Installation was done professionally and in record time.

Love my Kayak pool. It was installed at end of season 2019. Opened up early this spring to help out with the stress of quarantine. Haven’t been able to use it much yet but sure dose look great in my backyard! Sales and financing were great to work with. Installers were prompt. Office is always friendly and helpful! It’s gonna be a great summer! 😍

It was a great experience. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

It went smooth from getting out price quote all the way through installation. Even now if I have questions, need help. etc. Kaysk is quick to respond

We sent out an inquiry for pricing to close an above-ground pool and never received a response back. We were unable to close pool until end of September due to family illness. We were very disappointed at lack of professionalism. If they weren’t into, a call back saying so would have been appreciated.

The finished product was an A. They needed to have better price on the different sizes of the pool. I would have gotten a bigger pool if the prices were better.

We purchased and gave them a deposit and they never came and installed the pool. The last time that we spoke with them was 2005-2006 after the BBB got involved. This issue is still not resolved and we would like to have our money back from them.

We had a few issues with communication, but in the end Kayak came through and made the experience a good one. The pool looks great, was amazingly fast to have installed and we are pleased with our decision.

catalogue people were helpful and knowledgeable. shipping costs are outrageous. My package weighed less than half a pound, it cost 12.00 to ship.

They were professional at selling us the pool and installing it. They tried very hard no to tear up the back yard while installing the pool and they did an awesome job at fixing the yard after it was installed. They even went over every detail about how to operate the pool before they left for the day. It only took one day for them to get everything completed.

It went out not really well and it's hard to deal with it but it's not too bad.

We were not able to pursue the pool, but only due to power lines, etc.

The pool install was complicated. We really wanted an inground pool, but because of the slope of the back yard, we could not do it without major groundwork that would change the whole layout of the backyard. Kayak was the only one that could drop a pool in without major disruption of the back yard. We could not have the same range of options as traditional inground pool. However, it is FAR better than an above ground pool. The only complaint we have is that installer had a lot of issues getting the base put in correctly in the deep end. However, the company has stood by the work and have come out numerous times to correct the issues. While we wish there wasn't problems, I am very pleased that they stood by the work. We had very specific needs for how the pool was placed, Kayak was very helpful and did the work as we asked. We also installed a deck around it and added an auto cover. In the end, we are very happy with it and the kids love it.

I would not use them again. They were overpriced and the employees were not professional.

I had someone call me to set up an appointment to meet with a sales rep to discuss their pools. The man showed up and very nicely showed us what was available and the cost. It was way more than we had expected and when we told him we were not interested he became angry and argumentative. My husband had to ask him to leave several time. I would advise others to be cautious about inviting them into your home. I was definitely not prepared for the verbal assult.
