item/box. They claimed it was our word against theirs. The price went from an initial estimate of $5400 to $7100 through 3 price changes as they loaded our items. Without approving each increase they would stop loading if we did not agree to each increase. Stay away so you do not get burned like we did. I have used many other movers in the past so I know what to expect.

Superbly! Leader's Moving and Storage Company went above and beyond expectations. Our son's change of address from a second floor rental apartment to a second floor condo was a small but challenging operation. Having to navigate a second floor walk-up with tight turns in order to deliver a 92 inch sofa was indeed a daunting task. Nevertheless, the team went about their work in a quiet, polite, and efficient manner. All the large pieces were carefully streched wrapped. No damage was done to either the furniture or the narrow hall walls. It is worthy of note that, ultimately, the sofa had to be hoisted up to the second floor balcony and then in through the living room sliding glass doors. This was done without incident and at no extra charge. Moreover, when we offered to pay more, they declined. Remarkable!

After unpacking I found out that there are some things have been scratched and some of my vintage things are broken. Some medicines are missing, my two important phones are missing, and some more things are missing and broken. We have used them before and it was okay, but I am not sure what happened this time.

Wonderfully, 2 man crew was wonderful and very nice and professional. They had trouble getting the piano down some steps and marked up the wall, but they said they'll have someone out to touch up the wall. (the piano is an absolute bear, so not surprised) I need to follow up on the painting with them. They were a couple hours late, but called to explain prior to the time window. More than understood. Guys stayed till almost 8 PM finishing. Truly appreciated their exemplary work!

Great, except that they went to incorrect address for delivery. Soon corrected and delivered well.

The move went very smoothly. The movers were punctual, and my small move was done very quickly.

It was a pleasure working with Leaders Moving and Storage Company. Andrew, was very accommodating with the changes needed for my move - the change in move date, the items to be moved and competitive pricing!! The team of Jeff and Will were extremely professional, respectful and patient. On my move date, Wednesday, May 30th, I closed on both my current and then my new home. Jeff and Will loaded everything from the old house before I went to closing. And then met me to unload everything at my new house after my closing was completed ; which was about a 2 hour lag. Still, they worked tirelessly to get the job finished with everything placed exactly where I wanted it Excellent! :

Reasonable prices, easy to schedule. The guys they sent were professional and worked quickly. Did a great job.

Everything went smoothly other than a few glass curio cabinet shelves went missing temporarily, but they were found and delivered back to me. Great communication and no surprises on price. Would recommend and use again.

They were polite and professional from start to finish, and did a great job packing everything in. The guy on the phone was very helpful. On moving day, they padded the doorways, floors, and furniture while moving items out of the house. The two guys (Clayton and LaRon) seemed to work well together. They arrange the furniture as requested, safely but with the weight fairly evenly distributed (per PODS).

Went fine in spite of the terrible weather.

Everything was moved promptly with only minor scrapes.

The staff who helped us the majority of the time were wonderful but lots of details were left out, which I blame administration for. Take the time to talk in detail with whoever gives you an estimate!

The office staff was very helpful with their process and in setting up the move. They returned calls in a timely manner and answered all questions. The moving team (Jordan, LaRon and Chris) arrived promptly, were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and carefully.

The Leaders team of Jordan, LaRon and Daniel arrived on time, were very professional and took great care with all of my items. Moved out and into my new home in 6 hours. Don't think twice about hiring this group...they were wonderful to work with!

The movers were on time and nothing was broken.

Chris King came and did my estimate, he was professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Estimate was slightly higher than another, but I felt more comfortable with their process and the reviews I read. Jordan, crew leader for all 5 days of the move with LaRon and Chris for 3 days were amazing! They went above and beyond taking care of my belongings and they come with my highest recommendation! The first and last day we had a different 3rd person which were adequate. The management seriously underestimated the packing portion of the move and did not send the additional team promised for the entire 3rd day as scheduled for the actual move, so the move took an extra day to complete. They seemed to be either overbooked or under staffed. Kevin, the manager was responsive to my calls and attempted to adjust things to my satisfaction, however my unpacking was delayed. I only had 2 items with minor damage and the final cost came in a little less than the estimate.
