They did a good job getting everything packed and unloaded into the various areas things needed to be placed. They even took care of a last minute add of some items we had not expected to move.

They called us and told us that we had a simple move. They told us that they needed to reschedule it, two hours before they were supposed to arrive. We informed them that wasn't going to work because, we were in an apartment and had to be out by a certain time. They arrived two hours late but, they were able to get it done but, they were courteous. It was a big deal but, we had to more on top of that.

As soon as I purchased my Big Deal they set up an appointment with me within the same day which made me feel very taken care. They told me that they would call the day before to confirm the time that I had requested, which they did. The movers arrived in the time frame that was quoted to me. Two men arrived and were very nice and professional the entire move. They moved everything effortlessly which I loved. Great company! I would use them again and have already told friends to use them as well!

They were very professional and very respectful of all that I asked them to do.

I also did moving of a piano and they two guys that showed up were not very professional. The first thing they said was that I have to pay extra to tear it down. You can’t take a giant piano and take the legs off and put it on its side for a mover who is trained to do that. So the whole idea was absurd. They did it but taking it apart was part of the move and they were adamant that we did not pay for that.

The movers arrived at the promised time and the movers, Jeff and Archie did an awesome job! Everything was moved carefully and quickly. The price was good, too.

Our movers were Tyler and Mike. Super great guys. They were here on time. They were very friendly. (The dogs didn't even bark at them.) We hired them to move all the heavy and awkward appliances and bedding. They did it with a smile on their faces. And we often heard them laughing with each other. It made the morning go very smoothly with no tension or worry as to their ability. When they came to an especially hard, heavy item to move they called in their manager as muscle support. What a great team of guys. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to any one that I know would be moving in the Indianapolis area.

The movers were very punctual, professional and friendly. They took great care wrapping my Mothers things and carefully packing them in boxes. They were very careful not to damage anything and took pride in what they were doing. This is the first time we have used LEADERS Moving & Storage but we will defiantly use them again for any of our moving needs. Their prices are very reasonable as well. The Company charges by the job, not the hour. What they quote you for a price in what you pay. No surprises like most all the other movers here in the area do to you after the original quote. They showed up on time, and wasted no time moving furniture while we sat back and watched. I warned them of heavy furniture upstairs, including a 300 lb + desk. They showed up with only 2 guys, and moved everything in about 5 hours, including the desk. We were in awe! The quote was a little high on packing boxes and moving them, so we moved our own closets. That proved to be a bigger job than we thought. Had we to do it over again, I would have given more weight to packing and moving the closets, which may have favored the one of the other bidders, but we were quite happy with the job provided.

They were definitely the best price on the market that we found (looked at about 4 companies) and especially affordable for overnight storage that we required as we were closing on our house on the same day as selling our old house, but couldn't move in the same day. I found that it wasn't always easy to get hold of the customer service manager when I wanted to, but usually the other reps were helpful and could provide me with answers. We had 2 different crews for loading one day and unloading the next. The loading weren't so good. They were courteous but didn't take that much care with the furniture and the house we were moving out of. They said they'd report some paint dents on the old house to their manager but not sure they ever did. They seemed to throw all the furniture into the van and some of it wasn't taken care of very well. One picture got broken as they did not pack those well. I'm glad that I had packed all our items really well in boxes beforehand. On the other hand the UNLOADING crew were excellent! Really professional, polite and they unloaded magnificently and very quickly but taking a lot of care over the items. They were not that pleased with how the loading crew had loaded the trucks though. They said they wouldn't have done it like that. Also: one of the managers did come out to put together our beds as the loading crew had mislaid the screws for them. He was back and forth to Home Depot getting these and really helped us out with that. That was above and beyond. So, I think it depends what crew you get. Overall, for the price, they did a good job and we were lucky we didn't get anything broken other than one picture. I would recommend them.

Quality teams on both ends of the move. A couple scratches and some damage, though they took care of it relatively quickly and very professionally.

