We had a positive experience with them, and their prices were reasonable. We were able to work out of their builder department, and that saved us money.

They were great. The installers were very nice. They were independent contractors. They said they would be in and finished in a day and they were. The price was excellent, highly competitive.

They did the job as agreed, and they did it in the price range that was agreed. They were clean and on time, and we are satisfied with the job.

Saleswoman said one particular carpet was the obvious choice given my four kids and two dogs. Sale and install were easy. The first week with the carpet one of my dogs got very sick. I called into Kermans multiple times that morning leaving urgent messages when I realized they had not provided me with any cleaning information. I didn't hear back from Colette until midday and she was unable to provide any helpful information. I'm not very impressed with the stain resistance, which Colette had said was the main selling feature of this line of carpeting.

It was installed awhile after we decided what we wanted. They put in a credit report against us but the carpet hadn't been installed. They noticed afterwards the carpet hadn't been installed. They did a good job installing it but their prices are a little high. They didn't want to take care of the issues with the credit card company but my husband knew what needed to be done and made sure it was taken care of.

They were prompt and they had a good crew of workers. They were always on time and also did excellent work.

I think they did a wonderful job. They brought it out here and I think it was made very nicely. They laid it down for me. The time was reasonable for what they did.

It went excellent. They were very professional and they gave us outstanding service. They gave us tremendous service and came and picked up and the delivered the rugs.

I really like them because they are personable, and professional. They always come back quickly when/if you have a problem. Unfortunately, I have had two incidences that the supervisor had to come back but they resolved those issues and took care of it. I have hired them to do more work for me. The tile work the just done for me looks beautiful. The customer is unsatisfied because the job was not done. The floor stinks.

Nicole provided outstanding customer service throughout our selection and installation process. She helped us find a variety of options matching our color and budget parameters. We were quite pleased with the options available at Kermans. The measurement was performed promptly and as scheduled but produced an order short of what was required. This meant a second visit was necessary for the installation. To ease the inconvenience of scheduling a return visit to complete the job, Nicole volunteered to have remnants bound as small rugs without charge.

They do a great job. I usually take my rug in, but I have them do pick up and delivery service now as the rugs are too big.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable and picking out the carpet went smoothly. The person that came to measure was very friendly. The problems started when we were waiting on hearing from the salesperson after the measurement was done. She was on vacation, which she told us she would be gone, but we didn't realize that we would hear from anybody until she got back. We were also in a hurry to get it done, since we had family coming from out of town, so we ended up working with about 3 different salespeople. The carpet got ordered and it took exactly the amount of time to get it in (about a week) and scheduling installation was easy as well. We were told when we bought it that all of the furniture would be moved for us, which is the reason we chose Kermans. The day of the installation we had told them to call my husband's cell phone so he could come home from work to meet them. They instead called my cell phone, which woke me up (I work nights), which upset me. The installation went well after that, but on the last day we came home and all of our furniture was in the wrong places (not just off by a little bit, on completely different walls, in different rooms, etc). We called to speak to a manager, and he had the installer call us to say that he had put everything back where he could remember it and he was very apologetic. Unfortunately he couldn't come back to fix it until the next day and although he was very nice, we just couldn't wait that long to get our house back into order. We called the manager back, and told him we needed this fixed sooner, since we were paying for them to move our furniture and we assumed it would be put back. He was somewhat rude at first, implying we were just trying to get out of paying for that part of the job just because "a few things were off by a few inches." We told him we weren't happy and he did end up coming to our house that night to fix it. We told him we didn't understand why they didn't take pictures or sketch drawings of where everything goes and he said he would consider it. The end result was beautifully installed carpet that we are very happy with, but the process was not exactly stress-free.

I stopped by Kermans to look at options for cutting a custom cut jute or sisal rug for my living room. Kermans had lots of options for various types of jute and sisal, including color and weave. Lori was very helpful and let me check out a binder with samples to take home and look at in the room. I ordered a very large custom cute jute, with a small neutral cotton bound border. It took about 2 weeks to arrive, and I had it delivered. It looks great. Cut and bound perfectly. Great and friendly service. We put an Oriental over the jute, and it's a nice combo for a kid friendly room. I'd definitely recommend Kermans and binding carpet to make a rug -- very economical compared to the cost of rugs themselves, and the sizes can be custom. Thanks Kermans :-)

Excellent. All work was on-time and kept to schedule. Matched existing floor, both in color and where they connected. All the little "fit and finish" problems were handled well. It looks great.

The hardwood and carpet both look beautiful. Nichole was able to help choose materials/colors that worked well in our home. Installation went smoothly for both the wood and carpet.

We hired them after they did a great job on our carpet, tile and laminate flooring. The man who was originally supposed to work for us had a family emergency so different people came. They ran into problems such as an unlevel countertop. After the grout set, it was bvious that 4 of the tiles weren't set properly. They had to come back another day and fix them and now it looks very good. He was very nice about it.

They did a good job. They were polite and punctual. I can't grade in price because we didn't get other estimates.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THIS WOULD BE THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD GO FOR NEW CARPETING, WHEN MY PRESENT CARPET BEGINS TO WEAR.

THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL WERE NEAT AND COURTEOUS. THEY SENT TWO INSPECTORS OUT. DOUG MOORE, THE INSTALLATION MANAGER, SHOULD GET "BUSINESS MANAGER OF THE YEAR"!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, STARTING WITH THE SALE. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS AS WE WENT THROUGH THE CARPET SELECTION PROCESS. MIKE BENJAMIN WAS PARTICULARLY CUSTOMER-FOCUSED. THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD AND WE FELT THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SEEMED INTERESTED IN DOING A QUALITY JOB. THEY CLEANED AND PREPARED CAREFULLY BEFORE THE INSTALLATION AND LEFT NO MESS. ONLY MINIMAL SCRATCHING TO WOODWORK WAS NOTICED.

WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY DO SUPERB WORK! I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.

WE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AT THE SHOW ROOM. OUR PROBLEM CAME WHEN THE CARPET WAS ACTUALLY INSTALLED. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOME WALL AND BASEBOARD NICKS), BUT WE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLERS. ONE OF THE WORKMEN BROUGHT HIS 12 YEAR-OLD SON TO WORK WITH HIM. WE FELT THE CREW WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL OF OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. THEY HELPED THEMSELVES TO OUR T.V. AND ATTEMPTED TO RE-ENTER OUR HOUSE AFTER LUNCH WITHOUT KNOCKING OR RINGING THE DOORBELL. IN ADDITION, THE TWO MAN INSTALLATION CREW GOT IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT IN OUR BASEMENT THAT PUT ME IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE POSITION. OUR BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT THEY LEFT A MESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED INSTALLING, AND TOLD US IT WAS OUR JOB TO CLEAN UP THE MESS. WHEN THE COMPANY WAS APPROACHED ABOUT THE TROUBLES WITH PROFESSIONALISM, THEIR RESPONSE WAS INSULTING. THEY DID NOT FIND THEY NEEDED TO COMPENSATE US FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

THE RUGS CAME BACK VERY NICE. THEY WERE SOFT AND COLORS WERE BRIGHT.

THEY HAD A TOUGH TIME DOING OUR SEMI-CIRCLE STAIRWAY AND HAD TO REDO IT. ALSO HAD TO HAVE SEVERAL REPAIRS TO STAIR SURGING RIGHT AWAY AFTER INSTALL. TIME WILL TELL IF IT HOLDS UP.

IVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!
