Description of Work: Our water heater started leaking over Memorial Day weekend. Tuesday morning we went on Angie's List and looked at a number of highly rated plumbers. LD Smith was able to come out that day to replace our 50 gal. natural gas water heater at what seemed to be a fairly reasonable price. They were in and out about as quickly as you could hope for - I think it took about an hour. The one issue I had with the install is that they took the instruction manual with them. It's not a huge issue - nearly anything you might want to know seems to be described on labels attached to the water heater, but some of those labels refer you to the instruction manual. Overall, though, I thought they provided excellent, fast service.

Description of Work: I had replaced a bathroom sink, faucet, and vanity, but could not get the drain connection tight enough to keep from leaking. The LD Smith plumber came the same day I called, fixed the leak in about 15 minutes! I have used them before and always have been happy with their service.

Description of Work: They repaired our Navien Tankless hot water heater and restored it to working order. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the water heater. Other plumbers had tried to fix the problem but had failed to do so.

Description of Work: LD Smith Plumbing was called to do work in our home. After agreeing to a date and price the plumber arrived as promised..ON TIME! A toilet and a bathroom faucet were replaced. Work was done as expected. The plumber was very nice, professional and left the area clean and tidy. We will certainly call this company for service in the future.
