I have used Steve for lawn fertilization and weed control for the past 5 years. He does an excellent job and charges much less than the big name companies. The difference in our yard from when we bought the house until now is unbelievable. I would recommend Steve to anyone that is looking for great local service at a great price.

Steve was nice. He came VERY quickly and he is busy so I appreciated the quick response. He treated for crabgrass because it was too windy for the spray (broadleaf). He will come back and do that.

Steve is an independent contractor who runs his business the old fashioned way--prompt, professional and courteous service without harassing his customers with constant suggestions for additional services (like some of the big companies do). And my lawn looks as good or better as any in the neighborhood. A couple of years ago we had a dry spell and most lawns were looking pretty dry and browning. A neighbor commented that my in-ground irrigation system seemed to be working very well. I don't have an irrigation system, but my lawn looked fresh and green

They come like five or six times a year. It is a small, one-man show; that is what I like about it. They are very reasonable and personable. If I have any problems or questions, I get to call the owner and talk to him. He parks the truck, put the stuff down, sends the bills, and talks to people on the phone.

Within an hour of purchasing the big deal from Lawn Pro, the owner sent me a message via Angie's List letting me know they could not do the service at this time. Although not what I wanted to hear, I appreciate how professional everything was handled.

The provider contacted me and said he spoke with Angie's List and he's not able to take on the workload at this time. He was very professional and he apologized and got back to me very quickly.

We've been using Lawn Pro to treat our lawn for years. Steve is always prompt in responding to questions, and working with us to figure out a treatment plan that works best for our lawn. He's always mindful of our kids and pets when we want to minimize applications in certain parts of the yard. This year we are completely re-growing our lawn from seed after a total kill, and Steve has been hugely helpful.
