The move was easiest I have had to do.

They were very professional in their approach. The movers were personable and helpful. They work really hard to get the move done on time, and worked with us when we had more inventory than space.

Everything went well. Team leader Jeff and his crew members Archie, Anthony and Kyle did an excellent job.

One piece of furniture lost, another piece of furniture damaged. So far no reply to my messages.

We cannot say enough good things about the crew from Leaders. From the moment Jeff, Archie, Adam & Drew arrived (and promptly at the time promised), they took control of the move in a very efficient and professional manner. We had three stops involved in the move and Jeff did a walk through before loading and asked what items were going to each stop. Everything was moved carefully and exactly as directed; we had zero damaged goods and when they transferred items into our storage unit, Jeff organized it in a way that everything fit - it would have taken us hours to do the same. And even then, I don't think we could have come near to his skills. Thank you Jeff, Archie, Adam and Drew for making a potentially stressful day an easy day with no stress!! I highly reccomend Leaders!

Leaders Moving & Storage did a fantastic job of moving my personal possessions (25 boxes of stuff) and and furniture (2 bedrooms and living room). Loading up everything in the truck (taking my items down 2 flights of stairs), traveling from Fishers to the southwest side of Indy, and unloading the truck all in 2.5 hours! No damage to either place and no damage to any of my things. The guys from Leaders (Jeff, Archie and Kyle) were professionals and gentlemen. Reasonable price ($557.00). I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We just finished a move performed by Leaders. Mike and Jordan were our movers and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and treated our furniture with great care even though it is quite dated. We could not be more happy with the job they did and especially given the stress of moving from our home where we have raised all out children. They were also very courteous and efficient. It is nice to find a moving company that is clear about what they intend to do, quotes a price that is reasonable, and then delivers the services with well-trained and courteous movers. Our thanks again to Mike and Jordan for their hard work on our behalf.

This is my second positive experience with Leaders. The movers showed up at the scheduled time, worked efficiently despite lots of stairs, and were right on the estimate for my move. The two movers did an impressive job hauling some very heavy pieces of furniture up to the 3rd floor with almost no damage to the furniture or walls (a few marks in the hallway but none in my apartment; one corner of my bedroom set was scuffed but not enough to bother me). Overall they handled my furniture with care, were patient and very professional. The customer service staff was also helpful. Within minutes of submitting the online request form I had a follow up phone call to schedule my move. Also, I forgot to hand over my $100 off coupon to the movers before they left but was able to email a picture of the coupon and still have it apply.

Leaders came personally recommended to us and now I see why. They were on time, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. Michael and Will were personable and very knowledgeable about how to move large pieces of furniture in confined spaces...so much so, that not a wall or single piece of furniture received even the slightest bit of damage. It was a hot day but they remained patient and kind, even when we had to move some of the pieces a second time. Not only would I use them again, I'm recommending them to all my friends. The quoting process (via their website) and scheduling went very smooth. In fact, I was impressed with the "front office" staff. The movers (3 individuals) arrived on time with the driver being the main point of contact. Two of the movers (including the driver) came up to the apartment (third floor), reviewed the "inventory," and then started the move. The last mover came up shortly after, walked in the door, and immediately said "I Quit!" I am not sure why other than the apartment being on the third floor (there was not that much to be moved). He continued to talk about how he had another job and that he wanted to leave and not come back. Ultimately, he complained throughout the whole move. It got to the point that I was worried about him moving things (if he didn't care about the job, why would he handle items with care) and I felt bad for the other two movers. Overall, things seemed to be handled with care and the two other movers were professional throughout. It is unfortunate that one employee can alter the experience. Regardless, I would recommend the Company to others.

Anthony and Zach arrived, eager to work. They had to disassemble the entire desk, moved it to the storage unit. They had to take the bedroom door off the hinges to carry the roll-top portion to their moving truck. And they put the door back on.They were very careful, so as to not to scratch my walls or the desk. It took about 90 minutes to complete the job, and it was done very well without any signs of a scratch. Zach & Anthony were very professional, courteous and eager to do the job correctly. Thank you

The guys were really great if not somewhat either in-experienced or under prepared. It took a supervisor to come out to help with the last part of the move. He and his employee were great ... Having said that when they moved my washer and dryer they did not bring the hot and cold water hoses with them. They also left a door off the hinges in the apartment hallway as well as a large dolly in the middle of the floor. They never came back for it. When they carried my washer up the steps they lost balance and dropped it. It crushed some of the wood on the stairs, broke a hole in the wall and crushed my bannister. The supervisor came right out and made sure to photgraph it all. He gave me the name of a handyman his company uses and I was contacted about a week later. The handyman had employee issues and could not get to my project for almost a month but when he did, he did a fair job repairing the problems. On the whole these guys are really good guys. I liked them. They were honest, hard working and really tried to do their best. I tipped them and they were genuinelly appreciative. Still, some of what they may have thought were "details" (they installed my son' bunk bed backwards) were a pain in my neck to deal with. I would use them again if the price was right. I might explore other companies too though.