They were outstanding. They worked very efficiently, took great care of the furniture and were very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would absolutely refer them. I am the first one to make a complaint about something, however, I am the first one to give a compliment.........and these guys would get a great compliment from me.

Over all it went very well. It took longer than estimated and had a few mars and scratches, but overall certainly went much better than I could have ever hoped for.

The men showed up on time and clean. They moved the furniture quickly and efficiently.

I used the deal for $99 for $200 of services. They moved a couch, dresser, a large mirror, chest, bench, sofa chair, bed, 2 end tables, coffee table, tv stand, and 3 chairs from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt about 30 minutes away.

Everything went really well. They were fast and efficient.

We contracted with Leaders to pack and move our home in Camel. We were moving less than 2 miles with least half of the contents going to storage and half to our new place which was estimated to take 6 hours or less. The first part of the crew came around 9:00 a.m. to pack and move items and there was supposed to be a 2nd crew arriving before noon to assist. They didn't come and the 1st crew was hanging around. I went and got them lunch because they were not allowed to leave per Leaders. The crew was calling the office and getting no support. I finally called and got a "I'm sorry. but the other crew took longer...." This was six hours after the start of our move. Finally, at 4:30,the second crew came, moved 1/2 of the items still in our house and left while the first crew was still moving our possessions into our new abode. The 2nd crew left everything in the basement for the 1st crew to move, even though they were still moving us into the new house. A 3rd crew came in the evening. We were not done until 10:30 p.m. night. Leader gave us a whole 200.00 off our over 2,000.00 bill for our troubles. It took them over twelve hours to move the contents of a 3,100 square foot less than 2 miles away to a new home and storage facility. I would never ever use or recommended them to anyone.

The movers arrived in the time frame they had said. I'm glad we upgraded from a two-man to a three-man team because it took them 4 1/2 hours to pack up our house. They did a good job managing all of our heavy furniture with little to no damage to our wall. They unloaded the truck in just a matter of an hour/hour and a half. They worked hard and moved as quickly as could be expected for a 90 degree day with high humidity. The only complaint we have is that they did not leave the 20+ screws to reattach the top of our wooden desk that they had dismantled for the move, nor did they leave both screws needed to reattach our dresser mirror. By the time we realized that they had not left them, they were long gone, and we did not have a contact number for them. We called the business number, the office was already closed, and the messaging system just put you into a loop without any clear direction for leaving a message.

We initially had three days delay from the date they were scheduled to come to the apartment to take an inventory and give a price, but, once that was done, the move occurred four days later. The packing, transport, and unloading went extremely well. They completed it all in one day despite a three-hour drive from the pick-up site to the delivery site. We greatly appreciated that. My initial call to the provider went very well. I found the contact friendly and anxious to help. The two young men arrived on time and were clean and very business-like. They were also very polite and effiecient. I would definitely contact them for a future move.

They said they would be there between 10:30am-11:00am to move my mother to an assisted living community. 11:15am they hadn’t arrived yet, so I called them to see where they were. They said they were finishing up a move and would be there in 30-45 minutes. They still hadn’t arrived after that time frame, so I called them again and left a message. I got a call back 10 minutes later and they informed me that they had gotten into an accident (their truck got stuck under a bridge). After that, I called the supervisor who let me know they would either get another truck or haul the truck out from under the bridge. An hour passes and I hadn’t heard anything. I called them back and the supervisor said that the truck was in such bad shape that they would have to send out a different truck. They finally get here around 4:00pm and they broke a mirror during the move. I now have to file an insurance claim for the mirror. Additionally, I wrote them a check and one of the employees washed it. I received a call today from them letting me know that I needed to either write them another check or pay with a card. It was a bad experience all the way around. They should have been in contact with me to let me know what was going on instead of me calling them.

The service went better than expected. The service provider called me when they were on the way to my storage unit and once at the storage unit they immediately began organizing and taking my belongings down to their truck. Once we got to the apartment they helped put my furniture together and made sure that I was satisfied with their work and asked me if they could do anything else to help. The movers were extremely polite and professional. I will definitely look into hiring them again for my next move.
