He completed the install in about 1 1/2 hours, cleaned up and removed the old water heater for disposal. I am very satisfied with the job, and would recommend LD Smith, and Terry.

They checked everything and went above and beyond and even found a few more small problems that they took time to fix. They called us minutes after our home warranty was informed. Description of Work: Had a leak in the water pipe coming into my house. They had to excavate outside and replace the pipe underground. It went fine. They also replaced my outside water faucet which was leaking.

Description of Work: The big deal was for a 50 gal water heater, which would not fit in my utility room. Shawn told me they couldn't put in a 50 gal as per the deal, but ended up installing a 40 gal water heater at a higher price than the big deal. I was satisfied with this provider's work _ just wished I could have used the big deal.
