Description of Work: Mr. Kidwell came to the property on time (actually earlier than myself) and started working right away. A couple of issues came up and he rolled right with the punches. First he found an issue with the gas for the furnace... There wasn't any, it wasn't hooked up to the house as it was ever needed for any appliances. Second he found the water was not on and agreed to come back Monday after at no additional charge.

Description of Work: John did a very through job on my home inspection. I asked many questions and followed him through the entire inspection. He also gave me tips on how/who to get things repaired/cleaned.

Description of Work: John Kidwell performed a very thorough home inspection for me on a home I am purchasing. He also gave me tips on how to maintain various things in the home, and what things I should get repaired now vs later.

Description of Work: I called John in the morning needing an inspection for the same day. We were buying a bank-owned property and we were only given access that day. John was able to rearrange things to be there, and was even early! He dropped his report off the next day, and I thought it was beautiful. We are still in the process of fixing this house up, and I refer to his report almost on a daily basis of what still needs to be done.

Description of Work: COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION. MOLD TESTING, TERMITE INSPECTION AND WATER QUALITY INSPECTION.
