Description of Work: They cleaned the septic tank. My B rating is because they did not show up at the appointment time and did not call. I finally called them to hear they had equipment trouble. They should have called me. They came later in the day, and I could not be there. I found my wheelbarrow down in the hole to the septic lid "to keep animals out". I thought that was unnecessary and of course I had a mess to clean up from that. They left everything else clean. In the past, septic companies have left a line of sludge from the tank to their truck in the driveway. Leaving me that mess to clean up.

Description of Work: They had to dig and add a dose tank (powered outflow septic) to my septic system. I was having to get my septic pumped once a month (at $200 a pop), but have not had it pumped since last April. The electrical required was handled by a subcontractor for an additional $800.

Description of Work: They had a method of making the septic field perform properly, without installing a new finger system. They inserted some big things into the ground, forced air into the system, and vibrated deeply into the ground, which somehow cleaned the fingers of the sludge, etc, by forcing it to the surface. This allowed the fingers to work as they should. We passed inspection and were able to close on the house as scheduled at a cost of a little over $3,000 instead of the more than $10,000 bids we had to install new fingers.

Description of Work: Knox Septic removed our septic system and connected us to municipal sewers. Our job was fairly complicated because the stub is located on the opposite side of a major Indianapolis thoroughfare. We contacted several contractors but most wouldn't provide an estimate. Knox performed the work at what we thought was a reasonable price, with no disruption to our service, and with minimal destruction of our landscaping.

Description of Work: Knox came to our home and gave an estimate based on how the sewer line gets hang up. By length thinks problem might be under street and city are going around to replace. Suggested to hold because cost would be about 13k. I followed their advice and so far no problems.
