They were really nice and very helpful. The only problem I had, besides the price being higher than similar providers, was that they lost a nut and bolt to my bed frame. I understand, I lose things too, but they didn't tell me about it. I was working in other parts of the house and didn't find out my bed frame was not put back together until a few hours after they left. I walked in my bedroom and the mattress/box spring were leaning against the wall. I had to go buy a nut, bolt and a screwdriver to put the frame back together. That was easier than digging through boxes to find tools. Again, I just wish they would have told me about it. They were really careful with my stuff and did not break or damage anything. Everything that left my apartment showed up at my house. That's the important part. UPDATE: The manager called and talked with me about the lost nut/bolt & screwdriver. They sent me a $50 check. That's remarkable service. I have never had anything happen that nice happen from a company making something right. I am impressed.

Terrific, prompt, and great communication for the guys at Leaders. All pieces were moved as described and no damage. Highly recommended and we would use them again!

I had specifically asked if the company was experienced in moving pianos and described concern for the floors. When the two lovely young men arrived, they were not equipped to lift the piano on their own (of course!) and had NO specialized equipment to move a piano. To their credit and that of their supervisor, when he was called and told they needed assistance, it arrived and all was done well. I would use Leaders again because they were, while initially not prepared to do the work, responsive in eventually getting it done right.

After I contacted them they sent over an itemized checklist to use to give me an estimate. After I determined what items we were going to have them move, I called back and they gave me an estimate. They based the estimate per item and not on weight so it could all be done on the phone. I scheduled for the move day but they do not tell you what time they are coming until the day before. Day of move Jeff and Archie showed up. They were great. Called and let us know they were on their way. They went right to work and loaded everything. There was an issue taking apart a custom built bunk bed with a specialty bit. We had already packed all the tools but their boss showed up with the tool that was needed. They unloaded everything and set it up right where I showed them I wanted it. Even moved something when I changed my mind. There was nothing damaged in the move.

It wasn't too good. They scratched up some of the stuff. They were smoking while they were moving our furniture.

Leaders was not the cheapest estimate we received, but we felt they were most prepared to handle our move. We were just relocating across town, but we needed to visit 3 different locations, including a storage unit, in order to collect all of our belongings (including an upright piano!). We began at 8:00 in the morning and did not finished until 10:00 at night. The crew was kind and helpful, very accommodating and trustworthy. We enjoyed interacting with all of them. Because they were with us all day, we provided lunch and dinner to them, and they were very appreciative. The office manager visited during the day to make sure everything was running smoothly. As we unpacked, I discovered that my KitchenAid mixer had been packed on its side, and it had leaked oil from its motor. I contacted the company, and they immediately sent a check for a replacement. I called them back to tell them I had found a replacement at a lower price, and the office manager said, "Please keep the difference, and treat your family to a pizza on us." We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!

Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call and quote. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was skilled and professional.

The move went great from start to finish. The sales person over the phone (Grace) was great, and very responsive to all of my questions even after our first phone call. She thoroughly explained how Leaders prices their moving services, and went through all the items that we needed to move. She even reminded me of a few things I didn't think of. She then was able to provide a price, and update it with a few more items after the fact since I got a few quotes for moving. Which leads me to say that, after getting a few quotes, Leaders was the most reasonably priced. Since Leaders was the most reasonably priced, we went with them and scheduled the move. Moving day came and the movers (Jeff and Leroy) showed up in the middle of the one-hour window that was given to us the day before. So, in my book, that's great and on time. These guys were great! They moved quickly and at the same time took care of our things. They got our house moved out very quickly... we were very surprised on how fast they got everything in the truck. We got to our apartment, and they were very professional in letting us direct them on what items went inside the apartment and what items went into the apartment garage (couldn't fit everything into the apartment). We made it through the move and nothing was broken. I would certainly recommend using this company since they were great through the whole process. We will be using them again once our new house is ready.

It went ok the movers were friendly. Front screen door glass was broken but the guys took a picture and mention to me about my a $100 deductible. The price was avg. I picked this Service Provider based on availability they were able to accommodate me even with short notice.

Wonderful. I found this company on Angie's List and purchased one of their deals. Moving is a very stressful time to say the least, but the gentleman who moved me made the process quick and easy. Very professional movers - I was very impressed by their patience, as I was still packing things while they were moving. They went above and beyond and took care of all of my belongings, carefully packing them into the truck then unpacking once we got to my new home. I'm glad to have found Leader's Moving!

The service went great. I had them remove an old built in subzero refrigerator. Two movers came out and completed the work in about an hour. They did a very nice job and were contentious of the hardwood floors. I would highly recommend them to others.

The workers were okay. They left the area fine. I don't remember having any problems. I would tell a friend they are a good company and to try them out.

Very conscientious always checking to make sure items were placed where desired and super-friendly and smiling. Showed up in the exact middle of their projected arrival. Very professional and a class act.

Superior service. From the initial emails and phone calls with Richie to the execution of the move itself. Ted, Henry, and Randy showed up on time and were outstanding at what they did. Friendly too. They owned up to one minor miscue (chipping a basement step) on their own. On the unpacking side it was just Ted and Henry and outstanding again. In fact, $120 fell out of a desk drawer and they immediately returned the money to my wife. Can't say enough good things about how professional they were and how good they are at their jobs. Only complaint: not the cheapest outfit but you get what you pay for. We did have a revised estimate of $2900 that we signed that was $36 cheaper than the original estimate but we still got charged $2936.00 on our credit card. We would use them again though based on the important stuff: reliability, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism.

