Very professional, extremely informative, came out in less than an hour and pumped the tank. Everything flushing and working well now.

Jim went above and beyond. We were on a short timeline because of inspection deadlines. I called on Friday evening expecting to leave a message, but Jim picked up and talked o me at length about our issues and options. He made room in his schedule to come out as soon as the utilities were marked and spent hours in the rain looking for all the system components. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided multiple suggested solutions. He even came out again the next day at no charge to finish the inspection because we weren’t able to locate a second tank on the first day. Highly recommend, and will use them for future work!

I'd give them "A's" across the board. Their price was competitive.

When scheduling the septic tank pumping I mentioned that the last time Knox came they were able to pump from the street along the side of the house, with a straight shot, and that is what I preferred. When the driver arrived I pointed out where the tank clean out was located. Right off the bat he seemed to have an attitude and gave the impression that he did not want to do it that way preferring to use the drive way. I called the office and was told that this new truck had less hose capability and sometimes they had to turn jobs down. Wish they would have mentioned this during the initial call. If the driver didn’t have such a bad attitude we probably could have made this work out. Disappointed that they wasted my time. I am sure there are others willing to do the job.

Jim came out on the day that I had scheduled both the home inspection and septic inspection so I had to spend time going back and forth but Jim was able to explain the workings of the Septic System and helped me understand what to look for. I have never lived on a Septic System so this was very helpful and the inspection located possible issues to address so I felt I received my money's worth.

Great. I have no idea about septic systems or how they work. The crew that came out we're friendly, helpful, and took time to answer my questions and provide advice.

Went well... the pump is working great and we likely won't have to replace it again before they finally bring us City Sewer in about 10 years.

The job got done, but the crew DID NOT hose down the inside of the tank and completely pump out the solids like was always done previously. I felt like they did the very minimum that was required, not the best they could do.

Jim is great! He's patient and thorough. He inspected the septic system for a home we planned to purchase and found MAJOR problems with the system. He saved us from making a terrible mistake. As a result, I hired him to inspect the septic system for the second house on which we made an offer. This too had problems, but Jim provided advice and estimates for possible fixes. He is really great about explaining exactly what he's looking for and why the problems exist. He tells you want you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. I would definitely hire him again; no reservations.

Frank was awesome. He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and set an appointment. On the day of the service, he called early to say they were running behind due to the weather and apologized about the delay. Once he arrived, he was very courteous and explained everything that he was doing and even had suggestions about maintenance for the future.

He was really honest, and we found the leak and he is coming back out Thursday.

The system seems to be working like it is supposed to now.

They did a great job explaining their charges on the initial phone call. Called late in the afternoon and they were out the next morning. They arrived on time (even a little early) and were quick and efficient. Very polite and professional. Price was exactly as quoted. We were very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

I was given a 2 hour window when I called and made an appointment, Knox called 30 minutes before arriving, and were at my house right at 10am. Very nice guys, did a great job. Will hire again.

We called Knox in the afternoon, and they came first thing the next morning. They had to work hard to get the lid off, but they persevered without grumbling and got it off. They showed me the problem before pumping and told me how the septic tank is supposed to work and to appear. They told me the pricing structure in advance. They were friendly, helpful, and professional in every aspect. They answered my questions, worked efficiently and did a great job at the best price I could find (I got 4 quotes from other companies).

They did a great job! They were able to located the tank that another inspector could not find and test accordingly. Very knowledgeable and we highly recommend them.

He told me if he's not going to make money, he's not interested in doing the job. I had talked to him before in 2012 and his prices are very high; almost double what others are charging.

I found Knox Septic on Angie's List; they were the most highly rated and I can see why. I submitted a request for information on their website Thursday, got a phone call early Friday morning, and my septic was pumped by 11am on Monday. They do give discounts for cash, $25.00 savings was worth a trip to the bank. They were finished within 30 minutes and said that our tank was working optimally. They suggested not using any extra bacteria treatments as they are not necessary. We will definitely use them in the future, should the need arise.
