Description of Work: I made an appointment to have my septic tank cleaned out. Then it rained like crazy in the days leading up to my appointment, and I called to reschedule. They were very gracious about changing my appointment and gave me a new two-hour window on a day later that same week. That day I sat and waited...and waited...and they didn't show up during the time block. I waited a bit and then called them to find out it they were even coming. They explained that they were, but they were running behind and couldn't tell me when they would get to my house. I asked if they could be here to get the work done by 5 pm (i.e., four hours after they were supposed to be here), and they said no. So, apparently they weren't going to call me when they blew my appointment time, and they expected me to sit home all day and wait for them. I told them to just cancel my appointment. I'll call another company that respects my time.

Description of Work: They were very helpful in developing a plan to carefully diagnose and then make some updates to our septic system without the full cost of an entire system replacement. They worked closely with the county on our behalf to make sure all permit issues were totally in the clear.

Description of Work: Replaced finger system and distribution box for septic system. It was quick and painless, except that it is never fun to spend that much money.

Description of Work: Had arranged time to have someone at the house so we could make sure the problem was taken care of. They emptied the septic and left 1 hr earlier not fixing the problem. Ended up calling someone else.