Movers arrived in Indy on time and we did a walk through to determine which pieces were to be moved as it was not a 100% move. Loading the two trucks occurred on one day. The following day the first truck arrived before Noon which was well within in the projected arrival time with the second truck arriving shortly thereafter. All the moving team were very professional and they were very conscientious about moving the items in without damaging either the furniture or the freshly painted walls. We had several pieces with glass shelves and all the glass selves arrived without any damage. The two trucks were unloaded in 4 hours. We definitely would recommend using Leaders and their pricing is unique as it's per piece loaded rather than time.

They were excellent. If and when I move again, I will hire them.

I'd never hired movers before, but I was getting exhausted dealing with my move, especially in the humid August weather, so at the last minute, I decided I'd call a few companies and see about prices. I was so impressed that Leaders was able to book my move about 24 hours before I needed it - most companies were scheduled 2-3 weeks out. The office staff in Columbus and Indianapolis were very pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. The estimate and variables were explained very clearly, and I was given a window of 8-9 am for the next day. The price seemed very reasonable, so I felt confident hiring them. On the day of the move, around 8:20 am, I called the office because I realized I'd packed up all my food and needed to get some fast-food breakfast. They said that was fine and the movers would wait if they got there before I came back. They arrived about 8:40, right as I pulled back up to my apartment. Perfect. The moving team, Antwon and Andrew (not sure of spelling), did a great job from start to finish. They were professional but fun, and I haven't noticed a single bit of damage to any of my belongings or either property. I'd called the office back after the estimate to add on mattress bags, and a miscommunication led to them showing up without them, but they called their office and the bags were driven down from Zionsville to my place near downtown Indy in a timely manner. It didn't delay the work. They didn't get anything mixed up, even though there were two destinations, and they put the boxes down neatly. It was really hot but they kept going - I really appreciate their dedication! When we were talking, one mentioned that Leaders is one of the only movers they know of who provides benefits for their employees. That's the kind of company I want to hire. From the glimpses I got of the company, it seems to be a well-run operation with great employees. And their truck features a baby duck - adorable! I gave them both a tip and would definitely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation. Some of the best money I've ever spent.

Their staff was amazing! The packers were incredibly careful with sentimental, valuable items that made the move in perfect condition. They were extremely efficient, and we felt comfortable with each of them in our home. Our driver who oversaw the unpacking process in our new home was hardworking, smart, trustworthy, and a good leader of the team who showed up to unpack the van. There were a couple of nicks made in our wall, and Leaders had them fixed the next morning. When everything was unpacked, only a couple of little things had damage. Leaders replaced or repaired them generously and with NO hassle. I can hardly say enough good things about how they handled our move. You can trust them with your belongings!

Jeff and Archie did a great job. They were so nice. I would highly recommend Leaders Moving & Storage. We just used a mover to move large items. I loved that it Leaders using a flat rate and not an hourly rate. It took a lot of stress out of the move. I would definitely use Leaders Moving & Storage on my next move.

I got offers from several local companies for my local move. Leaders gave a competitive quote and were one of the few movers that had availability when I needed to move. The estimate was completed online / over the phone and they weren't interested in coming out to do an in-person inspection when I mentioned it. To their credit they stayed true to their quote even though there was a miscommunication over the style of home I was moving into and it took several hours longer than planned (it was a 2 story condo and they incorrectly believed it was a ranch). I think they are new the Indy area because they didn't have uniforms or a marked truck. They also seemed lax when it came to the paperwork and taking inventory but I have no complaints because nothing was lost. When it came to protecting flooring, walls, and my belongings from damage they did a fair job but are one step below a full professional mover like United. They damaged the paint on some furniture. I only discovered this by accident when inspecting their progress but they were quick to accept blame when I pointed out the damage. The owner quickly arranged someone to come out and repair the damage and told me I would be responsible for the charges because I didn't pay for the necessary insurance. My furniture was repaired and I never received a bill so overall I'm pretty satisfied with these guys.

They did an excellent job. They moved us out of one home, and then 3 weeks later into our new home. They did some damage to a few pieces of our furniture, but they are taking care of them and having them repaired for us at no charge. The lead man on the move was just tremendous. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy.

Jeff and Archie from Leaders arrived right on time and were very professional the entire time. Were very accommodating to contractors who were at the house to replace some windows.They moved very quickly but took very good care of our furniture and contents. Nothing was broken, no scratches on the walls - couldn't ask for better crew. The price was very competitive.

The 2 movers were very professional and experienced. They were quick moving items, placed matts on the floors of the homes for protection and placed the items exactly where we asked them to. It was great to have experienced movers who had been doing this for many years (one for the past 17 years). They did not scratch or damage any of the items and did not bump into doors or anything in the homes. We had 8 rooms of items to move and they did it flawlessly and for the lowest price of the A list providers we contacted. They were also the easiest to quote and guaranteed the price they quoted. The price also included insurance on the items and homes.

There were two guys, one was training the other. They were very careful, patient, and took the time to do it right. I was worried about my walls being damaged trying to get the item out since it was so large. They did a great job.
