I received a message from a female around the time this member claims to have called me. It said “Hi do you”…. Then it was cut off. I never got a phone #, or a person’s name. I don’t know if it was her that left that message or not. I return all phone calls. My voicemail even says so. I have been complemented on this many times. For some reason if you hit the # button on my voice mail it will ask for a security code. That in turn deletes any voicemail a potential customer leaves me. After reading this, I pulled up her phone # online, called her, and let this member know. I am appealing to this member to let her conscience be her guide. I hope she does the right thing and removes this bad report. I think I just found a flaw in the whole reporting process. I left her a message, and it will be interesting to see if she calls me back. I was respectful, but somber. After she reads this, or receives my message, I hope she is able to self-reflect and determine if she should try to hurt my livelihood for a missed call, dropped call, or deleted message. It’s really funny… Sometimes people call me and leave me a long message then they don’t leave me a phone # to get back to them. Who really knows what happened. I’m really not mad at this person, but more frustrated on how we rely so hard on technology. I’m guilty as well. Cell phones, computers, voice mail, dropped calls, accidently deleted messages… Ugh!!! Description of Work: Lawn Pro was very good: professional, did a personalized assessment of lawn needs, prompt, etc. I had to give it up this year due to my budget constraints. They are more expensive than a chain co. but I felt that I got good service.

THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN EVER HAVE A NICE LAWN IS TO KILL THE WHOLE THING AND START OVER AGAIN. WHEN I CONTACT THEM WITH A QUESTION IT CAN TAKE OVER 30 DAYS FOR THEM TO RESPOND THEREFORE IT IS HARD TO DO A GOOD JOB FOR THEM. THEY KEPT ON TELLING ME THEY WERE GOING TO SEED BUT NEVER DID. BARE SPOTS AND WEEDS GO HAND IN HAND. UNFORTUNATELY THEY QUIT RIGHT BEFORE WE COULD DO THE MOST IMPORTANT BLANKET APP OF HERBICIDE THE FALL WEED SPRAY. I TOLD THEM THERE LAWN WAS SO BAD IT WOULD TAKE THREE YEARS TO GET IT DIALED IN BUT ONLY GOT A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. THE PREVIOUS YEAR THEY STARTED SO LATE WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET THE CRABGRASS PREVENTIVE PUT DOWN. THEY CHOSE TO SKIP THE EXTRA CRABGRASS BARRIER THEY NEEDED THIS YEAR BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SEED BUT SOMEHOW THEY MISSED THE WINDOW AGAIN. IT SEEMED TO BE ONE MISUNDERSTANDING WITH THEM AFTER ANOTHER. THEY DID NOT EVEN FILL OUT THE APP COST RIGHT.

I ENDED UP MEASURING IT THE NEXT DAY. I SCHEDULED MY WHOLE BUSINESS (FOR FREE) AROUND HER. THE ONLY EXTRA THING I TRIED TO SELL HER WAS A CHICKWEED PREVENTION. CHICKWEED IS A WINTER ANNUAL AND YOU CAN PUT DOWN A PRODUCT TO KEEP IT FROM GERMINATING. THIS PRODUCT COSTS MORE MONEY FOR ME TO PURCHASE, AND WAS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE. IF SHE WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO READ MY PROPOSAL, SHE WOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT IT STATES SHE COULD CROSS OFF ANY APPS SHE DID NOT WANT, AND ADJUST THE TOTAL. I HAVE A FOUR APP. MIN. I TOOK THE TIME TO FIND HER SOMEONE THAT COULD AERATE HER PROPERTY. I MADE ALL KINDS OF PHONE CALLS ON HER BEHALF LOOKING FOR SOMEONE. THIS WAS ALL FOR FREE!!! I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WAS SO UPSET BECAUSE I HAD TO FAX THE QUOTE TO HER, BUT THE E MAIL QUOTE EITHER BOUNCED BACK, OR SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO OPEN THE PDF ATTACHMENT. THE ONLY OTHER OPTION WAS SNAIL MAIL WHICH WOULD HAVE DELAYED THE ESTIMATE.
