Leaders was great to work with. The staff that helped in the move were great, helpful, and flexible. I added a few items to the list of things to move on the day of with no trouble at all. Fair price, good and efficient service. I would definitely recommend them!

HORRIBLE. Terrible experience and it would take a miracle to recommend to other people. 1) they told me they would be there between 11:30AM and 1:30PM. Movers showed up at 4PM. 2) movers that showed up late were already visibly tired from a previous job they were on, even though manager knew the inventory count which was a lot. 3) Job was not completed in a day, 6 large items had to be rescheduled for the next day. It took 8 hours to partially complete a job that should've taken 4-5 hours. 4) movers show up the next day, couldn't figure out how to move the fridge out the door. They had to call a technician to remove the doors because they couldn't fit it through the door -- but that same fridge was brought in just fine and without any damage through the main door without removing the fridge doors. 5) After spending 10 minutes not knowing how to get the fridge out, they give up, manager tells them to go to their next job because they were "30 minutes late and had to move on" while the previous day they made me wait an extra 2-3 hours. 6) **** poor attitude from one of the movers. When I told him "I understand you don't want to be liable for damages" he yells back saying "No, you don't understand". 7) That same mover refused to take off his shoes on new clean carpet, claiming that his shoes are clean. I tell him to take it off, because the other 2 movers took them off, he still refuses, gets ****** and goes to the truck leaving the job for the other 2. Garbage attitude. 8) When one of the movers called the managers because they were struggling moving stuff because they were tired, he tells them "no, you guys have to just motivate each other." When I ask to talk to him on the phone, he refused to talk to me, and I had to call him. Overall, **** experience, would never recommend this company to anyone.

The movers from leaders were excellent. They did a fantastic job moving all of our large furniture and a few other large items to our new house. I hired leaders due to their pricing strategy which is to give you an actual amount rather than tell you it's hourly with an estimated timeframe like most other companies. Jordan, LaRon, and Will were the guys that moved us and we couldn't be happier with how polite they were and how careful they were maneuvering furniture up and down stairs. We are very satisfied with the service!

Move went great. Jordan, Jordan, and Davion were very helpful. We even switched our plans on them during the move and they took it in stride and helped out to get everything done.

A leg of the piano was broken off. I was told I had to pay the bill - $231 - before I could file a claim. After they left, I discovered multiple deep scratches in the floor of the entryway.

It worked out extremely well. I wanted to commend the movers Jordan, Laron and Brandon. They were cordial, skilled, and professional in every way. I plan on using them in the future.

They had no tools and we had to go through our stuff and give them our tools so they could take things apart. They left gouges all over our house, we had to go back fix and the drywall, door frames, patch the walls and repaint everything that they were messing up. They also had dings in the wood furniture and scrapes in places in our leather couch. This was supposed to be a 2 day thing but they were rushing trying to get it all done in one day and still did not finish. They came back days later to finish and they were very difficult to deal with. We now cannot find the tools that we let them borrow. Also after they left the first night the bank called and asked us if we had spent $600.00 at Walmart. We had not. We then realized our credit card was gone. They shattered one huge custom dinning room glass table top on the second day. They were just not being careful with any of our things. They scratched up the home that we moved from and the home that we moved into.

Excellent. They were prompt, professional, and quick.

Crew arrived as planned, and got to work. We told them where we wanted things to go. The were courteous, professional, and efficient.

The movers arrived on time and were pleasant. All items except the upright piano were moved successfully from one house to the other, although there were some (minor) scratches and scrapes noted on some of the furniture. The movers who were sent to do the job said that they were unable to move the piano, and suggested that we call Zach, their supervisor, to determine what to do. Note that the company was well aware ahead of time that a piano was to be moved. Zach was totally unresponsive to our needs to have all our goods moved that day. In what amounted to a bait-and-switch, he offered to have people come out the following week, and for a total charge much higher than the agreed-upon charge. We will now have to make other arrangements to move the piano; fortunately we were not scheduled to close on the house we were selling the next day.