Leaders Moving did a fantastic job! Leader's Moving professionalism, knowledge, and wonderful demeanor totally changed our experience and forever will be grateful! We moved to Western Pennsylvania a few months ago. Moving in general is stressful, but to move out-of-state is ten times worse in my opinion. The crew made the whole experience awesome. Jeff/Indianapolis and Brett/Cleveland arrived as promised on May 5th, 2016. Jeff had helped us on the original move and I spoke to Zachary Zieman and requested Jeff to help again. He did an awesome job and kept things running smoothly and organized. The crew from Cleveland, Ohio, assisted with the move and Chuck, Johnny and Tony arrived hour and half later with their drive and were fantastic!! Thank you all for the fabulous job and if we ever have to move again I will be calling you first because the experience was wonderful. Thank you again.

I worked with Zach in setting up the service, he was very responsive and let me know I could update the inventory up until the morning of the move. Three men arrived within the one hour window we were given. They were friendly and took extra measures to cover our furniture since it was raining. They did an excellent job moving the furniture up 3 and 4 flights of stairs in our condo which has narrow stairwells. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I dealt with Grace when I originally called. As she spoke with me I did a walking inventory of what I would be moving. She was patient and informative. She emailed me a list of everything and exactly what the cost would be to move it. I was able to call back and update what I would be moving, which changed the charges accordingly. It was all very well handled. It was rainy on the day they moved me, and it was obvious that they were experienced movers. Tyler and Jordan put runners down and were careful to keep my items and floors safe and clean. They even helped reassemble my furniture. Nothing was damaged in the move. They did excellent work.

Terrific company to work with.

Great, it went good. They were here a year ago on the 29th of March 2015. It was a terrible winter morning and they were just good and smart about the way they packed, nothing got broken. They were efficient. I would use them again. They had another move that day and it was a sort of quick move and getting everything where it needed to go for a single woman and I was a bit overwhelmed. That would be the only draw back and maybe they should let you know how much time they actually have to get it done. They were reasonable, they weren't the cheapest but they were in the middle of the road with the pricing. For the price they were on time and ready to go. They have good quality. They had the truck and the dollies and everything they needed if I didn't.

There was one thing that was damaged and two things were lost.

They were wonderful. They were very kind and never stopped moving. The whole process was done very quickly and completed in roughly 3 hours.

To say I was satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. I really don't think the moving experience could have gone any better. My crew, (Jeff, Michael, and Anthony) were right on time. During the walkthrough I noted there were still things we were packing at the last minute, and Jeff gave us good direction on what to focus our efforts on and in what order in order to be able to support them. Communication with Jeff was great! The crew worked really well together, carrying things very carefully without causing any damage, but also working efficiently and quickly. The move required 2 trucks. I am very happy with the experience of them unloading the truck. They had mentioned to us that a lot of people don't know where they want things at their new house so they usually ask them to put all the boxes in the garage; however, my wife and I aren't most people so we had things packed in a way where we could direct them where to put it in the house. This made the unloading go slower than what they were used to, but they never complained. They did a great job of each time they unloaded something they asked where the destination was so they could deliver it to the right room. They did a great job of knowing where the items were going anyway because they knew what type of room they had removed them from at the old house. Late in the afternoon my wife and I weren't as accessible to them because my wife had to pick the kids up from school while I was working with the Cable guy, but they were committed to great service and they didn't try to skimp - as they came in the house they would yell what was written on the boxes for me (e.g. "Sir - Cat stuff", "Sir - empty picture frames") so I could hear them when I was on a different floor and be able to yell back where things should go. Simply, this crew, Jeff, Michael, and Anthony saved me not just a lot of time by not moving the house myself, but also a lot of headache with the quality of their work and commitment to service. I would recommend Leaders to anybody, especially this crew.

They were exactly on time and the guys did a great job! They were really really careful with our stuff. They gave us a quote ahead of time and stuck with as well as honored the discounts we had!! I can't say anything but good things about them.

Anthony (4041) and Mike (4059) were AMAZING! They were earlier than expected and walked through the house with me to make sure they knew what I wanted. The house was not completely packed but Anthony and Mike understood what I wanted and made sure to check with me about what items were being moved. They worked hard and did what needed to be done to pack my furniture and boxes securely. I really felt like they cared about my stuff and understood the stress of moving! When they put my things into my storage unit, they made sure to leave extra room for me to pack more boxes into it later. Thank you so much for everything!

We had some closing issues in Columbus Ohio because of our buyers and held up our delivery. However they worked with me to on delivery dates. They helped make an unfortunate event as best as possible for everyone. Thanks you so much!

These guys are simple THE BEST. We've used them several times and they always exceed our expectations. We are real estate investors, so we are always moving lots of furniture around to stage properties for sale. And our moves are never simple, "pick up at one location/deliver to a second location" moves. In our most recent move with Leaders, Jeff and Mike arrived promptly at our primary residence, loaded up the necessary furniture, made a stop at our storage unit to drop off & pick up some other pieces, and then delivered everything to our investment property. They are SUPER EFFICIENT, get everything loaded and unloaded in a timely manner, and are always very careful with the furniture. On the few occasions that we have called too late to get on their schedule (they do book out a few weeks during busy seasons) and have had to use another moving company, we are dismayed to find that we pay more for a lower quality of service. Two guys from Leaders can do what it takes three guys from another company to accomplish. I can't say enough good things about this company. A+++++++
