From the booking with Melvin to the completion of the move the experience was great. Great communication and respectful.and courteous employees! They arrived within the designated time window given when the move was confirmed/ finalized the day prior. I highly recommend Leaders Moving & Storage and would definitely use them again. Extremely satisfied! Also price quoted was price paid. No hidden costs/ charges.

I highly recommend Leaders Moving to anyone seeking a reputable moving company. I will definitely use them again if I should need to in the future. Lauren in Sales Support is professional and very nice. She put my mind at ease about the move and answered any questions I had. The movers Moses, Michael, and Donald were professional, courteous, and arrived within the arrival window. They started the move around 9 am, then had to drive about an hour outside of Indianapolis, and were finished moving before 1 pm.

I hired Leaders to move some heavy items. Jaja, Moses, and Malcolm arrived on time and went straight to work. They were friendly and handled everything in a professional manner.

The two men, Malcom and Stephen, were very professional and friendly. Even though we live on the third floor with no elevator, they were very careful and optimistic about the whole move and were willing to place the items in our apartment wherever we wanted. All of our things were kept protected and intact. Efficiency and safety were other things they focused on and I couldn't be more thankful for them and my move from Indianapolis going to Lafayette.

They showed up on time. The 2 movers were pleasant and very polite. They were careful but did not drag out the process just to kill time. Their price was much better than the quote I got from the company that had originally done my move to Greenwood.

Melvin and Dequane were thorough, polite, cautious, efficient, strong til the end. Went above and beyond my expectations.

They did a nice job moving my daughter to her new college apartment.

Absolute worst moving service we have ever used. I wish there were negative stars to give. We are military and have moved over 10 times and never had any issues. The movers were unprofessional and untrained. Our boxes and items were DESTROYED during the move. We used them as a loading only service (which we have done many of with other companies with no issues) and the way they packed looked like they’ve never loaded a truck before. We labeled boxes as fragile and they took no note of that. I would highly recommend finding any other moving company than this one. The manager was unwilling to hold anyone accountable or do anything to rectify the situation. He never contacted us- I had to reach out every time. Again, save yourself the stress and worry and go with literally anyone else.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Kris and Daniel. Not only did they do an outstanding job with moving things physically, they were awesome with connecting with my mother who was moving to an assisted living facility. That will always stick with my family and we are so appreciative. Their positive attitudes made a difficult day better. Thank you so much Kris and Daniel!!!

My experience with Leaders Moving has been severely disappointing, and I would heavily advise everyone to review my experience with them before considering them to be your movers. Angi's List only allows 999 characters, so check out my Google review. In a nutshell, after being misled and scammed by a representative of Leaders Moving & Storage, the Leaders Operations Manager (Danny) accused me of "conspiring to defraud Leaders Moving & Storage" in an attempt for Leaders to not be held liable for monetary damages. Just thought others should know how they operate. It's also pretty clear that Danny (Leaders Operations Manager) didn't want his final and most insulting response to my email in writing as he only responded to it over the phone, and that alone should be enough to make you super wary of how this company conducts itself.

Jaylin & his crew did an awesome job. Efficient & accommodating. I would definitely hire this company again.

Excellent service from the office and scheduling to the hands on movers. We had a tight time frame due to a change in the baby's due date, rainy weather, a move-in location that still had some renovation being done, and lots of tight corners and narrow doorways. They will absolutely work with you to find a way to get everything done, and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful time. They had to schedule a second day to finish up when the weather was better, and they worked that in within a week. The initial estimate was based on a phone call (no time for a walk through) and the final cost was higher, but we didn't realize how much help we needed, and were pleased that they were able to adjust to our needs and work us in. Great company!

We had a slight delay due to problems on the movers previous job, however Leaders made it right with us. My movers were fantastic… quick, careful, and professional.

My experience has been way beyond my expectations, from the time I talk to Eunice to get a quote and the numerous times I called and emailed her , she was nothing but pleasant and very personable. All the members of the crew that did the moving, very professional, nice and courteous. I will always refer my family and friends, the price, professional manner and work ethics were outstanding.

Jeff, the crew chief, was meticulous about creating a complete inventory. The staff were courteous and helpful. They worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully to remove my possessions. They also jumped to help me pack the last boxes that I had not time to pack. I recommend them highly.
