They were super easy to deal with. We got on the install schedule early in the spring of 24. The installers showed up on time and had the pool installed in less than 8 hours. The sales people were great to work with and did not try to upsell us on things we did not want. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what we wanted to purchase.

The ease of getting the pool installed plus the ability to put the pool sunk in ground to make it look like an in ground pool at a fraction of the cost was amazing. Can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can get back to swimming every day

Delivered and installed as agreed. Two notes: If you go wirh the 90% in ground have a plan for the excavated dirt. And make them test the sump.

It seriosly like having vacation in your back yard... my parents had a Kayak pool when I was little it was built into a hillside the same as what i needed so I started going to pool stores and they all told me that Kayak pools was out of business so I did the research myself and found out I could still get a Kayak pool and it was a great decision

We LOVE our Kayak pool! The Kayak team is very responsive, and the installation for our inground pool only took 48 hours. I would have liked a little more information and direction between ordering the pool and installation, but other than that we had a great experience. The Kayak team was very responsive, just not proactive in directing that part of the project - but they responded quickly to my questions. The pool itself is really low maintenance, as promised, and the solar cover keeps it a perfect temperature. I would recommend Kayak.

Don’t, just don’t. We’ve had nothing but issue after issue since 2018. Every spring, we just wait to see what the new issue will be. Take your money, and put it towards a more reputable and quality product. Kayak pools Midwest is NOT it.

I had a great experience with Kayak Pools, first off I had probably one of the quickest pools installs ever. From consultation to install was about 2 weeks. Obviously alot of things happened very quickly but I was determined to have it done before my daughter's birthday! Kayak worked with me to get it done. My daughter was able to swim on her bday!