A wonderful moving experience. Never thought I'd say that about a move, but that's just the truth. I was so concerned about all the potential horrors associated with movers, but it was just the opposite with them. First off, Archie and Will B were amazing. Those two guys alone handled my move from a 4 bedroom ranch to a 2-bedroom two-story. They were extremely professional - called ahead in route; arrived on time; friendly yet businesslike - not overly chatty; and were respectful of my privacy (didn't parade my things out the front door); worked steadily together throughout the day; treated my valuables better than I would; and most importantly, they were patient and worked around me while I was still packing! I should also mention that setting up the move also went smoothly: Over the phone, I referred the gentleman (can't recall his name) to the realtor.com pictures of my home; and we used that to move quickly through the inventory. That made it very quick and easy. He was then able to give me a quote, based on inventory and not time (which was a huge relief). He sent me the detailed quote and on day of, when Archie did the walk through, that number didn't magically change ( I actually asked them to do some packing of things I had previously planned to do myself, and that was seamlessly added). Overall, great experience. I'm thankful I went with them instead of another company I had considered on Angie's List with a high number of reviews. No question who I'm using on my next move. :)

We had 2 movers the first day (Archie and Jujuan) and 3 the second day (Archie, Jujuan, and William). They were very punctual and called when they were on the way. They were professional in appearance and demeanor. Very helpful, polite, and hardworking! Very enjoyable to be around! Would definitely use them again!

The service provided was outstanding. The pricing was competitive. Will and Roger showed up in uniform, introduced themselves, and were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable.... I would definitely hire these guys again for a move of any type. They knew what they were doing to handle a complicated move of a very heavy item. Perfectly executed.

Anthony and Cory showed up when expected, were thorough and polite, and worked hard all day. They got pieces of furniture + our super heavy treadmill into places that were really challenging. They handled all of my requests with flexibility and a smile. The move took about 9 hours overall. My only other experience using a moving company involved a per-hour fee; part of why I chose Leaders was because they use a per-item structure. The estimate seemed high to me but I was glad to have a crew that didn't rush the job. In the end, seeing all the effort it took Anthony and Cory, I thought the price was very fair.

The team at Leader did a great job. The arrived on time and was extremely professional. The team of Will, Archie, Jordan and Roger were all very professional and handled our possessions with care. I would definitely recommend Leaders to anyone looking for professional moving services.

The men arrived exactly at 8am and delivered the piano at exactly 1:30pm which was right on time! The company provided enough men, three, to safely move a 6 foot grand piano that weighs about 600 pounds. They carefully packed the piano and took great care getting it up a staircase and into the truck. The men knew what they were doing and were very personable and professional. They had it packed and loaded within 40 minutes. They also reassembled the piece with great care. I will use them again whenever I need things moved. I definitely recommend them.

EXCELLENT!! I was so so impressed with Anthony & Jordan. They were early for the appointment and were very kind and professional. They listened to my concerns regarding my grandfather clock and moved all 4 large items extremely well and very carefully. I had a Lazy-Boy sofa that was moved from the 3rd floor apartment to my home. This is a heavy sofa and they were professional and never made any comments about how heavy it was. I have used other moving companies in the past and wish I would have used Leaders with my other moves. This is a wonderful company that truly cares about their customers. If you want a super moving team - then request Anthony & Jordan. Thank you Leaders for making my move painless.

It was fine. I didn't have any problems. They did what I asked them to do. I was a little frustrated at how expensive it was just because I only wanted them to move my treadmill upstairs. They did everything I asked them to do. It was just pricier than what I wanted. The only thing was the cost. Everything else was perfectly fine. They did a nice job.

This was an excellent experience. Very easy, very friendly staff and movers. I had no issues at all. The movers, Mike and Will were kind, fast, and professional. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Leaders Moving. The crew arrived within the timeframe given and went right to work. The company scheduled us for two days but the crew of four, James, Mike, Andrew and Jordan, worked so hard and so quickly that they were able to get everything done in one day -- packing and loading at the rental and unloading at the new home, with absolutely no damage to our possessions. The crew was friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to hire Leaders in the future, should I need moving services.
