I would actually rate at A-, or Very good” rather than “Excellent “ if I could. Overall move went very well with moving crew on time and working very **** ** a hot, humid day. They were efficient and completed move quicker than we anticipated. This included the crew taking very good care to avoid newly painted walls at new location. They did a great job. There were a few problems with some minor damage to several pieces of furniture, and a piece left behind, which I alerted local office to by leaving vm on 2nd day following move ( Saturday afternoon). Having not heard from anyone, on Tuesday morning, I wrote a note to company email address detailing experience. I then received phone call from company CEO from Columbus OH within an hour. He listened to my praise and concerns, spoke to local office, and called me back with arrangements made for men to pick up the item from old house that had not actually been moved, an offer to have the young men delivering that item do any furniture arranging I needed at that point, and an offer for check for repair of furniture damage. These things occurred that afternoon with the young men arriving masked which they had not done on the moving day (I distanced from them with my mask on). Besides a follow up call that day from the CEO, I received a very nice letter, the check for damage, and a small gift from him within the next week. I couldn’t be more thankful, satisfied and impressed with follow-up like that. I would have no hesitation to use them again, although I might hope for a little better communication from the local office.

The guys were great! They were running up and down stairs (winded me just watching them). They took care to put down cloths on the floors and pads around doorways. I haven’t seen any scratches or dents on walls or furniture. Very efficient and professional. Never moving ourselves again!

We couldn’t have been happier with Leaders. There is always a bit of trepidation when hiring a company you’ve never used before. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with other moving companies. When Tony and Neal showed up to do our move, my fears began to subside. They were very professional and polite and did a great job of loading the truck to maximize space. Because of issues closing on our new home, we couldn’t do the move in one day so a couple of days later Tony and Adrian came to unload our stuff. After a quick walkthrough they made quick work of getting the truck unloaded and I really didn’t have to give any further direction. From office staff to the movers, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I hope to have need any moving services in the near future but if the need arises I’ll be using Leaders.

After 3 flights of stairs down and up I can say that LEADERS gets 2 thumbs up. Keith, Jose, and Neal are hard workers and I appreciate their services.

oving is exhausting (Thank you, Captain Obvious). But these guys.. these guys worked so hard, I just had to feel better because I didn't have to do the work! Trey, Adrian Neal, and Brandon (all the way from Cicny) got it done, and done right. And they were fun! I'd ask for this crew every time!

It went way better than i expected. With me and my griwing family moving from one house to another alot of thoughts cross your mind. With LEADERS I can vouch they are truly professionals. I can truly say that the LEADERS company in Fishers, In are the best moving company I have used. The two movers Keith and Rich are lifesavers. I was thinking that things wouldnt fit or go as smooth as it did and they made sure they was the best quality movers. Also,the time period in which they moved was best. I would use them again.

Our experience with Leader’s Moving was fantastic! I requested a quote via the online form on a Sunday, and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Mathew to go over my inventory. He was so helpful over the phone and through emails, updating our moving estimate more than a few times to make sure we had everything taken into account. Ben, Dary, Tony, and Neal were the movers, and they were great. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, we knew we were in good hands. What an awesome crew! Everyone we talked to was top-notch, and Leader’s also offered the best price (by far). I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Very pleased with my move. Brandon G and Trey were very professional and helpful. They worked very hard to make my move less stressful.

The 2 guys that moved us were pretty efficient but we have found that they could have taken better care of our furniture. They did not shrink wrap our sofa or other upholstered furniture. After they finished they gave us no time to examine or comment on damages. First, there was minor damage to our sofa legs plus one of the sofa foot pads had been knocked off when moving into the new apartment. Fortunately I found it in the hallway and was able to put it back on. There was also some damage to the fabric on the sides and back of the couch. This was a brand new couch purchased last August and it was not cheap. There are new scrapes, knicks and scratches on multiple pieces of furniture, bookcases and my wife's dresser. It looks like these were caused either by being scraped on concrete or by their moving equipment.. I had requested that the upholstered furniture be shrink wrapped and that was listed on the quote as being requested but apparently that was not done. When the After we got to the property we were moving into, the driver got upset over the amount of distance from the loading dock to our apartment. He informed me that it was over 500 feet, not the 200 feet on the quote and that they would be charging more for the move. I said ok, but I had no idea what the distance was when I got the quote How should I be expected to known that as I did not live here yet? I think the moving company should do a better job of pre-checking the distance info to provide a reliable quote. Both my wife and I stepped off the distance afterwards and agree that it was more than 200 feet but less than 400 feet, not the 500 feet the company charged extra for. The company has not offered a refund. They did offer to forward me to the insurance company to make a claim, but after the deductible and hassle of fighting with an insurance company or damage that was not document at time of delivery I declined.

We needed to move our piano to basement in order to have new floors installed. The crew of Tony, Trai and Brandon showed up exactly at the time we were given and moved the very heavy piano down to the basement in an expedient manner with absolutely 100% care and professionalism. They did an awesome job and should be commended. Thank you

The guys were great. Very careful with everything and responsive to our requests. I have already recommended Leaders to another member of the family.

They charged me $50 more than was quoted. They put boxes and large pieces of furniture in the middle of the dining room such that it was days before I could find dishes, pots and pans, even the coffee pot. Couldn’t make a meal for days. They forgot the rails to my bed at the old place. I brought them back in my car and the foreman met me at the new place after another move and put my bed together. Now my TV is not working. I thought they were unnecessarily rough when they disconnected it. I will be filing a claim.

Moving is never fun, but this is my second full pack move with Leaders. Their quote process was on-site and thorough, resulting in a competitive price guaranteed not to be exceeded. My timeline was short and they hit all the marks. They solved some delivery problems resulting from a winding uphill driveway with utility wires in the way. On both ends of a 130 mile move, the team was pleasant, efficient and packed and dropped off everything like it was their own. And they easily resolved the couple of minor issues that are bound to crop up So, while moving stinks, Leaders makes it as easy as it can be.

Trai, Ben, and Tyler did an outstanding job with our move. They were professional , efficient,and productive. As well, they handled our furniture as though it were their own. An amazing team, and I will definitely use them again.

WOW! Ben, Trey, and Brady did an amazing job. They were friendly, punctual, and took great care of our furniture when moving. They were very efficient and quick in loading and unloading. They were a FANTASTIC crew! Start to finish was approximately 3.5 hrs. Moving can be a very stressful time. Hiring LEADERS MOVING CO. will relieve that stress and burden from your shoulders.
