Very well. The men were efficient, polite, on time, and cleaned up before leaving.

He was knowledgeable about my older system, and was able to locate the tank with no problem. It was not were we thought it was. Because the tank was full my drains were not working properly. He used a water hose and cleaned out the line going from the tank into the house. If your looking for quality friendly honest service these are your guys. They truly go above and beyond.

I would call Knox Septic again in a heartbeat. Jim provided an outstanding septic system inspection - visual and dye test. Tank was opened, baffles checked and water was ran into tank to check flow. Jim and Team also probed the laterals/fingers in the system. Extremely thorough and comprehensive inspection. Highly recommend this service for anyone considering purchasing a home with a septic system. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he explained his process / findings to us. Knox Septic arrived on time and completed the job on site. we had a sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. They checked the tank, which was full, then they checked the pump in the dosing station and found that it had stopped working. They replaced the pump and cleared the tank and lines. They were professional and polite, thoroughly explained all the problems and solutions, and didn't leave a mess in the yard. I highly recommend them.

I called on Friday and they were able to come on Monday to pump out our septic tank. We have owned our home for a little over a year and found out that the previous owners didn't have the septic tank pumped out. They came, pumped and cleaned out the septic system. They estimated that it hadn't been pumped in about 10 years because of the thickness. They recommended that we have it pumped every two to three years to be safe. They noticed that the septic system cap was cracked and pointed it out. They told us about a couple of companies that sell these. I appreciated all of their recommendations. I'll definitely use them again.

My septic backed up on a Sunday so I called Jeff on Monday. They came and pumped it that day, and then he came back to check on it later to notice it was full again. This is a rental house, so I needed to take care of the issue quickly. He came with a crew the next morning and had everything done in a few hours.

The septic system I'm referring to belongs to an investment property I purchased with disclosed failed system. I called and got quick response. Jimmy Knox, his family, and his crew are the people you can trust to get the job done. Jimmy answers calls and text messages quickly and thoroughly. He educates and does not pressure to buy. In fact, he is very knowledgeable and has a good reputation. He offered both the neighbors free inspection and a discounted pumping while he was out. They were pleased as well. I have absolutely no complaint. From the initial contact through payment and beyond.

Call was answered immediately. Scheduled for following day. Arrived on time. Friendly crew of 3. Navigated my tricky driveway with ease. Had the cap off and was pumping within minutes. Total process took about 20min.

The provider found our septic tank (within 1 minute) and pumped 900 gallons because it had never been pumped. The guys took time to explain things about our septic tank. We also had them cap our tank so we could use it for future use. They were extremely professional and nice. One thing that really stood out was their honesty. They called us to let us know they overcharged us in error. They told us the new price prior to running our credit card because they didn't want to run the card until we were made aware. There is something you don't see every day. They are top notch company.

We liked them enough after that initial time about two more times. They did not fall short. They did their job very well. They had good attitude. They were friendly. They cleaned up after themselves.

Knox Septic came out quickly after request to locate and pump my septic system. They found a lid that actually had grass grown over it - another company couldn't find it! They provided a free estimate to replace my system after politely declining to pump the system. I respected this decision, and they didn't charge me for find the tank! If my system needs repairs, I will definitely give Knox a call back!

Mike came out and arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He was very professional and helpful. He pumped the septic tank and gave me a brief synopsis on it's condition and performance. Mike didn't try to sell me on upgrading everything, which is something that I usually find annoying at best. Instead, he gave me some recommendations on how to get the most out of the system I have. Mike also noticed that I have small children and alerted me to the danger of my septic tank lid and how easily accessed and removed it is. He advised that I should put something heavy over the lid to prevent any potentially very dangerous accidents. As a mother I found this incredibly helpful and I appreciated his notifying me. This is a family business that makes you feel like you are being treated fairly and with actual concern for your satisfaction. I will definitely use Knox again in the future and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Two men arrived a little late due to equipment problems, however, they called ahead to alert me. They backed into my driveway and assembled hoses to the septic tank in my backyard. They pumped the entire contents of the septic tank and a small volume of liquid from the dosing tank. During the pumping I noticed that they had put tarps under the vacuum pump to catch leaking oil from the pump and under the engine compartment. However, as they were putting away their hoses they discovered that their truck had leaked anti-freeze onto my driveway as some of the fluids were not contained by the tarps. Although the amount spilled was small and did not represent any significant hazard or environmental threat, this should not have happened. They did clean up the mess, however, this company needs to greatly improve the condition of their equipment!!

They cam on time, offered expertise due to clogged plumbing, and suggested ways to correct the problems that would not cost more $. And they we're right!

All went well. Very prompt. Jim Knox is very knowledgeable on this system. He did not try to sell me more. On the contrary he suggested this pressurized system as a solution to try instead of replacing the tanks and finger system right away. The original septic system was installed in 1974 so it may need the fingers replaced at a future date. I would also suggest using the electrician Jim recommended as he has wired many of these pumps for Jim and is very knowledgeable on what is required to make this system run properly. Jim always answered the phone or called me back within ten minutes. I highly reccomend Knox Septic.

Knox does a pretty good job. They seem to do an adequate job and they are prompt. They are the only people I have ever used. The price was fair in terms of the services they gave and their promptness stands out. They cleaned things up and made it tidy.
